Stop thinking about it and fix your rim(s) here! My wife hit a curb backing into one of the charging stations and I thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg to repair it. I was able to send them a picture of the damaged rim with the phone number provided to get an estimate and easily schedule an appointment for the repair. The appointment took a little over an hour and it looks like nothing ever happened! Turns out the repair was less than what was estimated once they saw it in person and repaired it.I hope this kind of stuff doesn’t happen anymore, but if it does, this will definitely be my go to!

I had a run-in with a curb on Friday while driving my husbands car and oh, did it do a number on the rim of the wheel. I watched several videos for DIY repairs (definitely not my wheelhouse!) and then started searching for someone to repair it for me. I found Rimguard and am thrilled with the results! I stopped by the stationary location behind Land Rover in Cary yesterday and Frank gave me an estimate to repair all four (we struggle with figuring out where we are wrt the curb when parking). I was there at 7am this morning and Frank and his nice co-worker (whose name I didnt get) were finished up by 8. The wheels look like new again; I was more than satisfied with the quality of the work, the price, and with how quickly they were able to repair them. I highly recommend them!

Ethan was who I dealt with from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I had several questions (including some odd ones) and he knew the answer to all of them. Even when communicating via email he was always very prompt with a detailed answer. When it was time for the work to be done everything went super smooth from the drop off to the call when it was ready for pick to the pick up process itself. I cant imagine have a smoother, better experience. Ethan and the team at Rimguard are true pros and run like a very well oiled machine. Oh, and of course the rims look great :) ! I was honestly more impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and promptness. Too many people/companies dont get that part right!

The fact that you can take your vehicle here, leave it and they remove the tires from the rims and remount and balance when done, is a great convenience. Called and explained my problem; they were very nice and explained procedures and costs and gave me an appointment for the next day.Took about 90 minutes and they put the tire back on the car and I was out of there! Saved over $300 from haveing to buy a new rim! Very pleased. Highly recommend them.

We have a 2007 Lexus LS 460 and the wheels were showing signs of corrosion. I contacted Rimguard because after looking at their website I saw where they had done Lexus wheels. I was offered a few options and chose the poloished aluminum. From start to finish they did a good job and the wheels came out great. We are very pleased with the work they did and the professional manner at which they conducted themselves.

I managed to ding up one of the rims on my new Tesla Model 3 with curb rash, which bummed me out. I found Rimguard online and set up an appointment. After setting up the appointment, I noticed some rim damage to another rim as well, but hadnt scheduled time for a second fix. They beautifully (and quickly) fixed the first rim so that you couldnt even tell there was ever damage, so I asked if they had time to fix the other one--they said, sure, weve got the time and space, and weve already mixed up the paint, and had it done in a jiffy. Two rims repaired in less time than I had planned for one, and a very fair price--its comforting to know that if (when?) I ding up my rims, they can make it right.

Rim Guard did a wonderful job on repairing the clear coat on rim on my Lincoln MKX. They were able to match the powder coat and everything. I am very pleased with the quality and customer service. They were on time with the repairs and the cost was just what we agreed on (much cheaper than replacement)

I got the Calipers on my Mustang Shelby GT350 painted red, and they did an excellent job on hand painting. I was worried it would be very apparent that they were hand painted but it isn’t and the quality is great.I think an area of improvement though would be foe them to do a quick rim cleaning… if you’re paying $450 for caliper printing, I think the way to go the extra mile would be a complimentary wipe down at the very least.I would recommend them for caliper painting!

Literally amazing. 2 things that they did to go above and beyond. 1) vary careful with my white seats (covered in plastic) and expedited my service so I didnt have to wait!

These guys are absolutely fantastic. Brought my one week old Tesla Model Y in after scraping the heck out of my back right rim. I figured these guys could at least cover up the damage by powder coating it but no they absolutely repaired the damage. It’s simply amazing. You can no longer even see or feel that the rim was ever damaged. It looks brand new again. I wouldn’t take my Tesla any please by these guys!

I caught a curb at a drive thru and immediately heard the sound every custome wheel owner dreads. Took it to Rimguard and received my wheel back like new. I can not tell where the wheel was damaged and the gloss on the wheel is 2nd to none.Communication was above expectations and it was repaired for less than a third of what a new wheel would have cost me.

I had a frame powder coated by this location. Within 3 months the powder coat started bubbling and peeling away with rust underneath. There was no rust on this part when I brought it to them. They were not willing to help me and said there is no warranty. I have never seen such low quality powder coat work. And the customer service is terrible.

My Viper rims had some stone chips and scratches in the barrel. The color is very difficult to match. Rimguard in Raleigh took the time and matched it perfectly. I cant see the repairs which is perfect. I always recommend Rimguard.

Couldnt have asked for better service or better work. A notably damaged rim apparently happened when new tires went on. No sign of the damage now! Everything from diagnosis to scheduling, to timeliness, to completion was excellent and with almost constant status along the way.

I really appreciated how Rimgaurd did not do extra work when it was not needed. This saved me over $150. I scheduled to have 2 of the 4 18 in. Momo Revenge rims to be repaired from a road hazard (random fing rock) damage. The car no longer shimmies at 65-73 mph, but the damaged rims were rotated to the rear of the vehicle by Discount Tire. I will have to see how it does when the rear tires are back on the front to know for sure. I inspected the wheels and I can no longer find the part that was bent. If it turns out the other wheel does need to be fixed, I will likely not change my rating of 5 out of 5.Many thanks to Rimgaurd. I will repeat my business at Rimgaurd. Note that the minor scuffs on the front of the rims are from non-related instances of my wifes and my imperfect driving. The rear photo is about where the damage was (noticeable bend in the rim), but I cannot find anything noticeable on any of the wheels with my naked eye anymore. The car is feeling like new again.
