Very pleased with the experience from the store! There were a lot of mattresses to try and feel. More importantly, Dylan, the associate who helped us was awesome! He was very patient with us explaining the characteristics of each mattress which would suit according to our needs. Felt more relaxed, and easy while making our decision. When there is a need, I would definitely visit this store again!

I am blown away by the top notch customer service James provided to my husband and I. From start to finish he was a total pleasure to work with. A nice selection of different mattresses to try. James was lovely and easy to work with. Delivery was scheduled. Received delivery details the day before delivery with a time window. The gentlemen that delivered my mattress and box spring were very nice and even showed up early before arrival time. I did receive a call when they were on the way. I didnt realize how bad my mattress was to sleep on until I got the new one.When it comes time to buy another mattress, I would definitely visit this store again.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I visited once and came back after I did a little research and found a few mattresses that I liked. On my second visit, the sales person showed me all the mattresses that I had on my list, and had me try them. I made my purchase on that visit, and feel very happy so far. The next test will be sleeping on it.

Extremely disappointed with this place. I came to this place with my parents to buy a mattress and went inside to talk to someone. But there was only one employee and he didn’t even welcome us or told us to wait, ignored us completely. He kept on talking to another customer so we just walked out bc we were ignored after walking around for a few minutes. Don’t recommend. Go somewhere else with better customer service.

We have visited multiple different furniture stores as well as mattress stores looking for a mattress, and by far this place had the best deals and most helpful floor salesman, Brandon.

Horrible experience. Do not buy the mattress here. I could not get mattress since the delivery man never ever did not come by my home. But the manager, James, said it would be delievered. So, I reset the delivery schedule, but again, they did not come. So, I cancelled the order. And this shop did not keep the open hour. When I went there, the shop did not open.
