These guys were great. I dropped my car off for a potential repair. The next day they called me to say that they didn’t find anything wrong and wouldn’t spend any money on needless repairs. After spending more time explaining everything, they did even charge me for any time. Thanks!

Dropped my car off on Thursday. Called Friday with the issue. Told them to get the parts and fix it, then get a call on monday saying “hey good news is there is only one blend door actuator in your car so it’ll be cheaper to fix, but then I was fed a line of bs stating that he couldn’t order the correct part for my car, and that I needed to take it to Volkswagen”. It wasn’t until I got to their shop to pickup my car, that I asked Jamie to explain more and in his own words I was told that things are “slowing down and it isn’t a job that he wants to do right now.”If I would have been told that from the get go, I would’ve been fine, it’s the fact that they tried to blame someone else instead of being professional and just saying they didn’t want to do it.FLAT OUT I WAS LIED TO, AND WOULD NEVER EVER recommend this shop to anyone, spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Why is this company still listed as open??? Never answer their phones and Im pretty sure their weird little shop is closed??? Bad business.

The prices are very fair, service done is just what you need. No one tries to tell you you need any more or less than what needs to be repaired. Excelent service on Subaru, and Volvo vehicles.

These guys know their stuff, especially when it comes to Subarus. Bob is awesome and took care of my car and got me back up and running ASAP. Highly recommend Import Specialist. I know I will be back should the need arise.

Oil change put too much oil in car,premium price, wont go back.
