Got the work done in a timely manner and even when I called to ask when the car would be done they didn’t BS me they were honest and told me it took a bit longer because of the INSURANCE, not the body shop! Michelle at the front desk is so kind and helpful. I recommend them to anyone in need of body repairs! The owner is straightforward with the work that needs to be done, they don’t beat around the bush unlike many other places do.

This place was great. I didnt want a perfect fix, I wanted a quick/good enough fix. They let me know the difference in cost and amount of time it would take and they were very clear about how they thought a good enough fix would look. Ill be honest, for $160 and a couple hours there, I didnt expect much. But honestly if I hadnt known where the damage was, I wouldnt have been able to spot it. The local fd was also there getting one of their vehicles worked on, so you know this is a great place.

They did a good job on my car...

I was recommended by someone and my experience did not go like I had planned. I dropped my car off and they said it would take 5-7 days. Over two weeks went by and my mom had to stop in to find out what was taking so long. It turned out that my car had not even been touched and their excuse was that they were waiting for the insurance to come in and look at it after I told them twice I was paying out of pocket. They then told my mom they would get right on it and it would be ready in 3-4 days after she had to speak with them. The whole thing could have been avoided if they would have did their jobs in the first place. The owner has been around a long time but there is no reason to keep someone on edge like that, especially during the holidays.

Did their work quick, made sure I knew what was happening, and handled my claim fast. No BS.
