Horrible experience, if I could rate them ZERO stars I would have, from the very start our salesMAN had an attitude for whatever reason, he treated us like we were fresh off the street, instead we are 25 plus year customers of U.S. Cellular, You would think as the competition for cell service heats up, it would be better to try and work with customers but he was not helpful at all, argumentative, and was only interested in getting us out. I was so disturbed by him after we left I almost went back in to speak to the manager, but thats not always helpfulVery disappointed, not sure what the problem was, we all have bad days, I imagine that he is usually better to deal with, since he said he has worked there for sometime, but I wont be using this site for my U.S. Cellular services.
Been battling Apple for 4 weeks on an iPhone repair. Beyond frustrated. Walk into USC and Sam and Chloe had my problem solved and in and out in 30 minutes. Best experience at a USC store. I bet I’d spent 6 hours on the phone with Apple.

Not bad wait times when you come in, very friendly and well educated on their products. May pay a little more for U.S. Cellular, but nothing matches their coverage, service, and when you have an issue, they deal with it pretty well. They even walk you to the door when you leave, which in my mind, is a special kind of service!
I worked with Neil on an account issue. He was very courteous and professional. He was able to take care of my problem efficiently.

Ive been with them for over ten years and they like to put the screws to you. They keep messing with my bill making it higher and higher. Then they say they try to work with you get the bill back down thats a joke. then they want to turn your service off and then charge you more money to turn it back on . what a racket they got going on
I gave up waiting. They never have enough reps there to accomadate the customer load. And all I wanted to do was pay my monthly bill. A 60 second transaction. Why does one need to wait an hour for a 60 second transaction?? There were 3 empty customer stations with no reps to utilize them.
Friendly staff but usually arent to helpful. It seems up-selling is more important in this store than actually helping customers
