I was taken care of by Cici and she was great. Did a purchase option on the rims and a rent to own with warranty on the tires. She recommended that desk on the tires considering how much I drive the car. I have had several issues unrelated to tire wear happen to the rims but almost every single time I’ve walked in there and have received a new tire through the tire warranty and didn’t cost me anything. Having low profile tires can be troublesome and unwanted cost could kill your bank for even the slightest pot hole. Also every time I’ve been in to have something taken care of the wait time was fast. I would highly recommend buying your rims from them but doing a tire warranty it will save you time in the end. Just left a very happy customer, all staff was very helpful in approaching me and making sure I was helped immediately. Never experience another wheel shop that made me feel comfortable unlike some other shops who seem to judge me and stare at me as i walked in. In the past year I have had to vehicles that exploded tires about a mile or two away from rent a wheel in Raleigh that here on Newbern Avenue first time everyone in the store went above and beyond to try to help me get finance for a new set a tires and in the end they stayed an hour too late in the evening just to help me get going so that being said I knew the type of people they were and just today I had one of my other cars blew a tire and there was nowhere open to buy a new one I had no spare and again they went above and beyond and got on the computer I figured out my bolt pattern just so happens they had a Set of steel rims that still had some tires on them but they were going in the trash They told me I could have them since they fit that way I was able to get back home offered to pay for them they said no need so all in all I will always bring my business here when it comes to rims and tires best customer service I have ever had thank you guys I will be back in a few months to put custom wheels on my new car because of the service

Absolutely a great experience from when I first got my tires until they were paid off today. When I went in i already knew what tires I wanted but they didnt have them in the store, one of the employees immediately drove to a different location got the tires came back and installed them within an hour. When it came to payments they always called and asked if drafting early made it better for my acct.
