Great new staff under new management. Day and night difference in customer service and store presentation. Great referral program as well.

Franklin was working today and took care of several different issues that needed resolution (logging into my account, changing credit cards, and purchasing a new phone). He was amazing and so very patient! That...and easily taking care of everything I had hoped to do. Thank you, Franklin!

Good place is...

Horrible poor service, after the original young man left Roxbury horrible.. the owner is dismissive and rude.. smells like horrible cigarettes.. he now works in Quincy. Don’t go! You’re better off switching to metro.. you pay for ANY hotspot, they will lie to make sale. This is not GOOD business. I left as soon as The manager Nick left.. they should be reported. Smoking cigarettes in your place of business while kids are there ?? I think I will report

Helpful staff. The phone that I wanted was in stock. In about 10 minutes my files and numbers were transferred to the new phone.
