Its a great local ice cream place with some interesting sounding sundaes. The ice cream is good, but likely not made in house, and the sundaes are good, but are often just ice cream mixed with a ton of cereal or other candy. Its still good, and if youre local to here, probably the best choice, but its likely not worth a long detour to visit.

They held a fund trailer for a 9year old with Cancer, It is one of the most well respected Ice Cream places. I have been to and the prices are very good I like small places instead of the other places. AND THE WORKERS are Amazing

I love hough many scoops because of all the flavor options available. the workers are all super nice. this is a place where everybody knows your name. it is local, and a spot you should shop at when visiting houghs neck.

The hours on the site say they close at 8pm. I went out of my way to go and when I arrived at 7:30 they were closed. Ice cream is good but...Call ahead before you waste your time going here.Edit: the owner responded letting me know they are closed for the season but 1/31. Says will update hours.

Place is very nice they even set up a common area for customers to sit and relax

Honest review; I tried this place for the first time tonight and got the caramel apple Sunday. The price, portion and taste were all great. The service was good as well. The only thing was that the sunday included pieces of apple cider donut that were literally hard as a rock. I attempted to eat it but I was afraid to break a tooth. Not sure if they were old or what. Other than that it was great and I’d definitely come back to try something else!

Amazing selection of both ice cream and toppings!!!

My family has been a few times in the past. This was my first time getting one with them. I got the peanut butter explosion. It was fantastic. The kid working was great with getting our order together. Things arent easy for obvious reason but it was great to have a nice experience during this time.

Always a great selection of flavors, Toppings and Yogurts. Why travel anywhere else !

EXPENSIVE!! Though the ice cream is good, it just isnt worth $5/scoop. The kids working there get my order wrong occasionally and do not even know how much things cost until they ring up the order. With only a handful of options, one would expect them to know!

Parking is the only challenge. Park over by the elementary school and walk over. Ive cream is great! Worth the trip

I ordered an ice cream pie on a tues for sons bday dinner dessert that sat. I knew when I placed the order something was going to be messed up for teenager taking the order seemed confused. He said he would have the owner call if there was a problem. No one called so went to pick up sat and lo and behold, no pie. No order on record and no one there who knew anything. Asked owner to call. No call ever received. Im a big proponent of supporting local businesses. Obviously this one does no want my business or anyone else i tell my story to. Too bad for I heard the ice cream was good.

We love Hough Many Scoops!They have a great variety of frozen treats so there is always something for everyone. Best tasting ice cream in Quincy! I love seeing all the new things they offer.

Little hole-in-the-wall ice cream shop. Well worth it. Great ice cream and the prices seem expensive but you get a lot of ice cream for the price. Good size scoops

Straight forward bare bones ice cream shop. Decent quality, not great. Friendly, fast and competent service. Short drive to the water for views while you eat. One table inside and a couple of benches in an adjacent park.

This place not only has wonderful ice cream, but the staff and owners make it such a wonderful and friendly experience. My daughter always feels so welcome and I love that they know her by name.

Quaint little shop nestled in Houghs Neck. Delicious ice cream and friendly staff. I recommend the fancy Nancy Sunday, but guaranteed anything else on the menu will not disappoint.

Hough Many Scoops is my favorite place in houghs neck! All of the ice cream Ive tried there is great and Im always looking forward to coming again! Its also right off of the 216 bus from Quincy center and is right next to a couple of parks and little sitting places. The interior is super cute and they have an eating challenge called the crusher if you think you can take it on! Overall just a really nice place ran by really great people, theyre one of the first really nice places to open in houghs neck that isnt residential and I cant imagine houghs neck without them any more.
