I came to slumberland with a goal in mind for what I wanted. I was trying to buy a new mattress for my son. I already had the mattress i wanted picked out prior to coming in. Kim was the sales person. She was very helpful. She actually recommended another mattress which was the same price as the mattress I was looking for. This mattress was 200x better than what I would have gotten if I went with only what I came in with. I’m happy that she made a recommendation.

It took my husband and I 4 trips to Slumberland to make up our mind on the loveseat and recliner that we were looking at. Our Sales Associate, Paula, was very helpful and knowledgeable with all our questions we asked and even called the manufacturer with a couple of the questions we had to make sure we were getting the most accurate information.Thank you Paula and Slumberland for making our experience a very pleasant one!!

Helpful and friendly staff. Great deals. Delivery prompt. Called the Quincy store with questions twice- each time the store employee was extremely helpful and willing to assist as needed. I had never shopped or bought from Slumberland Furniture- I was very impressed with the store and my total purchasing experience.

Kim Benson was so helpful. I hate picking out furniture and have a hard time deciding on color and fabric. Kim had me send her pictures of the room I was working on and she put together some ideas for me to choose from. She was also very patient....I keptchanging my mind.🙂

I have been looking quite awhile for mid-century modern dressers and they had the best ones that I found anywhere. It was great that I was able to get them during the Labor Day sale!

Hannah is the absolute best! We showed up 30 min before closing and she spent an hour still doing so much research and making sure to find us the perfect bedroom set. She is a true asset and so thankful we had her help!! I havent received the furniture yet 😂 so fingers crossed my review stays the same afterwards. But if nothing else comes out of this review, Slumberland has the best employees and that makes up for any downfall that could come! Will be getting all my furniture here from now on!

Rick the store manager was amazing. He made our purchase easy and he was very knowledgeable in his job and helped us pick the perfect mattress. I’m only disappointed in the delivery. It was scheduled for 730pm-830pm. Which I already felt was late in the day, but the delivery drivers were late and didn’t get there until 10pm. I understand things happen and running behind, especially with winter weather but I would have appreciated a courtesy call to be informed they were late because I had to work at 4am.

Enjoyed checking out the different mattresses at Slumberland. Paula was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was then able to make a purchase I hope to satisfy me.

I went to Slumberland in Quincy on Sept. 5 to shop for living room furniture. My salesperson was Paula Casey and she was AMAZING. She patiently spent at least 2 hrs. with me, helping me find just the right items to put together the perfect living room for ME. She was careful to show me options that she knew were within the budget I had set for myself. She even kept a running total, including taxes, as I picked each item so I didnt go over. Rick was awesome on the phone! I was able to get the exact recliner I needed. I purchased the rest of the set about 6 months ago from a different store, but he was able to find my exact set in their inventory. Will buy again from him in the future!
