Franco the tow truck driver was friendly and professional. I will post about the entire experience when all is done.Update: When my car was examined, the shop contacted the insurance company. They realized the damage could not be repaired to make the car safe. While I was saddened by this news, I appreciate that the shop took my safety into account. PLEASE DON’T GO HERE… after 4 weeks on the body shop and 100 calls later this is the result of what Quality Auto Body did to my Range Rover white matte. Very unprofessional A bunch of lier trying to make it seems it’s was okay and clearly see all the scratches from the sanding! Over 3grand to fix this small dent. Avoid this please! “Range Rover certified”

Had my car done by them but now noticed in bright sunlight I see the sloppy work they actually did. I will be going in on Monday to tell them about it. Some white looking substance all over the side panel you can only see in bright sunlight to my shock, they even got that stuff on my car keys. I will provide an update after Monday! Wait for more...(today is Sat and they are closed)Monday has passed;When I came in, they listen and apologized for the items I pointed out. They took the car and fixed each item I showed them including my car keys. It could not have gone any better, they were polite and professional the entire time. So without hesitation they deserve 5 stars, for standing behind their work to ensure it is really of the best quality.

Still waiting on my car to be done. It has been 2 months of Quality Auto very clearly, neglecting my car. My passenger door got hit and every time i call and ask for an update, “ehh i dont know, pushing for next week” that is said to me, every week. This is absolutely absurd and would not recommend anyone going here if you actually want your car back. His name is also Nick, to be exact. Anyone else I cant speak on, but if he’s handling your car, good luck.

Was very disappointed. When I walked in they did not great me. I felt like I was an in covience. When they did finally get to me and they gave me a quote it was much higher than the others. If you truly want to be treated well and a reasonable price dont go there.

Although I’ve lived in Rahway almost all my life, and passed Quality Auto Body countless times, I’ve never needed their service. Their lot is constantly filled with damaged high end cars of every brand waiting reconstruction. And their reputation is legendary. So when I recently had an accident with my Infiniti QX60, their was no doubt in my mind where to have it sent. Although the insurance company eventually called my vehicle totaled, Dan and Kim kept me informed the whole time while my insurance company crunched numbers. Im a repeat customer at this shop, and their work is top-notch. I went back to them this time because they are a Porsche certified repair facility; they had previously repaired an Infiniti G35 6MT for me that was crushed by a falling tree.Communication was great, and Anthony oversaw the recent repair of my 718 Cayman S as if it was his own car, including working with the dealer to follow up after painting so the ceramic coating could be re-applied to the appropriate locations on the car.

Worse experience ever. Brought a 2017 Hyundai for a rear bumper repair which I stated I wanted replaced before bringing into shop. But because it was through someone elses insurance they went with fixing. Found imperfections when I went to pick it up so had to wait another week for them to replace the bumper like I originally wanted. Go in a second time to pick my vehicle up under my inspection I find over spray on a black plastic part of the bumper. I point it out to them they try to convince me its wax and it will come out with time.. Im an experienced mechanic I know whats wax and whats over spray. So then they say they will have the detail guy take care of it. 15 minutes later the car is brought out again. Over spray is still there, I point it out but they are still insisting its not over spray. I leave the vehicle again... turns out they painted the bumper again and ordered that plastic piece to replace it.. Once again I go to pick up my vehicle now we are 3 weeks without my car just for a simple bumper repair. I inspect it again. Again I find on the lens mounted in the bumper paint at the corner that is due to a bad tape off that didnt cover all of the lens. At this point its so minor I choose to deal with it and take my car... So for a body shop that calls themselves quality there was none in my repair. But then again I didnt bring in a Porsche or Mercedes so why put any detail in a simple Hyundai. Its clear that there high end vehicle repairs they give to the more experienced mechanics where they may put detail into there work but if your vehicle isnt worth so much in there eyes it will be thrown to a low tier mechanic that probably doesnt put as much detail in there work. And deal with the nightmare that I did... If after hearing this you still choose to have your repairs done there just pay very close attention when you inspect your vehicle upon pick up. Oh and dont expect to be called with any type of update on the status of your vehicle. 3 weeks in the shop and they only called to tell me its ready for pick up 3 times.

My experience with Quality was good mainly because of Anthony Lombardi. You should ask for him. He was pleasant and respectful from start to finish. He went over and above expectations in the following ways:1) Because I was going to be out of the country when my car was scheduled to be done, he offered me the option of leaving it at the dealer (at no extra charge) for pickup when I arrive. Upon my arrival, I called Quality to discuss pickup. Even if Anthony had gone for the day since it was after 5, he contacted me and said that the car wasnt ready yet but he promised to update me first thing the following day. He did as promised and agreed to have the car delivered to my home instead of the dealer since the car wasnt ready the day I arrived.2) I was happy with the body work that Quality did but the first night after I got the car, I noticed that one of the headlights wasnt projecting the light properly so I called him the following day and he told me to bring the car in anytime. I arrived around lunchtime and Anthony promptly had someone adjust it and didnt leave for lunch until it was done. Unfortunately, the beams still werent what I expected so I brought it to the dealer the following week. The dealer called Quality to ask what they did then fixed the problem and charged me half the cost, saying that Quality was going to shoulder the other half. I was fine with that arrangement as I was just happy that the headlights were working properly. The following day, Anthony texted me to ask how things went at the dealer. Since I was busy at work, I couldnt reply at once. The next thing I know, I get another text from him in the afternoon saying that he called the dealer to ask what they did to make sure I was taken care of! I was totally and pleasantly surprised! Thanks to Anthony for his exceptional customer service!

Ripoff and scam artists, $1970.70 to fix an inch in diameter dent paint not damaged. Something that costs most $150 to pull it out. Happened to me with land rover in long island so i can easily compare. THE HELL with them. As many says about this place, this is why your insurance premium is skyrocketing.

Terrible!!! I will never bring a vehicle here. My vehicle was in their shop for months and I could never get in contact with my advisor. The damage was approximately $2500 but they had my vehicle for 3 months. It got so bad that the rental company was calling me and asking when I was going to get my vehicle back. I am not sure why Ray Catena Mercedes recommends this place. Definitely avoid this place unless something has drastically changed.

My insurance company tried to make me pay two deductibles for one accented.Anthony(Quality Auto Reb) talked with the insurance adjuster,told him that the damage was from one accented.HE DIDNT HAVE TO DO THAT, HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND HELPING ME!!!!The work on my car was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING,MY CAR LOOKED IMMACULATE.

My 2017 Cayenne got damaged from rear had to bring it in for repairs. I worked with Anthony who was very professional and prompt in answering my phone calls. We ran into a couple of problems, getting replacement parts and getting estimate approved by insurance, he worked on them to get them done. I am very satisfied with the work.

I dropped my car off for window, frame and leather seat repair. They couldnt tell me when it would be ready, which I understand. But I didnt receive any calls from this place during the two weeks it was there. So dont expect them to call you even if the parts are back ordered. You will have to call them for updates and follow up. One call wouldve been enough even if it was to tell me the parts arent in after so many days.When I picked up my car, Bo gave me the keys, paperwork and we ended the transaction in less than two minutes. Once I paid, he just left! I did expect a run through of the work that was done.Maybe he left so fast because of THE NEW DENT MY CAR HAD!!!!?? I asked the receptionist to call Bo and he returned. At the end, he stated it mustve been the wind. Im still skeptical but I am waiting patiently for them to fix that. And judging by their lack of communication, Ill most likely have to follow up on this matter.One more thing, the seatbelt buckle wasnt placed correctly in its proper place so that also needs to get fixed.Overall, I wont recommend this place to friends and family. Im not feeling good about the service especially since my car has a new dent and I will be keeping a close eye on the new repairs.

I do not understand these negative reviews whatsoever. When reviewing this shop please me mindful that the negative reviews are 1.5-2 years old.I had damage to my front bumper -- brought it in for an estimate and eventually to be repaired. The estimate process was quick and easy. Dan, who works for Quality, took care of me through the entire process and was extremely transparent, thorough, and patient. He always took my calls no matter how annoying I (may) have been.After the parts came I brought my car in and it was fixed within 3 days. Dan called me notifying me when it was done / when I could pick it up.The work was flawless -- my front bumper looked better than it had before the accident. Quality gives a guarantee on the work they performed that if anything they fixed (scratches, paint, etc) deteriorates or, for example, the paint begins to come off, they will fix it at no charge. Thats called standing behind your work.Its important to know that many body shops dont use the same quality paint as the original manufacturer of your vehicle had used. When you try to sell your car (perhaps as a trade-in), there are paint quality scanners that give paint ratings. Quality uses the highest quality of paint and repairs cars in the proper setting (ie, painting cars may need to be done in a heated setting, etc). Some of the most popular / most reputable car dealerships in the area also use Quality Auto Body exclusively for their repairs.Even after I took my car home, I called Dan with a few questions and he still had the same patience and care as he had before I even paid.Again, I do not understand where the negative reviews come from. I had a wonderful experience with them and would recommend this body shop to anyone who wants their car fixed the right way.

MINi JCW Roadster and Ford Edge Suv the damage to my mini was the driver side quarter panel that was finished to factory standards and the SUV with a pearl paint was matched perfectly. On top of performing quality body and paint work. Anthony my adviser made the repair process as hassle free as possible explaining the damages and delivering the car as promised. QRP-NY SELLS QUALITY USED AUTO PARTS. THIS shop ordered a used part from us and refused it.They only ordered from us to waste our time.Both parts ordered where still in the cars and had to be removed. Part one took over a few hours to Dismantle from the car which holds all the front suspension and Motor. Part two did not take as long. NO call for an adjustment because there wasnt anything wrong except they wanted to take a picture to show insurance company that used parts are not feasible. So insurance company will pay for new parts which they make a higher commission on new parts.Horribly business practice TO waste another businesss time and man power. Our travel time alone to there shop is 2 plus hours. Thanks for wasting our time.

I came to Quality Auto Body for a quote for a small scratch on my car, they told me $900. I then went to Maaco and another body shop, who both gave me quotes under $350. I’m a lady, so perhaps they were trying to get over on me.... I wouldn’t recommend them. 👎🏾

Quality Auto Body was recommended to me by Ray Catena Lexus in Oakhurst. The work looked great. After 2 years, the paint started peeling. Took it back and the hatch was fixed but the roof was never fixed. Taking it back as per mgmt and see how they will address the issue

My car was involved in a accident. I have Geico insurance and they work in conjunction with Quality to offer an Express Service. I couldnt have asked for more from Geico, Quality or Enterprise. All three companys worked together like a well oiled machine. One stop shop. It couldnt have been easier. After my car was towed in, got a rental, within a day Quality had inspected my car and provided an estimate and worked directly with Geico to get the work done and paid for. Bow and Kevin were friendly, accomodating and peasant. The car was towed Friday and it was done in about 2 weeks. I couldnt have asked for more. After service like that, I would send anybody who needed work directly to Quality.

Quality Auto Body came to my home, picked up my end of a fender bender, gave me an expect quote, and delivered back with no trace of a mangled trunk lid and rear bumper that only days prior made me want to cry when I was rear ended. Thanks guys

This is perfect example why car insurance cost is so high, they charged my insurance company over 20k for front bumper scratch, door scratch on fender scratch, I had estimate from another body shop for $7000 and 3 weeks of time to do repair, after speaking to my insurance adjuster he recommended to move my car to Geico repair shop witch was quality auto body repair because they have life guaranty if I fix my car with there shop, so I agreed, OMG THAT WAS THE BIGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE, manager Boa is bigest lier and scam artist I ever met, after my car was there for first month I called Boa and asked what is taking so long ? He told me they ordered parts from dealer since a month a go and nothing yet, so I decided to call dealer my self since I know everyone at parts department, and guess what I was told THEY JUST PLACED ORDER FOR PARTS TODAY 😡so I called back and asked for Boa again, wen I told him what the dealer told me he told me he wold check with his ordering department and call me back, we’ll he never called me back, next 30 days every time I wold call he wold be in meeting or out for lunch or on phone, so his secretary would tell me they will call me wen they get parts, finely after 3 month my car was partially finished and he got on phone to tell me they are waiting for the door to come, I asked him why are you replacing door it’s only a scratch, he told me why you care insurance company is paying, I finely got my car back EXACTLY 3 month after, my car looks and drives so bad that was not safe for me to drived and they NEVER REPLACED DOOR THEY ONLY PAINTED THE DOOR never did alignment and I have Loose wires exposed in my bumper, dealer told me he has seen bad body work before but never anything like this, my car is currently at dealer trying to fix what they destroyed, please do yourself favor and don’t get involved with this shop, they are scam artist and thieves, till today they never apologize to me for messing up my car .

They just did a FANTASTIC job on my brand-new 2016 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG-S Wagon!! Both passenger-side doors were damaged pretty badly, so the door shell of the front one had to be physically replaced and extensive repairs had to be done on the rear one. Quality of work is simply impeccable. No matter how scrupulously I inspect the former impact zone (visually, by touching etc.), there’s no evidence it has ever been there. All the interior and exterior stuff from the totaled passenger door was flawlessly transplanted to the new one, including numerous sensors, servos etc. – everything works!! I chose Quality Auto Body knowing it’s affiliated with my dealership, Ray Catena MB – and let me tell you, I couldn’t possibly be in better hands. Since I went through GEICO, I was quite nervous asking myself what will happen if the actual cost of repairs exceeds the number specified on GEICO adjuster’s report. It actually turned to be so, however since they have GEICO representative on staff, problems like that get solved right away. I was still only responsible for my deductible.The car spent almost 20 days in the shop – which is definitely a great sign cause it shows the car is being taken proper care. I was able to call them whenever I felt like and the manager patiently addressed all my questions and concerns over the phone. Btw they don‘t match the color by squirting at it like all those dirty crooked Moms & Pops shops do – they SYNTHESIZE the color identical to yours by the color code (RGB perhaps). Also, at least for MB vehicles, they use the patented manufacturer’s painting technology. I strongly recommend QAB to everybody who cares what their car is gonna look like after fixing, especially if you happen to drive an expensive, one-of-a-kind car. QAB is the place. Btw you probably know how hard it is to get rid of that poisonous, disgusting smell that chases you inside your car for months after it’s been to a body shop. Guess what - mine had almost no such smell, and even the original manufacturer’s scent was somehow preserved – icing on the cake! Frankly, I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Got my car fixed through geico here and though the car looked great it ran horrible.... Steering total messed up! Took it back and of course they will not take responsibility!! Will never return!!!! Dont recommended it!!

Was referred by Ray Catena Infiniti because I wanted to take my Infiniti to a certified Infiniti repair shop. Certainly didnt make a difference. I contacted them and the person who handled my claim became very nonchalant in regards to THE NEW DAMAGE that was done while my car was in their care. He said the scratch is minor, however, when I physically ran my finger across the scratch, its obvious that its very recent, and very deep. So... instead of them focusing on what theyve done, the guy is talking about minor light scratched that can easily be buffed away. I called to discuss the damages that were caused while my car was in their care. NOTHING ELSE. Now Im playing a cat and mouse game... beware!

My Mini Cooper suffered a left front crash, the staff at Quality Auto Body got my car and handled everything, I had to be without my beloved Mini for a very short time, and when I picked it up it was like new ! And cleaner than it was when I dropped it off, many thanks to everyone at Quality for the great service.

Costumer service is unprofessional; they dont call you back when your car is ready or even inspect it properly . I find something everytime they were done with it . They not able to their job. I have a 2009 300the rear door was damageIt has be in there shop for almost 3 months noweverytime i go they tell me it will be ready fridaythey have yet to let me speak to a manger this is the worst experince I have ever received from any company in my life timeI have seen my car it looks like they work on it 1 day out of the week for 1 hour and they still take a half out lunch
