These people are so dishonest! Was purchasing my 16 year olds first car, we bought a 2011 Dodge Journey. Come to find out we were shown a fake Car Fax report, almost a year later my son had it appraised to trade in on another car. They told us this car had major structural frame damage and the Car Fax proved it! This is not the same report we were given at Budget Motors! Nice of them to take advantage of a 16 year old who had saved up 6,000 on his own!

Bought a 99 Corolla from BMW in Feb 2019. Lasted a year without any repairs. I had to change my starter at some point. Minus that every other maintenance was optional. Car runs great. You can trust them!

They are profesional and have done everything they said they would do.We bought a used truck and a few day after we brought it home the engine light came on and had other items that needed to be looked at. We brought it in and they repaired it at no cost. We will buy from them in the future and recommend our family and friends for their future vehicle purchases.

This dealership has good priced vehicles in good conditions. The owners are very helpful and arent the type of sales man that push and follow you around making you uncomfortable. They also are reasonable when estimating a repair. I have been work in ng with them for about 4 years now and never had a complaint.

I bought a Hyundai from Budget about a year ago. I had a great shopping experience there. I have been to other used car places and this was by far the best. My friend recommended them as she got a great car there too for her daughter. Dont even get me started on Car Max... just dont go there! Budget gave me a great price. Plus, a used car lot that gives you a 30 day 1,000 mile warranty! That is so reassuring when making a large purchase for thousands of dollars. They stand by their cars. I did bring my car back during the 30 day because the check engine lot was on. It was only because I did not put the gas cap on right. I have had no problems at all with this used car that I bought. I would definitely go back and recommend this place to others. Loooking on their website to see what they have in stock first is helpful. If something interests you, you can email them for an appointment and test drive. They were very respectful, friendly, and courteous.

I don’t know where to start? I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. I’ve bought a lot of vehicle’s and went too many repair shops over the years! I’ve never had this kind of excellent service in my life!! From vehicle repairs to buying a used vehicle!! They made me feel so comfortable and welcome! How many used car dealerships would give you a 30 day or 1,000 mile warranty and fix if something goes wrong with your purchase vehicle! Randy and his son Joe took good care of me when I told them that the 2011 Ford Escape idled a little rough that I bought from them! They went as far as letting me take home another vehicle I had my eyes on until they fixed the problem which turned out to be bad motor mounts and they even changed the spark plugs and cleaned the throttle body and now runs like a dream! Let me not forget Giovanni who runs the parts and repair department and Hector there master mechanic! I also brought in my 2013 Ford Escape cause I had a bad CV Axle and why they were at it I told them I needed my serpentine belt replaced and Hector the mechanic showed me my Air conditioning belt was also bad so I had that all done and was so happy with the cost and the up front pricing and they guarantee there work! I live on the North side of Racine and drove all the way to 60th street in Kenosha! So if you want excellent auto repair service and a excellent used vehicle I suggest you go to Budget motors and give these guys a look! There website is even top notch! Recently purchased my daughter her first car from Budget Motors of Wisconsin. Got to say that I picked the right used car dealership to go to. Joe (the salesman and owners son) was very honest and did not pressure us whatsoever. I had been to several other dealerships and the sales people drove us off with their bad attitudes and sales tactics. 2 weeks after we had the car, the valve cover started leaking. I also found several other issues with the car. I called Joe and he quickly told me they would take care of the problems as soon as possible because of their 30 day warranty. I had already replaced part of the exhaust after finding a small hole in it and Joe said I would not have to pay the deductible since I had fixed the exhaust. Joe also replaced the entire air filter assembly after I found a hole in it. I brought the car in and Joe had it repaired within a day. Older used cars are going to have problems and dealerships cannot always foresee what problems will happen or even what the car has already been through. What is important is how they handle the issues when they come up. I can honestly say that I was lucky the issues happened within the warranty period but I think that the dealership would have been open to working with me if it had not been. Their laid back no pressure sales practices and their dedication to fix any issue made this car buying experience enjoyable.

I bought a 2002 Toyota sienna from them and they have been very truthful the whole time. I asked for them to fix the door for me, they did. I asked for them to fix the air conditioning and they did that too! When I told them I was just concerned about the back set of tires, they replaced them for me. I will definitely be back!

I bought my first car here for a fair price, and a little over a month later, it leaked gas. Even though the the warrantee expired by a couple weeks, they replaced the lines (which wouldve been a couple hundred dollars) for free!Then my windshield wipers conked out, they fixed them quickly. These guys are really great. They are fair and they warranty their cars. If you should have a problem even after the warranty expires, they will work with you fairly to solve the issue. Dont let their prices fool you, they are great to deal with. The only drawback I have with them is that they do not have many lower mileage vehicles. We will buy again from them in the future.

Just bought a car from them, basically my first car purchase. Very easy, no pressure at all, just very reasonable discussion of the pros and cons of the vehicles we were looking at. No friction at all. No finance department, so went with their recommendation of Blackhawk Credit Union, which also went smoothly. The whole process took most of the day, but no one tried to sell me anything I didnt want. Worked with Randy, who was great; as a mechanic, he really seems to know cars inside an out.

They had a great selection at great prices and better reviews than all others in the area, including the big dealerships. Every vehicle online came with a free CARFAX report, something many others didnt offer. Plus, they offer a warranty on their used vehicles, most others only offer a warranty that lasts until you drive it off the lot. I worked for a big dealership for over 6 years. Budget Auto beats them hands down! I am super happy with my purchase and I will recommend them to any of my friends.

The customer service part of the location is good. With looking at a vehicle at this location ensure you do your homework on the value of the vehicle. We were disappointed with the price they called their rock bottom price. As it was well over the true value of the car based on KBB, NADA and our financial institute. Many of the vehicles are purchased at auction, although they are assuming they are getting a good price. They were paying over the vehicles value as well. I understand making a profit, but the vehicles are priced way over value. I’m glad I did my homework to find out the true value, because we were told not every one does and someone will pay that sticker price.

I really liked the manager there. He had exceptional knowledge and experience. He made sure my vehicles got repaired correctly and at a fair price as well!

Bought a Kia Optima a few years ago. Had a minor issue and they fixed under warranty with no questions asked. Next year had a minor issue with the power steering pump leaking and gave me a huge cut in cost to repair which was already less than what others quoted. That vehicle was totaled in an accident and they worked with us and gave us a great deal on a Ford Expedition. Now my son was ready to buy his first car of his own.
