I came in to buy a full sized bed frame. The owner was super friendly, helpful and professional. He took pride in letting me know that the frame I bought was made out of recycled American Steel. I thought that was so awesome. They were the cheapest I could find in town and offered the best service. Very very happy with the product and the service.

Tried calling to rent a U-Haul and the attitude the owner had was not one that I would do business with. It was as if i was an inconvenience to his day for even calling. Sure the products are a reflection of this business as well.

I walked in when the store opened to look around and didnt have to venture further. This is an excellent mattress store! They have high quality mattresses for really good prices and the whole staff is very kind. The owner even gave me a same day delivery, because the deliveries had not yet gone out for the day; well above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend this store! My husband and I did a lot of shopping around for our new bed when we were ready for a purchase and finally came back to Sleep Solutions, because the customer service is next to none. From the owner, to the sales person, to the delivery team, we had a very good experience.We did have frustrations during our purchase, but it was neither Sleep Solutions fault nor ours. The problem was with the manufacturer. But Randy (the owners) persistence with the manufacturer and a lot of patience on our part made for a good turnout in the end. We highly recommend Sleep Solutions for your next mattress purchase.

Uhaul return nice and quick

Mr. Bishop called shortly after his delivery and said he got the wrong mattress. We offered to let him use it until we could order him a new one in which he declined. So we immediately offered him a refund and scheduled an appointment to pick up his mattress the next day. He accepted that offer, however did not answer the door. He was then able to keep the mattress over the holiday weekend. We finally picked up the mattress the following week and gave him a refund.There was no intent here, mistakes happen and when they do, we take care of them right away.

Gary was an excellent sales person. We purchased a quality product, made in the USA that fits our budget. I highly recommend this store.

Gary intentionally lied to us and said they had new mattresses in stock. He knew the floor models were all they had, so he sold me a new mattress at full price and sent me the display unit (stains and all). I later received a call from owner Randy, who lied and told me another customer purchased the same mattress and ended up with our new one. The store was empty all day that day and the delivery guy was watching the game; no one came in and bought the exact same mattress as me that day - there are so many holes in his story. Then, the next day I ask them to come pick it up and he cussed me out, told me they cant come get it and so I am NOT getting a refund unless I rent a truck today and bring the mattress back to them myself. The legal problems have only just begun for these guys. I dont plan on letting them stay in business long enough to rip off other people if I can help it. Filing complaints with Secretary of State and BBB. Buyers beware!!!

Not the cheapest, but the sales people are fun. Delivery service was right on time and they removed our old bed as promised.
