Good ice cream. Nice service

It was dairy queen. Same as others except parking is not the best. Lucky i was going there at an off time so it was not busy. I can just imagine when very busy the parking lot must be packed and people probably park in other lots and on side roads. They do have a direct clear path with social distance markers for people. 1 way in 1 way out. Staff can help control but unfortunately some people seem to not want to follow the distance or the 1 way directions. Again that is customers not staff. They are doing the right thing. Unfortantly the bridge was up and traffic was bad so i took time and everything was as expected

Ordered two items. One Oreo blizzard with caramel added and a dipped cone. The dipped cone was fine but the Oreo blizzard was almost melted as soon as I got it and they didnt add the caramel I paid for. I went back to the window with the blizzard and was told they gave me exactly what I ordered. One of the girls at the counter led me to believe they would make it right by making me a dipped cone instead (wich is a lot less expensive) but after I tossed the soupy blizzard they told me to pay again.Complete waste of money for subpar ice cream and awful customer service. Go elsewhere.

Horrible customer service... The older Asian man is supposed to be the manager and has the worst attitude ever. If I could give zero stars I would! People save yourselves the aggravation just go spend your money elsewhere where youll be treated with dignity and respe.

Great store. Staff is very pleasant. We ordered online and they brought our order out to our car.

The milk fat ratio is so low. Why so overpriced if its such low ratio? Are you telling me the pennies worth of candy they add justifies the high price? Crazy what people will line up for.

How come no lunch only ice cream at this facility

This is a mixed review. Im a fan of Dairy Queen ice cream, but this just isnt the best location. The prices are higher at this location for some reason, and the building is much less attractive. If you want to eat at a good Dairy Queen, cross the Fore River Bridge and eat at the one in Weymouth. They also dont compare to Frozen Freddies, which is right down the street.

Its dairy queen...whats not to like??

Theyre a small Dairy queen that only does dessert but that doesnt mean they dont do a good job. Everything Ive has here has been good and its convenient. The prices are good and the parking lot is swept clean.

Curb side is so easy and fast just download the DQ app or go to the DQ Quinty website. Super user friendly and their servings are large portions. Curb side is a huge bonus for parents, family and anyone with a disability as well.

A good meal but the service is bad

This Dairy Queen is awesome!! I feel like there are always questionably young kids working but they are amazing!!! I definitely prefer this Dairy Queen to any other ice cream places in the area.

If youre planning on going during the summer be sure to get there early as the line can get long and youll find yourself waiting for about a half hour (like I did). The prices are decent especially for a banana split only problem is you cant really customize your ice cream flavors. Customer service was pretty good.

Good ice cream

I am from Joliet, Illinois where the first DQ opened decades ago so DQ has always been a staple for me throughout my travels from the Midwest to the East Coast so please believe me when I say that this Quincy location is the worst! Extremely poor service; not once but each time we went we did not get what we ordered even after paying additional charges. We finally got the attention of the car hop, she grabbed my wife’s drink and shook it...ummmm...COVID-19!!! Yes, she did that and sent her manager who didn’t take our milkshake to remake, but gave us a refund for the additional cost. We trashed our beverage due to safety reasons, our loss. Beware!!! Bad customer service can really sour a SUNDAE. Quincy DQ, please do better.

They should clean up & decorate that outdoor picnic area... pull weeds, trim bushes, lay down beach sand or gravel, all fenced in, with some tiki torches and string lights! Yes it would be the hottest place to grab ice cream at night

Amazing ice cream ..alot of choices

Been coming since I was a little girl with my family. And we are still going as adults. When it gets busy, the girls seem to get overwhelmed and forget what was ordered, having to ask the customer a few times. I ordered one blizzard & wanted a clear to-go top for it, and I didnt get one. It is a hot humid night so it leaked over the sides quickly as I tried licking it up on our way home in the car. TG we live close and I got paper towels to clean up.

It is good, obviously. One star off for the sitting area. No shade. Really should have some umbrellas out. Or plant a very large tree in the middle. Hoping to make it a family tradition. But it now includes searching for an area to hide from scorching sun. Majority people hang out by their cars in a small parking lot. Good ice cream but not inviting.

Super expensive for the amount of product you get! Ive gotten better ice cream products off of ice cream trucks and they cost less money! I would never go out of my way again to go here.

One of my go to places for my icecream. I always get blizzards. My favorite.

They did not put fudge in the Blizzard. That’s like asking for a cheeseburger and receiving a meat patty on a bun. Why are there differences in Blizzard making? And the young lady did not flip the Blizzard upside down. Massachusetts is disappointing enough, you don’t need to make it any worse Dairy Queen.

Employees were nice and they were fast

This is a genuine ice cream stand, been around for as long as my memory goes. No sandwiches and fries here, just good old icecream.Only downside is there is always a line. But for good reason what you want is not restrained by the menu. Specialty blizzards can be filled with what you please, not what the menu dictates.Check it out, great spot at the end of a hot day

This is a great treat to have in the Northeast. This location only serves ice cream, whereas the DQs down south also serve food. Also, this is a franchise owned location, which means that it doesnt accept coupons or run the same promotions as the store owned DQs. Overall, lots of flavors, toppings, and combinations to satisfy your desire for a blizzard.

King of the Dairy Queens!! Place has an awesome line up of great blizzards that are unique to this shop! The staff was fast and courteous and said thanks at the end of the transaction. Has a great seating area on the side of the building. Good amount of parking on the lot and next door too! I would go back! Owner was there whipping up blizzards, my buddy had the Cotton Candy blizzard. I rocked the creme de menthe with Oreo and m and m all delicious!

Now sometimes the lines are long or the wait time at least but mostly it is worth the wait the food is delicious and they have great desert options.

Dairy Queen still good ice cream, smaller in size very pricey. This particular Dairy Queen does not participate in any DQ promotions or take any DQ coupons. Watch out for the expensive Sundaes very little on the fudge and strawberries. He has to pinch every penny.

Took 10 minutes to place order on line. After waiting 20 minutes girl came out to say there machines have been shutting down for a few hours and we didnt have time to make your order. Youll get a refund on your credit card in a few days.
