Gregg is the type of guy who you shake his hand and he does the job right. I brought him parts to paint for a car I am restoring and turn around was fast. I had a minor issue with one part and he immediately fixed it. He takes pride in his work. Great value.

I found Lanier after calling multiple body shops trying to find someone who would repair my drivers side external door handle that kept falling off. Initially, the staff member who answered my phone call said this was not necessarily a typical service for them to offer but she checked with the owner and he was willing to help me despite this. Greg had me leave the car for a few hours so he could investigate what parts might be needed and order the needed part that day. Two days later I came back and he had it fixed in 5 minutes! Greg was professional and polite. He did not talk to me in a condescending manner which I have often experienced as a young female. The cost was extremely reasonable which is very important to me as a graduate student and I am so happy not to have to climb in from the passenger side anymore. Would definitely recommend!

My daughters car needed body work after bumping into a cement wall. I got quotes from 6 body shops and Greg Lanier was the only one who studied the car for about 5 minutes, then discussed different options. Greg Lanier made it look like the car was never damaged. He was finished 2 days early too. Easy to communicate with, great work, and a great honest price. I will definitely use this shop for all my future auto body work.

I can not say enough good things about this place! I was in the unfortunate situation of needing body work done and Greg made the process a breeze. As a college-aged girl, it can be difficult finding trustworthy auto shops, but I have definitely found my people for any future needs!When I initially brought my car for an estimate, Greg looked at it, informed me of everything that would need to be done, and even fixed an issue I was having with the door ON THE SPOT. I knew this is where I wanted to have the work done.Once he got my car in the shop, he sent text and picture updates and was even kind enough to remove some road paint that had splattered on my car. The car looks great now and I would never know that it had once been damaged.Greg was super flexible while I figured out all the logistics of getting my car to and from the shop and he was very patient and accommodating while I figured out payment since I was out of town and my employer was paying for the damages.There is a reason that this place has a 5 star rating!! I meant to write this review months ago to rave about this business. Someone keyed my brand new car and my insurance company wanted to send me to a repair chain that had done a shoddy job on my husbands car in the past. Knowing that auto body repair and painting quality varies drastically, I did a Google search for highly-rated shops and found Lanier. The owner, Greg, does business the old-fashioned way, with honesty, integrity, and quality work. The minute I talked to him, I knew this was the shop I wanted fixing my car. Jamie did a great job at handling all the paperwork and details with my insurance company, and Greg handled the repair and paint work. The workmanship was outstanding and youd never know that someone did over $1,000 worth of damage to the side of my car. My friend, who drove me over to pick up my car when it was ready, had splashed some house paint on her car and didnt realize it until it dried, and had some other scuffs from peoples doors and bumpers, so wanted to get an estimate. Greg removed the paint and buffed out all the spots for free while we were there! I highly recommend Lanier for all your auto body and painting needs.

My car was involved in a hit and run while it was parked. The car was totaled by a shop that was buddy buddy with the insurance company. I was incredibly lucky to then be referred to Greg and the Lanier Auto family who took in my humble car that was still running fine. They went above and beyond what they needed to do to fix my car at a reasonable rate (considerably less than the other shop). This included doing additional paint work and being up front about what they did and did not fix (as it was not necessary comestically or mechanically). They never made me feel less than and were genuine in wanting to help--very rare in the auto body world. I am so grateful for Lanier and highly highly recommend.

I strongly recommend Lanier Auto Body & Paint.I had a very positive experience last year, for the repair of my car which had a severe damage on two doors.I first checked with different auto body shops, large and small, all of them said that the doors being in aluminum, such large damage cannot be repaired and the doors has to be changed. Due to the price of these parts this was not an option for me.Then I found Gregs shop, and discovered that Greg, not only have the special tools but more importantly, the special and unique skill to do metal forming and re-forming on aluminum body car.I have been extremely pleased with the work done, the doors are immaculate with no difference with new doors. for a much lesser price.I recently got an other accident on this car, and Greg and his son Matt worked on the front and side with again an outstanding body and paint job.The know-how and skill that Greg and Matt have is very unique and certainly extremely rare to find elsewhere around.

Greg and those who work with him made a very unpleasant experience (I rear ended someone causing thousands of dollars of damage to my car) much more bearable. I asked my normal tire/repair shop for a referral before the tow truck arrived at the scene and Greg was happy to take my car right when I called him. This was shortly before Thanksgiving, and despite waiting 4 days for an adjuster to get out and get an estimate and also waiting for delayed parts, he still pushed to have my car finished in time for me to go out of town for work a couple days after Thanksgiving weekend. The work itself was wonderful. Ive been told that besides the new radiator, its not even discernible that I was in a collision. Lanier really went above and beyond to help me, always quick to answer the phone during business hours and so kind, honest, and understanding. They were even upset I took an Uber to go pick my car up as they would have come to pick me up themselves, and asked that I call anytime if something came up. The shop is very clean and its clearly a family environment. I highly recommend this place, and Ill be back if I need anything else done!
