I highly recommend to anyone that is leasing a car to find a better dealership. I had least a 2021 Kia from this location and was told that I would receive free oil changes since it a lease. Since this location was further from my home I was told that I could redeem it at any Kia location, including the one in Kenosha. After scheduling an oil change and confirming that I could use the coupon at this location prior to the service, I was charged the full $88 after it was completed. I called to ask why I was required to pay for the service and I was told that it was only at certain locations and that I could not receive a refund. Paying for the oil change would not have been a big deal if I was NOT told that I could use the package at any location. So incredibly disappointed overall.

There’s a strong line between persistent and pushy and she came no where near a bad quality sales woman . Will surely be referring my car seeking peers towards Kia due to her strong work ethic !

My friend and her cousin went into Kia today. They told her that she had to put down a deposit in order to get the bill of sale. The sales manager informed her that she could pay with with a debit card or credit card. After much consideration she decided to pay with a credit card. George Cooper informed her that she could not pay with a credit card because it can bounce back. She then said, what the other manager informed her that she could pay with a credit card. The woman salesman just stood their in disbelief. 1) I think its odd that you require someone to put down a deposit in order to receive the bill of sale. Thats absurd. That has never been a requirement at any dealership I have ever been to. 2) I also think its odd that you didnt accept a credit card as a form of payment. Your response, it may bounce back. Did you say that because the young lady was African American? She deserves a free car based on how you treated her today. Im sure the Better Business Bureau would love to hear about how you treat your customers of color.

Avoid the service dept..I hd oil changed on 16 optima, at 2300 miles oil light on. Ck oil and its almost empty. Take it in for oil change and Want me to monitor it.At 1500 miles I ck and its down over a qrt.I take it back and they literally said its normal and no issues were found.BS!I called my old dealer Rosen about this..they started oil consumption testingAfter a month of checking..they kept over night and found number 1 piston not sealing.My engine could have failed if I listened to boucherAvoid boucher kia service at all costs!

Unlike many Kia dealerships, Boucher Kia did not try to charge me over MSRP for my new Telluride. Sarah T was very helpful and thorough during pickup. Finance was a little slow but it seemed to be more of an issue with the bank, and they weren’t pushy about warranties, gap insurance, etc. Overall, a very good experience.

We went to just test drive a car because we were on a time limit but once we met Almer, I knew I was going to buy a car. He’s amazing ! It was my first time ever purchasing a new car and he made the process so simple. He was upfront, honest, and nice at the same time. Just bought a Kia Niro and was very pleased and impressed with the help and support from Luke through the entire process. I was able to buy the car remotely: they brought it to me for a test drive, then brought out the papers and finally delivered the car. Everyone I spoke with during that time was helpful and courteous and they gave me a good price too! Would definitely recommend this dealership and Luke as the sales person.

Ive been a customer here for nearly 20 years now and I refuse to go anywhere else. I Have owned many Kia cars and suvs. The #1 thing that keeps me coming back is Kia service Dept. Everyone in service is awesome, personable and professional... Chris Miller and Dan Szupi have always been there to help answer all of my concerns and questions and explain things thoroughly. Everyone in the service department knows how well I keep my vehicle clean and up on maintenance. They helped me out June 8th when one of my lights on the dashboard came on. Dan was on the phone with me walking me through of what to do and provided me with information I needed to get the Sorento in. Chris walked me through the process of how the warranty works. Turns out it was just ECU Logic needed updating. I often refer people here, especially those that compliment my Sorento and brag how great service Dept is. On May 17th I was in an accident that totaled my 2016 KIA Sorento. I wanted another KIA Sorento and went back to Boucher KIA in Racine. The sales agent who had sold the 2016 Sorento was no longer there but I was lucky enough to meet Katie on Friday, the 21st of May. I told her what I was looking to buy and that I wanted one in a white color. On Saturday I received an email telling me that Boucher had found a white Sorento for me. I saw the car on Tuesday, the 25th and bought it the same day. I am very happy with the dealership and especially my sales agent.
Had a great experience in finding my new vehicle. I feel I was treated with great customer service and very fairly. Scott listened to my requests and followed through. In searching for a vehicle I came across several dealerships (many of which were closer to my home) but Boucher Kia Racine really won me over with a personalized video sent by Scott. Sounds simple but it really made a difference. I also appreciated that they followed up their statements/promises with action. I had a great experience and know other customers will/do as well!

Have a new chirp in the engine and a question about the break pedal, but am sure issues will be resolved, once Im able to get the vehicle back to Boucher. Even offered me a ride back home so I wont have to wait at the site while they fit my car into an already packed schedule. More to come!

Awful overall experience, truly feel bad for the employees that work here. The sales manager is the definition of shady car salesman so no wonder his employees do the same (told I had to buy a warrantee worth $1700 or they were not allowed to sell me the car, told there would be floor mats - after purchase took them out( I mean they took out the carpet floor mats that come with the car and said they didn’t know and I should have read the sticker after I asked multiple times. Also took 2 full days to try to get a price for the vehicle so we could pay with a cashiers check- told multiple lies along the way. Was lied to multiple times so they could make more money, they draw out the process on purpose to try to break you down, and simply have no regard for the customers experience. I should have trusted my gut and moved along right away. On a side note Beatrice was a very kind salesperson that worked there and the finance guy made the experience quick once we were able to work with him. I would highly recommend moving along you are making a large purchase and deserve to be treated better, this place wont do it!
Shout out to Boucher Kia! They are awesome! Car buying experience was excellent and the service department absolutely ROCKS!!! They are thorough and knowledgeable and also conscientious about costs. They will work with you to determine priorities for service and provide estimates on costs and how long repairs will take. I highly recommend their service department for your car maintenance and repairs.
Repeatedly said car was fixed. Was not fixed. Noise and pulled right. Boucher said they did alignment but car severely pulled to the right, repeatedly. Others drivers noticed immediately. Had another mechanic review and saw bad drivers side strut that needed immediate replacement. Boucher never put the threaded rubber studs back onto engine cover either, came off when driving. Basically act like Im hearing or seeing things when I bring it in. As if I dont know my car.

I first called Kia Boucher about a different car I had found online that I was very interested in. Well unfortunately that car was no longer available, but the salesman I spoke with-- Peter-- told me about a couple of other vehicles I might be interested in as well. One of them being a Kia Optima. I wasnt to thrilled at the time, because I was looking for something specific. So I ended the call with him, and had no intention of calling back, and continued on the with the hunt for my next vehicle.Well something in me was nagging to look into the vehicles Peter suggested. So I looked through their website, and did find a couple of vehicles I thought looked OK. (The Optima was not an option at this time) I ended up being drawn to a Jetta, so I called Peter and set up an appointment to take it for a test drive the next day. After driving the Jetta, I really wasnt feeling the it factor. The car was just o.k. I asked to see another vehicle that I had found on their website as well, and said could you go ahead and show me the Optima too?WELL- when Peter brought the two vehicles out front, I saw the Optima and fell in love before I even drove it. I knew that this was my car!After that test drive, I wanted that car in my possession that minute!The rest of the process went so great, the staff was super helpful. They were not pushy, and they were super informative. The day after, I came back to pick up my car, and it has been a dream for me since then!I have always been a truck or SUV person, so this has been an adjustment, but it has been a wonderful one! I love my car so much and Im so glad Peter recommended it!

I came here to look at a 2016 Golf R, mainly intrested because of the CPO 2yr Warranty. I emailed and was paired with John Huey who came out upon my scheduled arrival. Very nice salesman, not pushy, knew I researched the car and being a car enthusiast knew what I wanted to just watched. I reccomend John definitely for future visits for anyone! He definitely deserves it.Now the General Manager I met that assisted with swapping my wheels from my current GTI over due to the R having curb rash and a nail in the tire was definitely helpful as well. Currently have a owe you for repairing and repainting the rear bumper due to previous owner damage. Hoping we can get that situated as well some side damage on the door from in the lot (just a quick touch up to prevent rust would be great). Overall another nice gentleman and considers all offers and options.However the bad. First was the techs, on day I was supposed to pick up the car and trade mine in we were going to swap the wheels. Only 10 minutes. 10. I arrived early, and was contacted before saying they cant today. Seriously 10min of overtime? I even offered cash to the tech that did it?! Its literally swapping 4 wheels. Whole wheels not tires...AND GOOD LUCK WITH THE FINANCE MANAGER, that guy was a real hoot. Talk about pushy, and not holding anything back! I was going to bring a Personal Bank check but decided they could get a better rate! (Now I understand credit changes so thats not the issue). But when I wanted to think on the rate even for a half hour or so. He said remarks to push you for the deal and was slightly antagonizing it felt like.And on top of that was inflating the rate. I went and made a call, came back to the office and magically my rate drops without a phonecall? Ive never heard that before... refinancing as I write this...Overall:John Huey was great! Definitely helped out and reccomend him. As well the GM thats assisting with the damages. I will be updating this review down the road.Lastly, bring your own financing. The finance manager I worked with I WOULD NEVER reccomended.**UPDATE:I have been back WAITING for my paint to be touched up with 0 contact back from the dealer as I contacted them multiple times. ALSO, still have yet to see my we owe you check come in that I have documented. At this point send me how much it would cost for touch up so I can be DONE with this dealer. Worst experiance I have ever had.Also, the car WAS clean. Found a leaky coolant hose already... cant wait to take this to a GOOD dealer.

I had an awesome experience with them buying my car. This is the second time visiting this dealer. I bought my first car from them and it was a great car, nothing going wrong with it except wear and tear. I needed a bigger car and I looked to see what they had I inventory. The cars they had available and the price was what I was looking for. I appreciate the time they took to work on my financing and finding me a great deal. My first contact was with Kari, through emails, without that, I think I would have kept looking at other dealers too. But she was very nice and reassuring they would be able to help me out. I went to look at the cars I wanted to test drive and Lee was excellent, super nice and caring. I also like how the sales car manager conducts himself and takes time to say hi to every possible customer. And for the people in financing department, I just have to say I am so happy they were able to help me because I absolutely love my car, and without them, it wouldnt have been possible for me to buy it.! I would recommend this dealer to all my friends and people I know.
Worst experience buying a vehicle ever. They sold me a truck with the wrong motor. Wanted to buy alot of extras and roll it in to the loan and the salesman had absolutely no idea how to do that. Literally every thing he could screw up he did. Way more Id like to say but not enough hours in the day. I feel I got stuck with a vehicle I really didnt want. I tried to give them less than 1 star but 1 is the lowest I could give.

Dan and Chris in the service department are always honest and very knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure that you as a customer are happy. The waiting area is awesome. Not only is there a kid play room and jungle gym, but they offer beverages and snacks free of charge and have a guest charging station.

Very happy with my experience at Boucher. I worked with Scott Westbrook, who was accommodating, upfront, and personable, he made my car buying experience easy and pleasant. I put in my time researching and visiting similar vehicles at various dealerships and found Boucher to be competitive with pricing and willing to work with me to fill my needs as a buyer. Scott has also been very accessible since buying my vehicle as well, answering any further questions I have and offering any support necessary. Nice to know I am not just another sale to forget about once the purchase was complete. Boucher is a place well worth stopping at if you are in the market.Update: I recently discovered that my used car was missing a wheel lock key and therefore I was unable to get my tires rotated. I contacted Scott and he facilitated getting me into the service center so they could remove the wheel locks and install regular lug nuts, at no charge. Awesome to know that Scott and the dealership took care of me over a year after purchase.

Peter Caruso is a wonderful man who has finally given me the relief I have been searching for for a year. I have wasted hundreds of dollars this past year looking for a used car. I did find a great deal in West Allis on a used Kia, but it just wasnt in the cards for me. So I decided to buy new and its been a lot of researching with all kinds of dealerships far and wide from Wisconsin to Illinois. I visited the Hyundai dealer in Racine that was horrific and rude. But Peter finally gave me a deal that I could not resist. The process took a little longer than expected about 3 hours. I already had my cash and knew what I wanted, but they just had other customers. Peter has taken care of me after buying my vehicle and Cynthia, in finance, was a total sweetheart. The salesman briefly discussed our needs and we ended up buying the first vehicle we test drove. Even though it was a busy Saturday the whole process was pleasant, and even though we had a little wait time, the play area kept our 3 young children entertained and there was plenty of courtesy refreshments.Every staff member I dealt with was extremely warm and accommodating. I wouldnt hesitate to come back.

This was my first experience with Boucher and I was a bit hesitant. I inquired via email about 2 vehicles I had seen online and was surprised to receive a response back considering it was a Sunday. Suzanne was very helpful with my questions and scheduled time for me to test drive the vehicles. When I arrived at the dealership I was helped by Sarah; she made the experience extremely comfortable from start to finish. I appreciated the help she had given me with transferring my belongings and such to the new vehicle, and cant see most people doing that. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Very happy with my first experience with them.
My wife and I worked with salesman, Bryan Barnes, at Frank Boucher Volkswagen/KIA of Racine. He was very helpful in helping us test drive all kinds of models we were interested in and never pressuring for a sale (unlike our local Subaru place.). In the end they were unable to provide the exact vehicle we were looking for, a VW Golf Alltrack SEL w/ brown interior in either new or CPO (turns out there were only 4 in the nation). He did his best and offered me several alternatives (SE w/ brown and SEL w/black) at the best prices of anywhere, and he went beyond what any other sales person has for me. But there was a dealer within in range that has a used SEL with brown and that is what we wanted so we did not buy here. Our family has bought KIA here in the past and we will be again when it is time for the next car.
Adam was wonderful to work with, and was one if the reasons we did business at Boucher. Open, honest, not pushy, he listened, he was patient and knowledgeable. An all around great guy. Happy with the price, service and quality.

Very helpful and thorough. Tim got the us the deal we wanted and even arranged for a few extras to be added to the car. We visited a few other dealers before we went to Kia of Racine and got the run around. I wish we had gone to Boucher first, it would have saved a lot of time and stress.
