My sons birthday cake was ordered early last week, for today June 15th…they just called yesterday evening to let us know that they are out of ice cream and can’t make the cake. Between them and dunkin in Quincy, IL, there is always an issue with something. One time they didn’t even know how many donuts were in a dozen!

Ordered two quarts. Got twoPints. Asked if they were quarts. Girl looks at register and said you ordered quarts. These are quarts. Closed the window. Drove off and called and told them and they said ok you can come in today or tomorrow and get what you should have got.No Im sorry. Nothing.When I opened one of the handpicked pints it was not full or packed. I pushed it down with my spoon and it was 3/4 full.Not the baskin Robbins I am used to! Handpacked pints and quarts and turned over with lid on and pushed down to pack it full.Sure not worth the $ at all. Very poor customer service!

Would give a no star if I could extreamly rude. No waffle cones. Ask for 3 different kinds of icecream we are out was the answer all the time. Get it together or get out and allow another buisness in. Oh and TURN YOUR OPEN SIGN ON

Poor service the employees are typically socializing with their friends when they come at the drive thru and donuts are stale. Ice cream is mediocre. Bought an hot fudge sundae and fudge and caramel was cold better off going to DQ and Yummy Donuts. Only good thing they have here is coffee

50% of the time my husband and I come here they are out of many ingredients. Don’t try to get ice cream after 5pm on a Sunday - they are cleaning the case and have NOTHING available. (Are you kidding? Don’t you only have donuts and ice cream on your menu?) Service is extremely poor. No one ever seems to be in charge - are there managers? God forbid one of the employees’ friends comes through the drive thru in front of you. They will chat with the person like it’s their break time - no regard for other customers. The Quincy store needs an overhaul quickly. Many people in this town are tired of low quality of service and poorly stocked inventory. The last time I was there, line was long in the drive thru, but 3 cars in front of us drove off.....

Ordered a cup of ice cream and all was fine until I asked her for a lid for it. She rolls her eyes as if providing customer service is an inconvenience for her, then brings me a lid thats too small for the cup. I asked her for the correct size, she sighs, rolling her eyes again, walks away and just doesnt return. Its astonishing how disrespectful their staff is. Name of the cashier on the receipt is Stephanie A. So Im assuming thats who it was.

Im really tired of coming here and the staff doesnt know the difference between the child size scoop and the regular scoop. When you pay for the full size product that is what you expect. Once again, for the sixth time, the child size was used. This time Im in the drive theu due to Covid...asked them to fix it...they add more to the top scoop but not the bottom flavor...I think Im finally done with them...This is really not rocket science...FRUSTRATING!!

The workers here are very nice, but there is a huge problem. Almost every single time I come here they are out of things. I try to get my flavor, they are out. I try to get my second flavor, they are out of that too. Very disappointing

Visited yesterday afternoon: cooler was about half to two thirds full. Major flavors were empty-choc chip, butter pecan, etc. Not interested in pumpkin in March. No waffle cones either. Yes we were a large group of children and adults, but we were v.e.r.y. patient. We were not treated with smiles or friendliness. And for the price, we should have had the red carpet treatment. We wont make that a special stop again.

Small scoops. Rude service. It took us 15 minutes to get waited on. They were not busy. Chris the young lady working there was not friendly. Good luck. I would suggest anywhere that treats their customers better.

I visit this Baskin Robbins a couple times a month. The last several times I was there, they were out of hot fudge. Then again today....out of hot fudge! Its an ice cream shop....and they are out of hot fudge, so how can they make a hot fudge sundae? Add to that the slow service, messy dining area, and mediocre service and this is not a good Baskin Robbins. I was so excited when they opened up in Quincy but have been really disappointed.

Depending on the time of day the service is great. Morning is typically the fastest time. Afternoons, you better be prepared for a wait.

The staff here in the morning are great but if you come any time after noon good luck. The last three times Ive either been skipped in line or ignored completely. The evening shift dont seem to care about the customers and some of them act like theyre angry youre there bothering them.

Tonight I came in with a group of 6 people ages ranging from 2 to 56 and we all had a WONDERFUL experience. Shanell(Im not sure im spelling her name right) went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating to us and customer service goes such a long way! Tonight they had some broken machines so I couldnt get what I wanted and they ran out of waffle cones which is what my husband wanted but they compensated for these inconveniences. I will return simply based on the fact that we had the best customer service!

I tried to order a sundae and they were out of that ice cream. The next sundae I tried to order, they were out of bananas. I tried ordering vanilla ice cream and they were out up front and refused to go check the back to see if they had more. One of the worst Baskin Robbins experiences I’ve ever had.

Seems like they are shorthanded a lot. also seem to always be short donuts, like they just had a rush right before i got there... dining area is not cleaned often. trash full. kinda ties in with the observation they are shorthanded a lot.

I ordered (from the Quincy, Illinois store, located at 2602 Broadway, Quincy, IL 62301) a cake for my daughters’ birthday, one of her favorites, the fudge crunch. (Valentine Promotion) I ordered online from the local store in Quincy, IL. 4 hours before I was to pick up the cake I got a call from Jasmine telling me the Fudge Crunch wasn’t available. I asked how that could be since it was a Valentines Day promotion and this was the 6th of Feb. She told me that they ran out, that she had just made 6 cakes with it. My thought was, wouldn’t you have foreseen that? She made a suggestion of some other options and I was open to the suggestion knowing I had no choice since it was time sensitive. I went in to pick up the cake at 4:45 and waited at the counter with no other customer there and saw several employees, 8-10 sitting at a table where it appeared that a meeting had ended, as well as the 3 or 4 that passed me by standing at the terminal. There was a male employee and two female employees behind the counter and taking drive through orders and what apparently seemed to be recovering from some problems according to the male employee who made it well known. They seemed to be out of quite a few things, which seems to be the protocol at this particular store, as we have experienced in the past. I waited about 5 minutes until one of the girls asked if she could help me and I asked for Brittney, and no one could seem to find her, after another 5 mins. I asked one of the girls if she would see if she could go and find her. All this, while the employees from the meeting were still there, just hanging out. Brittney made an appearance and I introduced myself and she said she would go back and get the cake. About 6 minutes later someone else brings the cake out and it looks nothing like what I had ordered. (see photos) I asked her where the candles were that I had ordered and she said she would get them. Another 4 minutes goes by and Brittney comes out with 4 packages of candles, not one of which I ordered or even close. I picked one package for the sake of time and she said she would go back and get the other. FIVE MINUTES LATER another employee comes out and tells me they don’t have them! I told her that Brittney told me she did, she looks confused (as seems to be the environment in this store) and leaves me for yet another 3 minutes until yet another employee comes out with the right package. I then had to wait another 5 minutes for my receipt that I had to ask for twice! Not ONCE was I offered a “sorry” for not getting what I ordered, (however I was offered “sprinkles to take with me that I could put on the cake myself when I opened it”) No thanks, I wont be back, EVER. What a BIG disappointment. 35 plus minutes wasted and too many chances. Worst customer service, always out of products, no one seems to have any idea what they are doing there, dirty, food scattered on floor, sheets hanging from doughnut baskets, ice-cream containers not clean around the tops and counters a mess, headsets broken, digital screens not working. Petty Sad for a business that is supposed to be so promising. This is not a Guest First establishment! Go to TCBY or Dairy Queen!An update: The cake was awful, the brownie bottom separated from the whole cake when cut and the ice-cream tasted freezer burned. Most disappointed birthday cake we’ve ever purchased.Tried reaching out to the franchisee through cooperate and after a week have not heard a word. It’s obvious they don’t care about their customers.

Help was slow, just standing around talking. Took 15 mins to make two milkshakes. They didnt have the brownies to make the Sunday i wanted, and instead of asking if i wanted anything else, she asked for the next person. Definitely will not be coming here again.
