The 24 hr access to mailboxes is not available currently. The lock to front does not open with the key I have. I have spoken to then on several occasions and they say locksmith is working on it. Has been 3, maybe 4 weeks now. And problem still exists. Here Sunday at 12:50 and can not access the front door.I paid for 24 hr access to my mailbox. Fix the lock please, or will not be renewing.

I believe Latisha works at this one but she was prompt to calling me back regarding my package and was amazing about it. I was stressed but her tone and customer service stayed neutral. The driver had put it in a locker which on the parcel pending side is responsible because their machine must have malfunctioned. She was amazing even after I hurriedly hung up the phone to talk to the leasing office about my package. Thank you so much.

I had the worse because my customers didn’t get there back yet and I send it two months ago I hope the packages don’t get lost

If you are worried about COVID-19, this is not the place to bring your packages.Customers are not wearing masks And worse than that, the employee did not want to wear her mask.When I mentioned that it had fallen from her nose, she replied that she was fully vaccinated and didn’t care or want to wear a mask anymore. Maybe she felt safe but I did not.Stay away!

I went in to return a couple of things from Amazon. They were busy but quick. I was in and out in about 3 min. Clerk was very nice.

The website says its open till 4pm on Saturday. When i went there it was closed and the sign said it closes at 3pm. Thats very inconvenient for people.

They were very friendly. I had a conncern and the owner called me right away and worked out the problem. I couldnt ask for better customer service

I utilize this location to drop off packages with pre-printed UPS labels a few times each week. The staff is always friendly and efficient. No issues whatsoever. Five stars.

I would absolutely not recommend this location. I ship 200 packages a week with the post office and have zero problems. Curiously, for some reason at this UPS store, I have received notice that on all five of my last five visits all packages dropped off, both the weight and measurements were off. They then billed me for the additional increase. So apparently BOTH our scale and measuring tape were off for EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE ON FIVE SEPARATE DAYS HERE, but not the 200+ packages we dropped off at the United States Post Office!?!?! Something is definitely not right about this and I plan to report this Racine location to UPS Corporate office. I will no longer be dropping packages off here and will only go to the UPS hub in Sturtevant.

Horrible service and incompetent. 7 months ago Lost an overnight envelop with client checks in it. Never did show up. Used just this past month to overnight 2 books. They got the address wrong forcing me to have to go to customer center in downtown Phoenix to stand in 100 degrees heat for nearly an hour. Problem was this store entering the wrong address and misspelled my name.Tried calling the store to talk to manager with no answer for over a week. I mean they do not answer their phone.

I had a great experience working with both Paul and Michelle at this location. Michelle went above and beyond to help a client of mine with a business matter. Its extremely rare to receive the type of customer service that I experienced today. I was beyond impressed!

Stopped in today and an employee was helping a customer already. A second employee immediately came out, respectively greeted me and couldnt have been kinder. It was the briefest of exchanges but I stop at this location every now and again and always have a good experience. Just thought I would take a second to acknowledge as it seems they dont get a fair shake on Google reviews here.

Had important paperwork faxed to this location .. multiple times go in only to see my copy in the garbage... today i had more papers faxed here to them not even knowing if they get faxes anymore tells me they havent received anything... then gives me their card with the fax number when they already seen me here MANY times

I worked at UPS, back in the day. We had to know all the zips, or at least the first 3 numbers of a zip.... In our first week!So I asks yas... why would the boss of this UPS store tell me to give her the zip code (for a pretty popular, yet out of state, zip code at that)??I couldnt believe it! the Shes the one behind the computer and I have to be the one to pull my phone out to look up a zip code (when I believe she should already know it)!?! Then, of course, I wasnt quick enough for her.I explained myself quite simply and got attitude for it. Wrong wrong!! And shame on you lady. I hope youre not working there next time I come in.

My mom needed some help getting some legal documents notarized and shipped overnight. Dillon took care of everything and ensured she signed in the correct place, scanned a copy for her records, and provided complete and perfect customer service. I recommend and will use them again!

Went to drop off an Amazon return and wanted me to pay $3 fee for printing the return label. Ridiculous. Dropped off at Kohls with no fee/no issues. I wont use this store for any future UPS needs

Over $3 to print a UPS shipping label. Apparently I was supposed to print the label at home and bring it in. Wow. Greedy. Im already paying you to ship the package, how about you print the label and not charge me an extra $3.

Came in to return my sweater from Nike which I had no idea what to do I just wanted to know that I just wanted a exchange for a different size asked the lady for help to know if I had it correctly to make shure and all she said is I dont know anything just look at the instructions that was given to you on the recipe. For my experience for the first time that I have been here I was hoping for nice helping workers. But I guess not will not be coming here again!

I have never had a problem with my local UPS Store. Most of the time I was taken care of quickly. I usually package things myself and bring it to them to ship it. Most packages cheaper here than USPS. If I dont have a box, they take care of it. Very helpful to me.

Online hours say open at 8 a.m. doors didnt open until 8:05 a.m. not a huge deal but its the principle. When I went in, Paul the owner was very nice. Good service.

I called to ask when a notary would be there and could not get a straight answer. No one knew when he would be there or at what times. The best answer I got was pretty much all day.

Employee was very rude and rushed. Employee didn’t even say hello, told another customer very rudely while the machine is warming up I’ll tale care of her. I wanted to ship a press. Others sell them on eBay and ship them UPS ground for $50-$60. I was told it would cost me $200 to ship my press. It was obvious they didnt want the job. Why dont they just say so instead of making up excuses?This is the second time I visited the store and the second time I got bad service. Ill never go again.

Disappointed with the inaccurate online store hours listed. Online Monday hours listed as 8 am - 9 pm. I made a trip out to this UPS store and found it was closed. Store sign Monday hours are actually 8 am - 6 pm. I really wish there were a bigger drop box around here. Dont really need a UPS store when its not ever opened as its supposed to be.

Just here to give a positive review after seeing all the idiots leaving negative reviews. It just shows the intelligence of some people.

Some UPS drivers in are reckless drivers and need to check their mirrors and blind spots before pulling off and almost causing an accident!!! Id give 0 stars if it was an option!!!! It caused me to have panic attact!!!

Have asked them 5-6 times to follow delivery instructions, but new drivers have the power to ignore customer requests. This has caused us repeated problems. Many calls to the main office, and this is still not resolved. Bad policy, and they have no way to self-adjust. Would quit using them if we could.

I mainly come here to drop off return packages that already have return shipping on them. All the associates I have been helped by are nice and courteous and they always offer to print me a receipt.

Door says open until 4pm. Went there at 3:11pm on New Years Eve 12/31/16 and the store was closed. Every other store was open in the shopping strip. There was another customer who walked up next to me with several items to ship and was also upset that the store was closed.
