I’ve had cricket for awhile now and never had a problem with service or dealing with staff or customers service. Very professional, understanding, and helpful. Today went to get new phone at the cricket on Douglas and the manager Tyler was very helpful and understanding. Best service I’ve had with a cell phone company in forever. Thank you for your great and amazing service! Definitely recommend cricket 😀😀😀😀

I do not know whos running this location now but every since the previous owner left this store has gone down hill! Theyre never open on time I always see customers waiting in the parking lot says they open at 11, then 10 am but u literally wont see anyone there til about 1pm, Gladly been taking my business to the one on Green Bay Rd! Learn how to conduct a responsible business.

EXCELLENT SERVICE...I am thankful to the young lady at this location I was running late to pay my bill and it was closing time and she was nice enough to let me in and take my payment

I was running late for work and need to pay my bill and the location open at 10 am the young lady there open the doors for me and it was 5 mins to and she took my payments. Thank You Carmen the store manager

I arrive to make a payment as my usual and encountered two very nasty young girls that represent this company. They both were mean to me for no reason and according to them they didnt care. Our world is a cold and calloused place.. Karma however is our only hope for a better world.. No excuses for horrible customer service..

The young lady I dealt with was lovley. Friendly, smiley and helpful. Had a very nice chat and I upgraded to the LG stylo.

Opening staff often doesnt open on time, waited 45 mins for the place to open and no one showed so I had to go across town. BUT if you go later in the day or evening the staff is friendly and helpful so overall Im happy with this cricket location.

So I arrive at 630 to have it be closed. I thought you close at 7pm. I needed a few of my questions answered but Ill stick with the carrier I got now

Poor management!! Was supposed to call but never did.Has no customer service.Phone was not even set up properly.Does not want to help swears and hung up on me.Just because it is a privately owned store they feel that they can talk to anyone however they want too.Go to a different location.

One of the worst locations you want to deal with. Horrible customer service. None of them knew what they were doing. Waited hours for them to try and fix my account, to end up closing my account. Went to US Cellular.
