I had a print order for work that I needed completed. I ordered it through Kinkos main website and waited... after 7 days I called the store closest to me (Racines branch) and a very nice lady Patricia told me that it was delivered, which it was not. She quickly took responsibility and said that she would take care of it. I received a call a couple hours later and she had reprinted the posters herself! Thats amazing customer service. Patricia, you have a customer for life.

I needed passport photos taken and completed the application through Fed Ex online. I paid $360 extra for expedited service and the website sent me to the Racine location for my photos. When we got there, they indicated that their camera does not work. We had to drive to Milwaukee immediately because there is a 24 hour window to get the photos after completing the application. Either the website needs to be updated to reflect capable locations or management at that location needs to make sure they have the necessary equipment. The staff there is always nice but it puts them in a tough situation for a time sensitive matter like this.

Great service. Had the pleasure of dealing with Dena at this store.I live and work in Los Angeles and bought an electric piano in Racine, Wi.I was able to have the people drop it off at this pack and ship location where Dena took great care in preparing a box for my electric piano.I appreciate the attention i was given considering im on the phone 1500 miles away.

Every time I come here I get fast, friendly service and my print projects come out beautifully. I’ve come here at least 50 times and have never once had a bad experience. The staff is great and always incredibly helpful! I’ve been in there when it’s slammed and there’s only one or two people working and they still provide speedy service with a smile!

Shipping and office related transactions have always been top notch for me. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Today I shipped a box that weighed a little under 4 pounds going from Racine WI to a city in MI. 2 days @ 16.00 compared to USPS 3 days for nearly double the price. The only thing hinky about this location is getting access to it, parking and exit. Its an outlot to Village Center. FedEx shares a building and parking with Bentleys Pet Store and Starbucks. Starbucks has a drive through in addition to the customers that use the parking for indoor and outdoor seating. The access to this parking lot also feeds the business next door, Noodles and Company. There have been a lot of near misses entering and exiting these 2 parking lots.

The woman who took care of me was amazing! As someone who has worked in the customer service field for 40 years! She is awesome!

They lost my package with my Passport which I had to sent to a travel agent. They can’t even locate it and when they track it last location it shows is milwaukee. Bad management of packages from this location.

Outside banner absolutely destroyed due to poor quality and design. I asked for a double sided banner to be printed. I hung it between two posts with twine and zip ties. After two weeks, the grommets ripped right off the banner. I brought the banner in to show the damage and the manager told me that he couldnt replace it. He could just give me half off of a new one. He said, you should have asked for wind holes.Call me crazy. But, if this is a professional print shop... they should have thought of that while they were selling it to me in the first place.This points to a lack of experience and not a good option when it comes to signs and event items. Im sure they can do simple print jobs. But, dont throw away your money on anything else.People-Service-Profit... that is what the FedEx motto should be... This print shop has a People-Screwing-People mentality.

We had our wedding seating chart made by the Fed Ex Office Print & Ship Racine/Mt. Pleasant location and I was not happy with the result. We provided them with the correct spelling of every name we had on there yet we received a chart that had multiple (Im talking over 10) spelling errors. Of course there was no time to fix it so needless to say, it was quite embarrassing to have our guests names misspelled on one of the most important days of our lives.

This is the second time I leave here upset because of treatment from an employee Mark. Seems to be a manager. I dont like to write bad reviews but wow is this guy rude. I explained that I was getting scammed on ebay and that I dropped my package off late last night about 830pm and I already contacted FedEx and they stated they do a pick up there at 2pm and 7pm so my package was still there. I had a tracking number that was wrong (my fault) but do not belittle me for it, just find it right? Yeah well Mark thought it was a good idea to have me come around so I can see his screen. See it doesnt exist. Then he goes looks through a small pile of boxes and said nope, nothing sorry with a blank stare as if we had nothing else to to talk about. So I tell him it has to be there the FedEx 1800 number said they only come 2pm 7pm. Then he says well maybe they came later. Frustrated I asked cant you look it up by my name. Then he goes back to the small pile he just looked at and finds it right away. Finally he brings it to another station to scan it to show I am picking it up Im assuming. He has the audacity to look at me and say So whats the deal? Why are you picking it up. Wow just wow. I Just said because of the scammer I just told you about. Thank you have a nice day .

This place never scan my package, that i placed a hold on to pick up. Three days later, emails were still saying it was in a near by city. Untill i showed up, finally got my package. Imagine how annoying it was.

Send a package overseas the person wasnt there to receive it they charged me $75 for the package to come back and the destroyed the package while it was there because I they never got a hold of me on the first try dont waste your money with them its a reason why they have a 3.8 UPS is 10 times better truly treated unfairly
