Be careful everybody! They tried to steal my lug nut keys. Double check on everything after you get your service from them.

This is the most expensive Quick Lane that Ive been to. They charge $10.00 more for the Works package than the other Quick Lanes in S.E. Wisconsin and N.E. Illinois. Now I know why I was able to get in right away. I wont be back.

I love this place! They always are able to schedule me quickly, and when I’ve had emergencies (flats, ripped belts, small animal damage, brake issues) they always tell me to come in and they’ll at least take a look. Most of the time they’ll look and fix it then and there. So grateful!

Very happy with the service here. Its best to schedule an appointment. I did have trouble one time, with a spark-plug change which cost me time to bring it back twice! The second time, they transferred the issue to Porcaro mechanics and the spark plug gap issue/chugging was resolved quickly.

Not good today. 1 1/2 hr for a scheduled oil change however they did comp it which was very nice. I will go back, normally they are quicker and are very nice. Great job!

Very convenient, usually just stop in for oil change and tire rotation without appointment and Im in and out of there in a half a hour.

The cost of an oil change was a bit pricey (over $70 and I supplied the filter). The customer service reps were very friendly. Got my auto in and out in about 20 min and told me they checked everything out, though I expect it wasnt more than a cursory check.

Brought my Explorer here for an oil change as I have with my previous 2 vehicles. Service is always good, friendly and respectful. Ill choose Porcaro Ford over Boucher Ford any day of the week even with living in Kenosha.

Took truck for a simple oil change, over filled truck with oil by 1.5 quarts. Will not be taking any of my vehicles back. Not the only issue that has happened here. Also have gotten vehicle back with crushed drain plug. Asked for tires to be rotated, to not have them rotated. Not having everything tighted enough, or they way over tighten.

Came back after service with minor issue didnt realize was just after closing fixed problem anyway. KUDOS!!!
