This place is a joke I ordered 3 items online not only did I not received my order! But GameStop been telling me they’ll refund my money and it’s been over a month they have NOT REFUNDED ME ANYTHING! No wonder why they are going out of business because they are bad business!!!! Be aware people GameStop is a scam and they are ripping people off!

No consoles in stock. Tried to sell me something I wasnt interested in to fill the void. And Im not a fan of their trade in scam buy a game for $60 the next day its only worth $15 or less in trade in and your game is back on the shelf at $55. Sometimes its cheaper to buy the new game from places than it is to buy used from gamestop. I try to avoid Gamestop unless absolutely necessary.

Jules the assistant store manager was amazing. She saved me, my husband just had knee surgery & my 2yr old is restless. They had 1 out of 3 games I wanted, but she went above & beyond on a busy day to call another location to have them hold the other games I needed. She controlled the traffic in the store with proper COVID regulations- social distancing & keeping people outside waiting when need be.When she called the other store another a regional manager was there & criticized why she didn’t tell me to order online.... being in retail for over 10 years and running my own store- you should know you always do what you can to make your customer happy. I appreciate her doing what I needed right then & there and not giving me another option just to get me out of the store.Jules; you were fantastic & thank you for being an awesome person & giving me a great experience!!

This GameStop is nice and chill. The employees were able to look in the back for items I didnt see. Its tucked aeay in a nice corner of the shopping district, and if their store doesnt have your saught after item theyll call the store in the mall across the street.

Workers are pleasant and will help you if you are interested in a game and will even go into details about the game to make sure you want it

While back I bought fallout 3 GOTYE, The disc was a standard base game but because a friend recommended it, i decided to buy another copy after double checking.Around the same time I bought DW7 the disc was DW6.Each time I confronted them about this with receipt in hand although because I had no proof that I didnt switch the discs myself I was turned away.Also bought a PS4 last year December 24th with warranty & was told I didnt need the receipt because they could check my account purchase history and get all the info from there.A cheap & minor yet critical hardware problem arose last month, I didnt keep the receipt & was told there was nothing they could do & was turned away.Customer service is no good as they dont share their database with GameStops network.PS4 will gather dust, as soon the PS5 will be back in stock.Will not be buying much else or anything new from this location in the future.Workers arent too knowledgeable with any question outside of is this in stock it seems.Sometimes its as if they dont want to talk to anyone, are annoyed at your presence & Ive gotten an eye roll and sigh when asking questions before as well.Alexander. A. was their best worker when it comes to social interaction, hes about his business and shows you he actually wants to help you based on our encounters.Marketplace is a better first choice, then online, then best buy and pretty much any other place but if you cant find what you want then I wouldnt mind recommending this place due to the local convenience & sometimes decent priced cheap used games but with the notion of check every single disc when buying especially if you buy 10-20 games at once like I did when these mistakes arose and keep all receipts regardless of what they tell you or how long youve been shopping there.

They never, never ever have the games Im looking for. Theyll have the case on the shelf but not the game.

The selection and service is always fantastic! The store kept clean and orderly, and it is easy to find. This is the store I buy all my gaming products at, especially gaming consoles. I like the warranty they have on consoles. Ive had to return consoles a couple of times, and both times it was quick and easy. They accepted my console and gave me a different one without hassle.

Nice shop and good selection. You are able to preorder games here and some have exclusive content. They sell used games and have a pretty decent selection. Some items in the store are priced a little high, especially toys and collectibles.

Store manager is great. Turnover is consistently pretty crazy and theres an overall lack of urgency, so expect to be there for a bit. Overall store of choice in southeastern Wisconsin, though.

My son and I went to the store with lots of requests (we recently moved to the area so we needed to switch pre orders and get a new rewards membership) and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My son is a gamer so Gamestop is his favorite place to shop.This location has exceptional employees and we were very satisfied with our visit. They were extremely busy due to the pro days sale but they still took their time to answer all our questions and complete our requests. Two thumbs up! We will be coming back soon and often.

NO STARS! Bought a controller that had a button go bad in less than 2 months and they told me too bad, cant and wont help you! I asked about manufacturers warranty and they didnt have a clue or seem interested in helping me with that either. I finally found out about the warranty on the Microsoft website which took about an hour to figure out and it was covered. I would have been happy if they would have even helped with that but they just didnt care. They had the audacity to say the button was jammed from pressing too hard while the original lasted years of being used for what it was made to do. Ill buy my products at best buy or online from now on

One of the better game stops Ive ever come across. The gamestop itself is located at one of the corner intersections of the mall and its really easy to spot. The staff are super nice and quite knowledgeable and really know there stuff about games. The selection is good and the store is kept quite clean and presentable.

My first and last visit encountered at this game stop was the employees that had no clue about anything. I would think if your job is working at GameStop you would have a hint or an idea about all games but these employees are absolutely clueless. First telling me that a general game sold at all retail stores is a limited edition and its not sold any longer, even though its sold on the website. They told me that there was inventory and another facility, I had to tell them repeatedly to call the other facility so I wasnt going to drive to the other facility to find out that the game was not there. Customer service and game knowledge is scarce at this location. If the only qualification to work at a GameStop is to be ignorant, I may just take up an application next time.

I was screwed out of a 300 Dollar middle earth shadow of war collection. My statue was swiped out for another statue by the manager I think his name is Ryan he is a older white guy. Never have I felt like my money got token from me. Man o man this is ridiculous he even starts saying how super glue will fix what I’m talking about and I’m telling him there are abrasion marks of super glue on the statue.Never shall I return there They screwed me over for the last time!!! Toys r us And walMart here I come!

Went in to trade-in my PS4 and was told it didnt work and theyd have to accept it as defective even though I had just played it that morning. So i went across the street to the Regency Mall Gamestop and they got it to work perfectly fine. Not to mention the lady at the counter was very rude and spoke in such an unprofessional manner.
