I just purchased at the Flagship Store at Brier Creek. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was. David was knowledgeable, supportive and patient. We talked on several occasions. I can’t think of the last time I wrote a review but I had to give David a shout out. He was the tipping point in the purchase process.

Called the store and spoke with David about the Tempur-Pedic mattress, I told him I knew what I wanted and was shopping for the best price. Dave was waiting for me at the store with a positive attitude. Very knowledgeable and very professional. He got my wife and I to agree on a better mattress and base. We took advantage of the discounts and got some pillows. Go see Dave.

Had a great experience shopping with David at this location. He showed both my mom and I all the different options for mattresses and pillows. He also answered all my questions about the warranty, returns, shipping, etc.I like that they have disposable covers to put over the mattress while you try them, all companies should get these!

Probably the best experience I’ve had looking for pillows and a mattress. Erick was fantastic and it almost felt like I took my girlfriend to the spa. For something you do about 8 hours a day, it’s a great investment.

We are long time tempur-pedic owners already, but the adjustable base will be a new experience for us! Just got done taking some incredible naps at this location in Crabtree. Walked in with my wife thinking adjustable bases were stupid and unnecessary....Brenton helped us realize how wrong we were very quickly. Took the best mid day “relax nap” I’ve ever had and learned so much in the process. Never felt pressured to buy anything....just got educated!Will be back soon!

Paige was very helpful in explaining all of the mattress options and how they compare to each other. They gave us mattress/pillow protectors to lay on that didn’t interfere with testing the mattresses out at all. We were able to easily go back and forth between mattresses multiple times and didn’t feel rushed or pushed one way at all by the staff.

Paige was very helpful making sure the bed frame we chose was going to be compatible with the adjustable frame we purchased

During the pandemic in 2020, my husband and I searched online to replace our Tempur-Pedic bed but could not find what we were looking for. We had no idea there was a local Tempur-Pedic store nearby until we stumbled across it in the mall just before Christmas. Brenton, the store manager was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and provided safe, hands-on demonstrations of the beds and then gave us the space to discuss and make an informed decision. The process to purchase and arrange delivery was painless and quick. We were astonished to get the call to set up a delivery date within 3 days of purchase and delivery scheduled 5 days after purchase. With so many items unavailable or long-term delayed due to the pandemic, the unexpected service and speed of delivery has been nothing short of phenomenal. We have had a Tempur-Pedic bed for several years and look forward to many more years of restful sleep on our new bed - a little Christmas cheer at the end of a very challenging year.

It was really helpful and I appreciated being able to visit a local Tempur-Pedic store and have a safe hands-on experience with someone who clearly was knowledgeable and friendly. Brenton asked questions which allowed him to assess which bed(s) for me to test then had me rest on more than one bed using safety measures that made me feel comfortable with trying to decide if Tempur-Pedic would meet my needs. He continued to ask questions and explain all features. I was able to make a very informed decision to buy my first Tempur-Pedic bed.With so many factory-produced items unavailable, back ordered or delayed shipping during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, I was amazed that Tempur-Pedic scheduled and “white gloved” delivered/setup within three days of purchase. What amazing service from beginning to end!Tempur-Pedic’s 90-Night Tryout reassured me I could test this bed and know if it is the best choice for me. I am happy to post that I have enjoyed good rest every night since I received this bed!Thank you, Tempur-Pedic and Brenton!

I had no idea that there was a flagship store located inside of Crabtree Valley Mall but, stumbling upon it was my 1st opportunity to drag my boyfriend in to test out their options for beds.Store Manager Brenton R. was just the perfect representative to masterfully detail all of the benefits of Tempur-Pedic mattresses to us newbies! He was very patient & informative, while allowing us to test out three beds. Needless to say... my boyfriend & I are both sold on purchasing the Luxe Adapt Soft with Ergo Tempur-Pedic mattress and...we look forward to many, many nights of the best sleep of our lives!!Thanks a million Brenton =)
