Terrible Experience.The owner, Bill had me stopped by after explaining my needs on the car via phone, and after wasting the trip ~ he flips out that he cant pull away his mechanic to work on the car?If its not in the thousands the job, they blow you off.Then, when I called in initially, a guy nicked name Harry lies on the phone that it wasnt him.This place has lost every credibility. Go find yourselves reading this a better consumers services auto shop thatll treat yall with respect & not money hungry.Zero stars, period.

I couldnt ask for a better job. I had brought some parts in that I wanted painted to match the body of my RS7. Dimitri made sure thats exactly what I had received. The final product was spot on, done on time, and at the cost we discussed. Definitely a repeat customer.

Long story short, I recently dented my door with my snowblower this past snow storm we encountered . There was a nice dent on the driver side door with a scratch following Into the driver rear door . From the start of filing a claim with geico insurance, they suggested this body shop since it had a geico express agent conveniently located in the same building . I told geico over the phone that I wanted this body shop before they recommended it to me because I have been here before In the past .Every single employee at this shop I’ve encountered has a amazing and very pleasant attitude and will go out of the way to ensure your vehicle is fixed properly as if it was one of their own. From being there in the past with the same vehicle, I already knew upon picking it up that I would have nothing to worry about. It took them approximately 3-4 days to complete the repair to my driver side door and rear door. I also asked them to throw it in the attached detail shop located on site so I can pick my baby up like it was brand new again. They did not let me down. I picked up the car, and it was basically the same when I took it off the showroom floor. The repairs they did were flawless. The detail that was done on the car in and out was flawless. Every finger that touched my car from that shop had tender loving care Attached to it . Most definitely recommend bringing your car to this shop for any work that you may need on it . They won’t let you down. 100 out of 10 rating for sure. Will definitely return for anything I need in future.

Absolutely the best! I love my cars iridescent green paint job and was sure it would be impossible to match after a recent fender bender. Woodbridge Auto Body did a phenomenal job, you can NOT tell where the work was done. My car was fixed super quick and their customer service is the best! Will only go here for any work needed in the future.

I had previously had work done on my car, which was done poorly by another body shop. I had to live with it because I had recently moved to New Jersey.I came in to Woodbridge Auto Body randomly one day. I couldn’t stand looking at my rear bumper anymore. The owner told me to order the part that he will take care of it. I order my new bumper and came back a week later.When I came back the staff was very accommodating I had my 7 month old with me. In 30 minutes the job was done.I couldn’t ask for better service. The owner does a good job of running an honest business.

They are incredibly helpful and easy to work with. I’ve never had body damage before and was pretty lost. They were VERY patient with me, not rushing me to make insurance decisions, answered my questions and basically never rushed me. I’d definitely recommend them.

This is the second time I have used Woodbridge and they did a wonderful job. The people are friendly and easy to work with. They even identified and repaired a damaged wheel that was originally missed. The car was completed on time and looks like new. I was very happy with the service.

I live on a very busy street and park our cars on the street. Our cars get hit a lot, so I have been here many times! My sons car had its mirror clipped twice in about 3 months. These people are so nice, responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Plus they bring their dogs into the office, which I love. Theyve helped me out when the repair cost is lower than my insurance deductible. I trust them completely and can recommend them without any reservations.

Geico suggested this service center and I am not satisfied with the works. I had to come back 3 times to get the car fixed. And every time I have to overview their work and find many mistakes like painting was not done properly. They’re not sharing what kind of parts they’re replacing. when we ask we come to know about the details that they’re not good quality parts. My tire lock was broken when they fixed the tire and broken part of key got stuck inside the lock. They didn’t tell me anything about that until I found my tire lock key is missing after visiting this place. I had to visit another shop to remove the lock and paid money unnecessarily. I will not suggest this shop for service

Woodbridge Auto Body (WAB) is a Geico Repair Express location. Four times our parked cars (Geico insured) were severely damaged and we used WAB to have them repaired. Their repairs are timely, warrantied and above reproach. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and will insure your vehicle is repaired properly. We would never consider going to any other location. (Having a Geico claims adjuster and Enterprise car rental available at the facility is also a plus). Even if not an insurance claim, theyre more than willing to give you a fair deal as some of our friends found out.

Like most people, I had my car sent here based on Geicos recommendation and overall I didnt have much of any issue with them. Yes, my car took a little longer than expected to get fixed, and I felt the need to call them to get updates, since the Geico representative there surely wasnt giving me any, but whenever I called they were nice, gave me updates and a timeframe which was mostly spot on.Now, with my car back, it feels and looks new and Im quite satisfied. Being that I dont know any other auto body in the area, seems like I found my go to.

Mats were stolen from vehicle. While I cannot say for certain it was this business and not the tow company Geico set me up with, lets just throw a blanket statement out and just say dont use any of the 3. Still finding suspension issues with the car now 10 months later.
