Love Dairy Queen but only thing I have to say is if one of your location is closed for the season why does your website say its open!?! Please fix that when a girl needs her ice cream...shes needs her ice cream! Please and thank you 😊

A normal fast food experience. Classic Dairy Queen treats. Every time Ive been, the line moves well. Drive thru or sit outside dining options.

Very rude and disrespectful I arrived 40 minutes before they closed, I was in line for the drive thru there was a line outside and they told me they were closed, I asked why they were closing 40 minutes early and the girl very rudely screamed goodbye at me thru the speaker, will NEVER consider giving this location my service EVER again

How about because no lobby they opened two lines for drive thru and of you are in the regular line and the person ahead of you is lets just say a person who is too scared to tell people in the second line to take turns.. I say behind some guy who let three cars ahead that arrived after us so.becuse of this I left and I will never come back at least regulate that or have a person outside taken orders... I cant be the first person upset about this

Went through drive-thru. Greeted over intercom. Friendly. Ordered promptly. Order was perfect vanilla cone with butterscotch dip & Buster bar. They thanked us for stopping by. Staff had gloves and masks on.

Never been unsatisfied with DQ products until today. The customer service was great and the staff were very polite. Typically when we order blizzards the DQ staff usually holds it upside down to show how thick it is and they didnt do that today. One of the small blizzards we ordered was already melted almost like a creamy milk and my daughter was grossed out that she just covered it up and said she would freeze it when we got home. I asked for nuts on my banana split and typically the nuts that they put on a banana split are usually tiny and crushed. They actually put whole peanuts with the skin still on it which is kind of gross. Ive never had that on my banana split before.

This Dairy Queen location is strictly walk up or drive thru service only - no dine in option. Its a seasonal ice cream parlor. The staff was very friendly and service was fast. Pricing seemed a bit higher than other DQ locations, but Im not sure why. The menu was similar to other ice cream parlors serving soft serve. They dont have a fryer or grill at this location, but they do offer hot dogs. Overall it was a pleasurable experience and Ill visit again.

Food is always good but unfortunately the speed of service definitely needs improvement.

Dairy Queen is an amazing place to go and have Ice Cream and Cake all kinds of stuff. They are just as good as Sugar Shack and Gelato Ice Cream and if you cant get to. These places then Dairy Queen is your best bet just like me I live downtown on Main Street. Near by Monument Square so I go to Sugar Shack or Gelato Ice Cream shops.

Only problem is its always busy...😋. But thats because its awesome and the kids that work there are awesome.

I went to this location at about 12:45 July 28. Since the staff chose to ignore my presence at the walk up window, I took my business to a competitor who understands customer service. I wont be back.

Got the Kansas city bbq pulled pork. If I could rate it 11/10 I would. Hot temperature and tasted wonderful.

Great last minute treats after a long day of cleaning!

The ice cream itself is good but every time i order something they mess it up. This is going on the 3rd time my order got messed up. The first time i didnt receive my cone and one of the workers argued with me saying she gave it to me and i already ate it. Overall, the service is very poor.
