Love going to Walmart auto centers usually, but hav never felt so unwelcome and almost awkwardly interacted with. When I pulled up I wasn’t sure if I was in the wrong place just the way I was being stared down before the employee eventually asked what I needed done (at least at other Walmarts they’re out greeting you and putting order in mobile etc.) I’d have survived that minor inconvenience…When I went to pay not only was the employee unmasked in a legally required area (again whatevs, but annoying) but more importantly I got a terse “you need something” like me coming to pay after being notified of the service was just unwelcoming all around.3 stars for still doing oil right, for the right price.

Came here for an oil change and they were able to walk me through a lot of different options. I typically ask a lot of questions ( not because I don’t know but because I want to make sure that the ppl working on my car have some idea of what they are doing). Sure enough, they did! Before I pulled off, they told me if anything feels off, to bring it back, and they’d fix it no charge! Most my Walmart experiences aren’t great, but this takes the cake! Great experience!

This was my second time at this location. I had a flat tire and wanted to get it fixed quickly. They took care of my as soon as I parked. I had to wait 10 min in the line when I enter. The customer in front of me had a issue with his that hold the line. The service manager notice that and told us to wait in the waiting room for 5 mins and they fixed my car quickly and the great part is they didn’t even charge me to fix my tire. Thank you so much for the great service. Will be back to this place again.

I went for my Wife’s Tire. I called and they verified they had the tires we needed. When I got there they claimed they didn’t have the tire and got an attitude when I told them I just got off the phone with them. They even got snappy with the Triple A guy which was very unprofessional on their part. Truth be told they didn’t want to change my tire because I had a warranty on it and didn’t have to pay full price. I will not be using this location anymore very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The whole time I was there I dealt with attitude and confusion with her car. Be more professional is all I have to say.

Why are u offering a service if u don’t have technician not even the tools to do it. Expect better from you Walmart. Wasted so many days in multiple appointments re-schedules due to no technician and then wasted multiple hours waiting on two appointments days to get service done, only to find, there are no tools. Why can’t you call the customer and say this that we don’t offer service. Complete waste of time and very unprofessional.

Walmart tires was not that great of experience. The communication between myself and the employees was very poor. Jason and Mack were the only two who had it under control. Once the communication and process was over they both did a great job. Thanks to them got what I needed. The rest of the employees need retraining in communication and customer service.

Tech to me to purchase the lifetime tire rotation and balance even though I needed an alignment. It cost extra for the lifetime instead of the regular. Do not fall for it they will not honor with the new tires even though I only used the service once.

I called a day ahead of time and made a 2:30 pm appointment for an oil change. Upon arrival, after asking for my name, number, and vehicle type they asked what kind of oil it takes. I said high mileage, please. They said okay and then asked what type of oil... I am not terribly car savvy, thus I am here paying you to know and change my oil. Then I waited an hour and 15 minutes before they even moved my car into the garage. Why even make an appointment at this point? Took another 30+ minutes to finish and then they left dirty and oily seat and floor covers in driver seat. And the maintenance light is still on.

The auto tech Jeraldo was so professional, knowledgeable, courteous and did a great job repairing my flat tire in a timely manner and educating me. I think they definitely need to fix the wait time during check-in and check-out. But the service I received from Jeraldo was so outstanding I was very satisfied.

I was here to replace all 4 tires. No one was happy at counter and waiting for someone to attend. I bought tires and suggested me to take tires with me as the appointment was at different day. Appointment was noted on notebook. I returned back for install, waited for 30 minutes in line for someone to attend. I am asked to take car in line for install booking. Since I had some knowledge I asked him to remove unnecessary charges that are not supposed to be there. I am asked to comeback after 4 hours. I was shopping in Walmart and got a call after 2 and half hours. No issues with Install.

I should have picked the battery up and put in my car myself. Three associates at the register and they were all stuck on slow. I wish I can work somewhere where I didn’t really have to work. Eugene was useless hiding in the back with another coworker. Then George took forever to take my battery out just to tell me they didn’t have any that fit my car. Wasting my time like where y’all find these people at.

George and his team were extremely personable and really gave me a great experience, i had my tires and oil changed and they really left a good impression on me. its hard times and i thought going to walmart for auto care was going to be a get what you paid for kind of deal, but im very satisfied and i really think coming here is worth the money. they were able to take my car right in after talking inside and i couldnt be happier. i didnt check if they do brakes but i will get them done here if possible.

Needed a battery, came in around 11:30am and they was a line for oil change and tire services. I was helped right away by Bright, she and Ken helped me buy the correct one and installed it. I was out the door by 12pm. My car is working great, thank you ladies! I heard the Auto Care Center is under new management, people should give them another chance. Excellent prices on batteries and service!

I woke up on a Tuesday morning planning to come in and get my tires replaced mounted and balanced. After a brief call with Bright in the auto shop I was pleasantly surprised to hear they weren’t that busy so I quickly came in! The whole process was smooth and fast. Even had the chance to get some shopping out of the way. Would highly recommend for their affordability and customer service. Kudos to Bright and Shannon for their excellent service!

I love Walmart, but sometimes with Walmart you get what you pay for. I dont expect great service but at least respectable service. The woman who greeted me and got my information was kind. I shopped in Walmart then waited in the waiting area for my vehicle. I could partially see my vehicle up, getting its oil changed. No problem. Later, I could see it lowered and I waited to be called on. I figured they were still working on it outside. 15 minutes later I finally got up and went to the register. I could see my vehicle in the parking lot and no one was working on it. The employees could have told me, but not a huge deal. Now I could have been rude and demanded why I had waited longer than needed, when I needed to go back to work. But I didnt do that, because I want to show respect to the workers there. I politely asked if the red vehicle in the parking lot was finished to the auto center employee stocking the shelf behind me. The employee rolled his eyes and sighed. He seemed pretty angry at something going on in his life. He didnt even try to act like he cared or talked. It almost seemed like he was angry at me. He started typing on the computer and printed out my receipt. He mumbled something angry under his breathe and shook his head as he stapled it and didnt give it to me but just held it in his hand looking away. I said, Thank you. And asked Are the keys in the car? Still being polite to him, although I honestly wanted to ask what his problem was. He sighed again and wouldnt make eye contact or talk to me and grabbed my keys from behind the window and held them in the air again. I kindly thanked him again and walked out.Now I dont write all this to publicly shame somebody who is having a bad day. But I dont care how what job you have or how bad of a day you are having, you treat people with respect, especially people who are being very polite to you. Super disappointed.

My experience was horrible. I went to get my tires change and meanwhile I waited I went the the kohl’s near by. I got a call about 1 hour and 30 minutes so they can just tell me that there was only 2 tires on the brand that I was going to get and when I asked (over the phone) if there was another brand that had 4. The lady started to give me an attitude. That’s not good customer service. When I got there I asked why they didn’t tell me before and the lady said because the computer said 5 but in reality there was only 2 and it wasn’t her fault it was the person that counted the tires. All I’m trying to say it to keep y’all computers updated so this doesn’t happen again.

Very disrespectful staff. The lack of professionalism and basic etiquette is so unreal. From the moment I pulled up, there was nothing but laziness and grunts about having to do work. I came to this walmart well over a year ago, and had great service from the manager, but now him and his team have become slack. I came to walmart for the affordable prices, but I rather pay $70+, and feel comfortable about the hands that are touching my car. Luckily, the person that actually brought my car out to me was very courteous, and is the reason I am even giving 2 stars. I did not know this location was so ghetto, but I guess it pays to read reviews

Very unprofessional environment. Made multiple mistakes with peoples cars. Manager was rude as well as the employees. Employees having their own conversations instead of helping their customers. Some weren’t even in uniform no name badge or vest to know that they work there. The operator telling me she doesn’t know the corporate number then tells me to google it. Waited for 3 hours for my vehicle. The staff made me uncomfortable to even take my car back to VA. This whole auto department needs to be replaced. I’ve never had an experience like this at any Walmart between the west or east coast. I do NOT recommend coming here for auto work.

Horrible experience. Went in for ONE tire that I did not need right away. Asked about wait and lady pointed to window. Two vehicles in bays - two vehicles confirmed by another employee so fairly empty. After 7 inquiries with employees and 2 and a half F&*)ing hours later - finally the manager went out and put a tire on the rim as I was going to leave and pick it up the next day. WTF - this was before 3 and out about 5:30 for a 15 minute job - steer clear if you value your time.

Worst and rude staff ever. Worst experience ever in tore shop.Bought 2 tires and they did not do the wheel balancing for which they charged me. So had to come back again and they took 4 hours for wheel balancing and tire rotation.Neither the person at front desk nor the technician will respond to you. All they say is to wait. They do not care about what the customer is trying to say.Trust me, this is not the place for you to be for buying tires.

The tires on my car were not properly serviced after an entire day of waiting. I was not notified of the status of the work all day. When I came to pick the car up I had to make sure that the service was completed.The worker behind the desk was receptive to my issue and did his best to resolve my issue. He seemed to need a managers approval to do anything which added to the time spent waiting for the work to be done. This workers attitude towards resolving my issue is the only reason for the second star.The department seems to me to be poorly run and I wont return.

Terrible customer service not only that poor service. I waited for almost 3 hours to get tires replaced for them to tell me that they cannot change my oil because the last place that changed it put the cap on too tight (I understand). The next morning I noticed that the hub cap was missing on my back tire. I went to see if it was there and they pulled up the surveillance camera to show me that all four were on when I left. This indicated that it was not put on correctly for it fall off. I will not be returning to this location and I really hate that I wasted money on tires from this place. I arrived here this morning to get a simple oil change. This was my first time trying out a Walmart Auto Center, and will most likely be my last. I went inside to check-in and one of the associates seemed like he was extremely hungover, to the point that speaking was like giving birth to a child. He was rude and told me that I had to go check-in where the “group” of people were standing outside. So, I went outside and got in line behind the group of one. Yes, only one person. It took 15 minutes for someone to ask me what I needed. After waiting another 15 minutes, the manager told me that they didn’t have my oil filter in stock. What a waste of time these people are. Fortunately, I believe it was a blessing in disguise that these people did not work in my car. I went inside to see if they had my oil filter in stock. Low-and-behold there was 4 of them on the shelf. Incompetence. Go to Mr. Tire. It’s worth the extra 10 bucks.

Horrible place. Do not go there! I called at about 2:45 pm for quote on tires and asked when do they close. The man who answered the phone said 6pm, meanwhile they close at 7pm. First red flag. I purchased 3 tire; I recently replaced a single tire at Sams club so I didnt need 4 new tires. I also wanted something cheaper this time. I checked in at 5:17 pm (7/27/18). I told the greeter who checked me in (Dante) specifically that I wanted 2 new tires in the rear and 1 new tire with my partially worn tire in the front. My partially worn tire was already in the rear. This should be obvious to people who claim to be certified, but its Wal-Mart so I had to reemphasize it. I will admit, he presented himself as a professional when he checked me in. However, two hours later, there are 2 new tires in the front and 1 new tire in the rear with my 1 partially worn tire. Dante apparently did not convey my request to the crew members. When I asked him he couldnt come up with a lie, but oh they didnt do it? By this time its past 7pm. He said to me, You will have to come back tomorrow to have it rotated, there are other cars ahead of you now, something like 7 cars, and I dont think they would leave those cars to come back to yours. This guy was counting cars that came after me meanwhile blowing his e-cigarette smoke in my face. After all, he negligently did not do what I instructed him to do. I told LT, one of the managers, about it. He rotated my tires before I left. It is unbelievably sad that I spent $ 271.76 on tires and received a such a mediocre service.

All I needed was an oil change and I waited in line and then extra time for a total of about an hour for them to call me and tell me they don’t have the tools to do an oil change on my car. I drive a 2012 Mazda 3, hardly an exotic and rare car. What kind of car care center doesn’t have tools for a simple oil change on a pretty common car? Stay away

Such a poor experience. i waited almost 2 hours for my 2 front tires to be replaced. not only that, no one told me my car was finished. i had to go up to the cashier and ask the lady running the desk and she brought out the paper of everything that was done to my tires saying “oh your car has been sitting out there, it’s finished”... i asked what time the car was finished at and she read on the paper “10:53am”... it was 11:20 am when i was talking to her. meaning i was waiting for 30 minutes for no reason when my car wasn’t just sitting out there. i spoke with the assistant manager Jose and he couldn’t do anything but talk to the employees about this problem. very slow people who work there and they are all not helpful at all. take your car elsewhere.

Never open on time, 3hr wait is crazy, they don’t know how to put the cover on under your car after you get oil change, Sat outside waiting to be checked in for 25 mins. Lady came out said sorry I got sidetracked at the cashier area. LIE!.i know she was just taking her sweet time!Don’t waste your money and time here it’s terrible. So this review is primarily for Chyne, the young lady that assisted me. I went in for a battery but wanted to see if I was still under warranty. Her assistance was on point. I didnt have my receipt and my purchase was not in the system. Chyne did it the long way by entering the codes off the battery and even came outside herself to assist in retrieving the codes. Turns out I was still with in warranty and she got me straight and was very patient throughout the process so huge shout out to her she deserves 5 starts alone.However, I can see how people are giving negative reviews because the mechanics and other employees in the auto center did seems a dry and nonchalant. Not much order and short staffed as so, they closed early and I wasnt able to get my battery installed so im going to have to come back unless I do it myself. That is why I give this 3 stars. Hopefully they tighten up so they can get some better reviews and hopefully yall reading this have an experience closer to mines vs the 1star people.

Donte checked me in for an oil change, and was very sweet and courteous. I even chatted with the manager for a few minutes and he was polite as well. The team kept me updated the whole step of the way, and I was in and out under 45 min. Even the young lady that checked me out was sweet. I will be back.

Last place you will ever want to be, if you value your time and car or any !Terrible service and very rude staff. - Sharing my personal experience. I reached to this Walmart location with a flat tyre repair for which they made me wait for 3 hours! They took the car and when i asked for, when will it be ready, they talked rudely and told couple of hours. When the car was taken for flat tyre check, the service guy came inside telling that the type is greatly damaged and will need replacement. But when i told them that my tyre is covered under the Road Hazard replacement. They took around 30 minutes to just confirm that and later did not tell me any thing and quietly went and fixed the same tyre only. and after 3 hours gave the car back . When i was taking my car back i was surprised to see that they did not change the tyre. When i asked that why the tyre is not changed. They told me that after i told them that the tyre is covered under Walmart hazard protection they reinspected the tyre damage and found that it actually can be repaired, so they repaired it.

Terrible customer service. Manager is rude. It takes about 30 minutes for them to even acknowledge that you are waiting outside with your car. If you go inside to see how long will be the wait. They will tell you to go back outside because they will be right with you. No they wont. Tried 3 times, because I understand sometimes they are busy. Customers just turn their car around and leave. Last time I tried waited for 20 minutes outside before they came outside before telling me it would be 2 hours.

To begin I’d like to say this was my 3rd time in 4 days trying to get service from this specific location. I arrived first thing in the morning the KID who was there to “greet” incoming vehicles was completely unpleasant. I have nothing to do with you being scheduled to actually put in WORK. He tried to tell me my tire warranty wouldn’t cover the service I needed on my tire lol. After he gave the attitude and walked away twice to speak with a tech, he then says it can be done. I even checked on him asking him asking about his day, even though they hadn’t even been open for 45min.After reading the reviews before mine, I can see many of us are referring to the same KID.But shoutout to DENNIS! He was active and attentive once I got past the first encounter. He in fact checked both tires and replaced what was needed quickly and efficiently. Dennis was the epitome of the service I was seeking. IF I ever had to go back, I’d call to be sure Dennis was there.

I would give zero stars if I could. The staff here, particularly the manager Kyle, is exceedingly rude. I went there to get service on my tire which I purchased a warranty for but they seemed intent on selling me a new tire from the very get go. They didnt mention anything about why the tired couldnt be repaired but simply told me that the warranty was void and that I would have to buy a new one. When I asked the assistant manager why it was void the manager, who had come into the waiting area with him, for some reason raised his voice and became dismissive,, then when I about the warranty for the new tire the assistant manager went to the computer to check on something and the manager said Im just gonna tell them to put on the new tire. Then when they finished the lady at the checkout gave me the bill and I had been credited for my old tire. The manager Kyle saw this, told her to void the transaction, walked into garage and began a shouting match with the technician that installed the tire, they were so loud that other customers rushed to the window of the garage to see what was going on, then he and technician came back, and yelled at me some more. Then when I protested and pointed to the language in the contract that indicates that warranty is based on tread depth instead of mileage or age of the tire, he became even more indignant so I just gave up, paid for the tire, and left. Then when I got to the car it wouldnt start and I had to go back in and ask the assistant manger for help starting the car which he provide. Anyway this is one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. Please stay as far away from this place as possible.

Bought a battery from a different Walmart 2 years and was told they could look me up in their system if the battery needed to be replaced. Battery died and went to go get a new one at this location (I bought the 5 year battery) and was told that I was required to have the receipt or they dont honor the warranty. The battery literally has a sticker on it saying when it was made (September 2014) and apparently that doesnt matter. I was told they dont have a system to look people up in. How does Walmart not have a way to look up customers?! Went down the street to Autozone and was in and out in ten minutes for about 10 bucks more than the price Walmart gave me and had a great experience there. Dont spend your hard earned money here.

Buyer be ware. Bait and switch oil change. They offer a $19.95 oil change but tell you its only for vehicles with under 75,000 miles and refuse the service. Dont let them fool you, ask for the store manager if they try. You do not have to pay for a high mileage oil change if you dont want to. The Assistant Manager, Kyle, claims this is required - it is not. I asked the store manager to show me where this is in the fine print or anywhere in writing and they finally agreed to provide the service as advertised.

I got in my car after having waited 30 mins for them to tell me they didnt have the tool to do my oil change, to find a huge oil footprint on the carpet. I called in frustrated and they said I could bring it in to have the carpet cleaned. The manager forgot he told me to come when I came and he still didnt have the tool to do my cars oil change. It was just a very poor experience, they seemed fairly incompetent. I wish I could get my oil changed there because I normally just do it at walmart, but I have to take my business elsewhere after this whole experience.

We were in a minor accident on Labor Day. All of the tire shops were closed so I called Walmart. The Service Writer, Satinn answered our call and confirmed that our tire was in Stock. We came over right before they closed and our tire was fixed within 30 minutes. We also found out that the other tire needed to be changed too. Thanks for the great service!

Worst experience in the US so far in a tire shop. I went to get new tires but the lady I met there suggested it could be patched. I dropped my car at 11 took a Lyft to work and another back thats $30. My tires was not put back in the car. Paid $10.73 for the patch job after my tires were fixed to the car On my way to work this morning and guess what the tires are down again. Waste of time and money.

I have never in my life received worse service then I have at this Walmart tire and lube place, and Ive always bought my tires from Walmart. Seriously​, dont even think about taking your car here to get serviced. They broke a part on my car, hid it from me thinking that I wouldnt catch on and when I did they finally fessed up to it. They paid to get the part fixed, but didnt apologize or even offer me anything to compensate the time it took me to get their mistake fixed! The women who had a department manager tag was extremely rude. I went for oil change early morning at 7:30 am, the way she talked to me ruined my entire day. She checked my car, and moved away without telling where to keep the car and key, also did not tell about what kind of oil change I need. I was thinking to talk to her manager, but was in rush, but I will obviously talk to her manager, if she does next time. I would definitely not recommend going to her.

I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I called three days in advance, two days in advance, and the day I actually went over there, all being connected from the main Walmart center to the auto centers phone, and with no answer each time. By now I was overdue for the change, so I decided to drive the 25 minutes to the store to see if they had an opening. They closed 2.5 hours after I arrived, and stated that they could not see anymore customers that day. I explained to them my situation, and all but had to pull teeth for them to change my oil, and they still refused to do a tire rotation. The customer service I received was the worst I have ever dealt with in my life, and I used to work in customer service. I will not be using this Walmart again and dont recommend it to ANYONE.

I have been using this store for years. And what I think has gone on is that for yrs prior to the last 3-4 before this company placed a full-time manager people have been used to get what they want especially when it is not warranted. Those people are there to do a job and customers at times fail to see that those employees are people first and they talk to the staff and say whatever they want and think its ok and think they are correct. The customer maybe be always right but not in every situation. Cursing someone talking down to them because you cant get your way isnt right and doesnt make them want to use discretions. Notice to customers thinking of using this Place they do a really good job and take care of you Im a regular customer and I refer them all the time.. Give them a chance free of ridicule we have to realize that most times people only post complaints when they dont get what they want but when those situations come about where people are taken care of well outside of where they should have nobody ever post those things we only complain when were mad which is unfair.

Dont ever go to this place! I came out from grocery shopping at Walmart and I couldnt crank my car. Went to the auto shop in Walmart and asked for help if any tech can come over and check it since my car was parked right in front of the walmart!! Lady at the front asked Kyle (one of technicians) and he said No and she even told me that he wouldnt send anybody! What da!!!!!They had no customers at all and were cleaning the floor!!!!! how could not help people who needed their help! Dont ever go there!!!!!

Lazy, unprofessional, immature employees in this department every time that Ive been(three).*The website and the door both state that they close at 7pm during the week. I arrived at 6pm yesterday, 02/27/2020, to find that they closed at 3pm...with no known reason according to the one autocenter employee that I happened upon.

Service pricing is good, but they scammed me by saying the oil change will cost $44, then after they are done I find it more than $70!!Very slow and not well organized as well.

Almost 2 hours for an oil change followed by my car having a problem with the metal under (access panel) it scraping as soon as I leave (does not seem like a coincidence) when I returned the lady at the desk ask me who I had called because it was lunch and they are full, I told her the manager (that is who they said they were when I called). She asked which manager to which I did not have an answer...to which she responded we dont even have a manager so youre lying! and told me to come back when I knew who I talked to. Update:next oil change they see the access damage and report 2 screws missing. Hence the access panel falling again while on the highway and probably useless now!

I just left earlier for wipers (which they installed; buy and install was less than 15 minutes) and I am there a lot for everything from oil changes to tires. I schedule based on the time; usually call ahead to see what the wait is likely or check online for busy times. Everybody is usually pretty friendly but they see me a lot. Just my experience.

Waited four hours for oil change and tire rotation. I️ was the second car in line at 7:30am. Asked for additional tire pressure and didn’t add. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone whose thinking about having a good day.
