Great tacos - Chicken Tinga, shrimp and veggie avocado. Loved them 🙌🏻, also this place has great varieties of ice cream!

You need to try Baja Box! It is only open in the spring/summer season, and boy I’ve been counting down the days. They are currently open for business and worth the drive out to Quincy shore. There’s not much in the way of seating but you can order your grub and cross the street to eat at the beach. I HIGLY suggest the Baja fish tacos, they are the absolute best. Everything here is high quality and very tasty though, so any option is a good one.

Today I had the chicken Tinga tacos and the chocolate chip ice cream. The Tinga tacos were very good but the chicken was cooked a little bit mushy. The ice cream was yummy and I found out that it is Gifford‘s ice cream which is located in Maine. I must say at some of my favorite ice cream but I especially like the toasted coconut which they happened to be out of today ☹️. I visit some times just for the coconut ice cream. The last time I was here I ate the fried avocado taco and a grilled fish taco both of which were amazing!!

I went here to give it a try on 7/7/21-this place is VERY VERY dirty inside everywhere!!! It needs a good inspection from the state so it can get clean 🧼 the floors are filthy-the server DID NOT wear gloves 🧤 and was making my order-I WOULD NOT eat anything from here given the dirty conditions & food being made here & the virus 🦠 I canceled my order for sure & the server at the window was ok-could improve much on presentation of character & wearing very dirty clothing when serving customers & taking their order-the CLAM BOX next door is VERY clean 🧼 and ALWAYS has been for years-I will continue to eat @ Clam Box & will never go back to BAJA DIRTY Box-

First time eating out there and the Baja fish taco were so delicious, I couldnt believe it. The fish was good and the overall taste with all the veggies and spice was perfect! Soft ice cream was good too! Highly recommend it!

Stood in line at 7:52pm waited until 8:20 until one of the employees came to tell my family and I and the rest of the people in line that they were done for the night, that’s understandable but what is not ok how each and everyone working saw at least 10 of us waiting in line and did not come out to say we r done taking orders, 30 mins of wait for nothing? Train these kids better!

Delicious tacos at a great price - two for $5-7, and a view of the beach! Generous portions of meat or fish plus flavorful sauces and pickled vegetables. Definitely recommend the street corn. Save room for ice cream or Italian ice!

Best tacos Ive ever had, they deserve 6 stars. This beats SoCal, Mexico, and all the other places Ive had Mexican food. The fish, pork, and beef tacos are amazing. The nachos are great. The street corn is awesome. Even their ice cream is really good. Go there and you wont be disappointed.

Came from Michigan to visit. Stopped by to get some eat..and this really good and simple and quick to go and in good healthy greasy food. Will definitely coming back when we visit Boston again

I like this place a lot. They got great Baja fish tacos and full of seasoning. They got really big nachos too. The elotes are good as well. Its got a nice view and friendy staff.

Absolutely delicious tacos! I was hesitant about trying this place on Wollaston beach, but Im so glad I did! Baja shrimp tacos were amazing! Juicy bug fried shrimp, corn tortilla, all the fixings and hot sauce! Perfect by the beach with a friend and 1 order comes with 2 tacos! Ill be back :) ! Yummm!!

Two stars yes only two stars. One of those stars goes to the smiling happy staff that was very pleasant in patient with the children. The other star those two how quick the service was. The three missing Stars are missing simply because they have a cup system on the wall that shows the sizes and two of my sons got large cup with cookie dough ice cream and a little bit of whipped cream. Yes it was hard ice cream yes it was about two and a half 3 scoops . Between the styrofoam cup, plastic spoon, splash of whipped cream, and possibly three scoops of ice cream. Two of them was $11and change. Really are you kidding me. Either need to lower the prices or up how much ice cream youre giving. I could see maybe $3.75-$4.00 each. But wow. See what you can do on this matter. Word spreads fast that your overpriced and low with portion. Thank You.

Went with friends for takeout. It was the first time for all of us. We all got at least 2 different dishes. So 8 different dishes including salads, appetizers and 4 different kinds of tacos. Every item was absolutely awesome. Staff was great and cook was very helpful. Authentic flavors. It might seem strange that is coupled in an ice cream shoppe. Dont let this stop you. If you get the chance, you MUST eat here, whether you love tacos or not. An absolute MUST. I will take people here every chance I get.

They specialize in tacos and ice cream. Really enjoyed the tacos and nachos here. Its a hidden gem that is right next to the beach. Perfect for grabbing food and relaxing next to the ocean.I have yet to try their ice cream, but Im hearing really good things.

Their Nachos are awesome - the best Nachos in my opinion. Ice cream is great as well. Havent had anything else yet.

What a pleasant surprise. I had low expectations for a place I hadnt tried on a beach. The food was super fresh. I had the Mexican street corn which was delicious. And did taco salad. Really fresh lettuce pico de gallo and corn salsas were great generous guacamole. Black beans not too mushy. I got the chicken tinga as an add-on to the salad. Very generous portion of delicious chicken. Spicy but not too spicy. The only reason its four stars instead of five is I would like a more extensive menu. Definitely worth the trip.

Be a lot cooler (and 5 stars) if that soft serve machine was working all the time. The food is waaaaaay better than you think; tacos & street corn are amazing. Try it.

This is a cute little shop. Im not sure about the food and wouldnt be able to tell if it even smelled good because when I went inside you didnt smell anything, but the ice cream was decent to say the least. They do give you a nice amount of ice cream for your money.

Absolutely a must try. Tacos are great. Nachos are loaded and the ice cream sundae can be called the silence-her (kept the girlfriend quiet for at least 15 minutes).

Delicious tacos, what can I say!? They had about 6 varieties when I went there, and so far Ive only gone once and had one variety. The fried fish taco was SO tasty. I still think about it even now! They are a bit pricey, but you get good quality tacos and it was just filling enough for me (each order is 2 tacos) and I eat a lot. Its in a very convenient place and is situated right across the street from the ocean, so its a great place to enjoy a taco in the summer and look out at the ocean. They used to be an ice cream shop, and still serve ice cream which is pretty decent. The other tacos looked delicious too...Ill have to come back for more!

I love this place! Great value for the price, never had any issues with the food. In fact, I look forward to it. Its actually along my drive home too, very tempting!

Have been here a few times before and enjoyed the options & quick service, but stopped there on Thursday night around 7:30pm and the placed was closed up tight. Very disappointed as hours are listed til 8pm. No sign on the door indicating an early close. Lousy way to do business.

Some of the tastiest food Ive had in Quincy! The nachos with carnitas are out of this world tasty and the shrimp/fish tacos are just so freakin good. I wish they were open all year round, but since theyre seasonal, you really must take advantage and go as much as possible because its that good.

Only been there for their soft serve ice cream. OMG I think thats one of the smoothest soft serve in the area. Enjoyed the ice cream while burning off some calories walking along Wollaston beach. Thats going to be my go to place when I crave for soft serve. Wanna try other foods too. The tacos look great.

All of the tacos are great. The street corn is a must. They still offer the same ice cream and slush menu that was there when it was the Ice Box

The tacos are overpriced and flavorless. There was so much cotija cheese on each taco that you couldn’t taste the pork, chicken, or fish. The fish taco was literally all batter and no fish. I’m not sure if the fish is fresh or a frozen product. I would go to Taco Bell before I went back here

Amazing Barbacoa! Good price, especially considering the location. The tacos were great, perfect flavor of the beef, fresh guac and great pickled cabbage. Couldnt have asked for a better meal in that setting. Will have to return again for their great looking ice cream menu!

I have visited BAJA 3 times in as many weeks.Love the service and the food is amazing the meals are all under 10.00 you can order sides too for a few dollars more.the mango beverage comes in a bottle real nice.I suggest the grilled chicken they are served in 2 small soft tacos filled to the brim with added combinations of deliciousness and plenty of chicken sooo good!The chef is a kind gentleman who makes all food he prepares with the best ingredients fresh he is a welcome face when I visit I make an effort to tell him how much I enjoy eating here.Deserts omg huge portions of ice cream soft or hard My favorite is the Snickers Sundae hot caramel hot fudge crushed peanuts vanilla ice cream whipped cream a cherry on top amazingGreat service great people absolutely the best Mexican food I have ever had.I tell everyone about BAJASee you soon..
