I mistakenly rolled in to this shop a few minutes before closing. They were so polite about it, they made me feel so welcome! They did a great job, too! I would recommend this location for an oil change without reservation!!

Don’t bother. They take too long and the oil change was $93 with a coupon. Really wish i hadn’t gone here but I was in a pinch. I won’t make that mistake again.

I took my 2011 Camry to fix the engine splash shield. They were very unprofessional. First they removed my old engine splash shield, but they did not put a few important parts back. The manager asked me to buy a new shield online and other parts (cost me around $100 in total), but in next visit the manager told me they cannot install that. They wasted me so much time and money. The manager offered me a free oil change but I did not come back. I got my splash shield installed easily in a nearby shop.

I went to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change a couple months back. My car had started leaking a little oil, but by consistently checking the levels, it seemed they had just overfilled it a little bit. That was a slight irritation, but oh well. Then, my car started leaking more and more oil to the point that it felt extremely concerning. I took it to a different shop, and they told me I needed a new oil drain plug and another oil change because of that. Jiffy Lube was supposed to replace this drain plug months ago during said oil change and instead just let it slip by. My guess is that their goal was to exploit a woman who isn’t extremely knowledgeable about the inner workings of her car. This is extremely irritating, and I will not be returning to this location. Jiffy Lube did not complete the job to their fullest extent, and it ended up costing me a bit to fix their mess.

Oil change and inspection done under an hour. Great service.

I don’t know anything about cars, noticed my splash shield was shorn right across the street from Jiffy Lube. I asked if they could repair my car, they ended up removing the broken part for me and told me what to do to get it fixed, didn’t charge me anything! It was very fast as well, took about 15 minutes. I’m grateful to be driving again.

I used this location occasionally. This time they did inspection and oil change. I left place happy since service was perform quickly, probably 30 minutes or so. Two days later I decided to check oil level, this was ok, but I notes that engine cover was not install properly due to lost of the holding rubber boot and is physically damaged. Why engine cover was removed ? The charges were also questionable - oil change, synthetic oil, filter - $108.99 + tax. I do not trust this place any more.

The staff was amazing!!! We normally go to the dealership for everything with our car. Today we were in area and decided to try Jiffy Lube. The staff fixed our problem quickly! Even the general manager Mark assisted....thank you all so much your professionalism!

My car started acting up and I went to Jiffy Lube in the end of the day hoping that the fix would take around an hour. It did not. It was more complicated and I was there the whole time and observed how dedicated the team was in diagnosing and fixing my car. It took four hours to finally repair everything and we all were way past the end of the day. I am very glad they all agreed to stay and figure out what was wrong.I am very thankful!

Second time I’ve been to this location and both visits were for an oil change. Waited about 10 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me before my car was serviced and it took 15-20 minutes for the service. They even put my spare tire I had in the trunk away under my car for me for free! Super friendly, no bs, and all employees were wearing masks. Great location, always has coupons, would recommend to anyone!

Quick & easy, but always left my oil cap loose. It happened all 3 times I went that my oil would leak and get low before the next oil change was due. I went to 2 other places that both confirmed that last oil change my cap was left loose.

AWFUL! NEVER. GO. HERE. I wish I could leave zero stars. All I wanted was a simple oil change, but they insist on trying to get more money out of you (shocker). While taking out the air filter to show me, they disconnected the MAP sensor. This caused my engine to freak out, I slowly wasn’t able to move while driving the next day, and eventually my engine shut down and my car wouldn’t even start. It caused me to miss work and leave my car on the side of a major road. This was either a horrible and stupid mistake, or a complete scam to get me to go back and they could get more money. I’m assuming the latter. All they want is to get more money out of you, especially from women who they assume don’t know much about cars. Never trust these scammers.

Good night these days, you went to inspect the car and the staff here took the oil out of the engine thinking I would take it for that. After several days I realized that my car had no oil and without any leakage, the staff did not add oil to it and the engine was damaged, now it has a noise and engine knocking, I do not have to check but I know it was there pending the get out of there with your car.

I came to this location for a state inspection on my 30 minute lunch break. I was in and out in 15 minutes, and while I was in the waiting area, their employee Rose made an errand that people see as a burden so much fun. She had so much energy, was informative and upfront about pricing. She understood I was working with a small amount of time and made sure the whole team knew to expedite the service. I will be returning to this location for all of my vehicle needs!

Got my tire replaced here a few weeks ago after getting a flat and got another flat on the same tire about a week later (from a screw). When trying to change the tire we found that one of the bolts was very hard to remove. Whoever changed the tire tightened it too much and stripped the stud and bolt, making it hard to take off and impossible to put back on. I went back and they replaced it for free, but the bolt they put on was a different size than the other 3. I just got another flat (also a screw! Incredibly unlucky) and the wrench we had wouldnt fit on the new bolt. We had to buy a whole new wrench just to take the bolt off. I always had good experiences getting oil changes here which is why I made the review 2 stars instead of 1 but this whole experience with the tire has been very frustrating.

Rip off! I have tested them twice with their quotes. They overcharge you for unnecessary services! Most of things guys say you need to change or fix are not even broken. Its about $$. Customer steps into Jiffy will get charged for nothing in a Jiffy!!

I always service my car there, and jiffy lube always delivers the best quality. They even went overboard today and fixed something in my car that they technically dont really do. They can be pretty crowded since its at Western boulevard but Id still go to them every time.

Came in for an inspection... in the last 30 minutes of their operation on the last day of the month. They were friendly and efficient and my 9-year-old car passed inspection without any issues. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I couldnt ask for a better experience.

Love it here its affordable and the oil changes come with a free vacuuming. I was helped by a wonderful woman named Mary here. She was polite and cared enough to answer all of my questions despite the heavy flow of traffic. Even with four people ahead of me I didnt have to wait long. I was in and out, I will definitely be returning here for my next oil change!

My car needed an inspection. Its the last day of the month to get it done, so I expected to have to wait forever. In reality, I drove up, I was greeted, I was ushered into the lobby, the gentleman said 15 minutes and you should be done, and he was done in 9 minutes. Really excellent customer service!

We had some urgent repairs needed to my daughter’s car so she could travel safely to the west coast. It was near closing BUT ALL of the workers stayed late after hours to complete the repairs needed. They even cleaned the floors and windows of BOTH of our cars! I have taken all of our cars there for oil changes and brake repairs for years. The manager and his staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, and experts in their repairs. The prices are great, and I have never had to wait long even if the waiting room is full of customers. Manager Will, Rose, and all of the mechanics really take care of their customers and stand by their work! I plan to be a customer for life!

I had a great experience today at jiffy lube for a quick oil change and air filter change. Rosie is always so helpful and knowledgable about what your car might need without being pushy about it. Dominic was great helping me during checkout and even was able to lower the price for me some. As I was leaving, Nathan, help the store door and my car door open for me. Above and beyond service!

Blew a tire on the highway on my way to work the size of a softball and had to pull in to the quickest place on a prayer. By myself, no knowledge of cars, theses guys were professional, curteous and worked hard to get me fixed up and on my way. I had a great experience here and felt like they really took care of a situation quickly and professionally. I will definitely be back.

Would’ve been a 5 star rating had they actually filled my tires with air like I had requested during my tire rotation. My tire light was on and I specifically requested that. Had to fill them up on my own, which is fine, but don’t tell me it’s done when it isn’t. Otherwise, I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

I had terrible service here. I just came in for an oil change and they decided to check my engine air filter as well. This would have been fine except they didn’t even bother to put it back together. They lost a clip to my air filter housing and didn’t bother to close it correctly. I noticed this when my car was much louder than it should be. I will not have to special order a new clip just to keep the housing shut all the way.

Looking at previous reviews that claim that a synthetic oil change is $30 makes me laugh. Ive been getting synthetic oil changes for the past 10 years at many different shops and they have always been upwards of $80-$100. Dont let this negatively dissuade you from going to this shop. The service and people at jiffy lube are great. The do their work quickly and correctly. They are transparent with their pricing and offer fair prices sometimes with a mail in rebate. Ive been going here for the past 2 years for inspections and oil changes. They fill up your fluids for free in between services. What more could you ask for?

Wouldnt recommend going here, not only is the customer service terrible. They go the extra mile and insult for apparently not knowing how to maintain your own tire pressure. Why offer a top off service on fluids and air if youre going to make your customers regret coming back?

Went in with pretty low expectations since I have had awful luck at fast lube places in the past (when I got home I had a flat, missing hubcaps, etc) I was pleasantly surprised to be in and out in 20 mins this morning and every staff member was very professional and friendly. This location has got it together.** Edit- I guess I wrote this too soon. I have a missing hubcap and since I didn’t get an oil change, jiffy lube said there was nothing they could do....

I only give it two stars because the first time I went, the woman who helped me was very nice and helpful. My car didnt say it needed an oil change but every time I hit a turn, it told me the oil pressure was low. A check engine light came on after the problem got worse. I took it in and they told me my oil level was fine and that my engine was just messed up leading to the sensor going off. I took it to a mechanic and they said all that was wrong was that my oil was way too low and the check engine light had solely to do with the low oil levels. They gave me an oil change and my car has run fine ever since. I understand jiffy lube is not a full service car repair shop but if basically their only job is to change oil, you think theyd be able to properly check oil levels.

The staff were so friendly, one even approached our car and helped lead us into the waiting room which was air conditioned and they offered us free coffee. They also gave great advice and were very affordable.

Ive been going to this Jiffy Lube for three years.. I have never had a bad experience. I went today and everyone was very personable and polite, as always. I will continue going to this Jiffy Lube for as long as the service remains so incredible!

Only one staff member seemed to really have a handle on what is going on in the shop. The rest of the staff generally seems disorganized. While I am pleased with the service I received, I dont think I will be returning to this location.

I literally paid 95 dollars for them to almost destroy my car... never go here. Ever.I took my car in to get an oil change a month ago, and about 3 weeks later I tried to check the oil level and the dipstick was dry. It turns out they emptied out my oil and forgot to put fresh oil back in. The only reason my car engine didnt explode was they also forgot to change the oil filter, which left about a half quart of crappy oil to keep things from completely dying on me.If I could give 0 stars I would.

This was the third time I went there. I usually use Groupon oil change package. The last 2 times(which was about 1 year ago) was pretty good but this time, they didnt reset the oil indicator and the oil change sticker was upside down. I hope they have changed the oil correctly and nothing bad happens to my car.

$130 for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation is a complete rip off. My windows were better off before they were “cleaned” because they were left so streaky I had to reclean them myself. I was told the floors were vacuumed, but I never once saw any of the doors open or a vacuum hose in hand, and the floors looked exactly the same as when I arrived. The employees were a joke, fighting in front of customers on two different occasions during my time spent in the lobby. The yelling had to be broken up both times, it was incredibly unprofessional. I will never give them my money again.

Had my car inspected here. It was done quickly and they didnt attempt to sell me anything.As a driver with hand controls in their vehicle, I wouldnt recommend this location. They played with mine, and when I asked about it avoided answering as much as possible. Nothing was broken but not very reassuring.

Oh, these people have been sketchy in past. Good for inspections, changing oil (make sure all caps are put back tight), air filters. Mark your tires before having them rotated.

$70 for an oil change and tire rotation. Brought my own synthetic oil and oil filter. They take $3 off the price for that. Smudgy windows, grease inside on door handles and steering wheel. Didnt reset oil life gauge but service report says they did. Not worth the money spent. Will go locally owned next time.

Take my word, they will try to upcharge you for everything. If they tell you something is empty or needs to be replaced, just say no thank you and check it yourself... I guarantee itll be just fine. Theyll try to get your money wherever they can, so dont be afraid to tell them no.

Polite staff, but added windshield wipers to my inspection without my approval. It worked out and I needed them, but I did not appreciate that they made the choice without my consent. Still though, everythin worked out and it was an easy process otherwise

I just went in for a routine oil change, and walked out spending more than double what it would cost me at a Walmart or local shop. They didnt have the oil filter my car needed, so I waited over an hour, and when I asked why the price was so high, the reason I was given was that they vacuumed the mats and checked the fluids (none of which I asked for, nor was it mentioned beforehand) and before I left, the man at the desk said I shouldnt be surprised.

Went in with no issues. No leaks non whatsoever! Now my car is leaking oil. They wanna blame my oil pin. Only after the fact, I took it back because it was leaking. Well your tech should have let me know there was a issue with my oil pin. Instead put it back and not even mention it or note it on my receipt. Your clerk didn’t hesitate to let me know my air filter was dirty. And by the way I did purchase. Because I am a woman who cares about the upkeep of her vehicle. Very unprofessional older dark dark black guy assisted me. Kept insisting if he was there they never would have never touched my car. Big lie! That is a very common issue and these types of vehicles get serviced everyday. This guy sounds like a fool. I guess he thought i was a amateur . Your tech wasn’t skilled enough to fix it and didn’t bother to let anyone know. Just let the customer drive away and leak. You didn’t see one dam spot from a leak before you touched it.Exactly why I don’t trust these types of places . I wouldn’t recommend this place to a goat! It could have simply been handled with a “thank you so much mam for coming back in we have our lead tech (manager or supervisor ) to resolve this issue and plug your car back the way it came in” . Just that dam simple. I am a small business owner and I know customer service goes a long way. First time I ever felt the need to leave a review. Very dissatisfied customer!!!!!

Got car inspected here at last min. - watched them very closely of course because I would NEVER use these guys for any car repair or maintenance. Actually felt bad for some of the customers as they fell victim to the old “cabin air filter” trick. Literally watched the young lady show the same dirty air filter to 2-customers. Guys if they encourage you to change it, just check it out yourselves. Cheers!

Terrible customer service

I brought my vehicle for an annual inspection today. The gentleman who I first interacted with was polite/efficient, as was the gentleman behind the office desk. The inspection also was prompt. However, they lost my inspection paper. When I notified them, the mechanic who worked on the car (I believe his name was Fletcher) tried to brush me off, saying I didnt need it. When I pressed on the issue, he eventually found it, but he had a disrespectful attitude. Even though the inspection part was satisfactory, that last part was unprofessional & unacceptable, & I dont plan on doing business here again.

They are always quick and friendly here. They give you a selection of oils to choose from with explanations about the prices and differences in type in a way anyone can understand.

I got the groupon oil change package. When putting ly air filter back in they let a bunch of leaves fall below the cabin air filter and now they make a noise blowing around when my car is on. I noticed as I was leaving and got them to look at it. They had told me what had happened and tried to reach in to get the leaves out, but said they were to deep to grab. The groupon also said the package included vacuuming, but there are still crumbs and leafs in the car. Also the area around my start button is covered with black stuff from the employees hand and my hood has brown stuff all over it.

3 stars because they were kind but didn’t seem that personable then again I’ve only been here once. Afterwards when everything was done I was relieved because I knew they were gonna vacuum my floors and wipe my windows like the other Jiffy Lubes do but to no avail. Floors, windows were the same the way I left it. But I’m glad I got my oil change done!

Nothing Jiffy about the service simple oil change and inspection. I saw no sense of urgency that customers need to be taken care of quickly. In the hour and a half that I was there I saw one car leave.

Jiffy Lube is generally more expensive then other places for an oil change, but they do have a Groupon, and a $10 off coupon on their website. My first visit was notably better than my second: during my first one, I was asked what type of oil my car needed, when I wanted to get my oil changed again (7000 miles), and shown my AC filter and asked if I wanted it changed. The second time, none of that happened, and the sticker that had been placed on my windshield said I had elected to return at 70,000 miles, even though my car only had 12,000 miles on it at the time and I was never even asked. Unsure if Ill return.

The standard oil change is close to $45 with tax. They immediately try to up sale you. Would not let me purchase my Groupon on site, although, I waited to purchase it because i wanted to know the quality of the oil that came with the package. Manager gave me a military discount although it was lower than the $10 coupon. Only changed it after I pointed out the difference. They didn’t perform the brake inspection that I asked for. The manage also told me that the 3000 mile oil change would not get me to Florida and back. I know the trip is under 900 miles one way.

I simply had a brake light out, but Dominic was still very kind and fixed it in like 5 minutes.

Rose and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

Very fast and smooth oil change and tire rotation

I am leaving a negative review for this Jiffy Lube not because of their initial service but a result of their work. Back in March I had an oil change and brakes done at this particular location. I spent nearly $600 on this particular trip, but overall was pleased with the service. Until yesterday when my check engine light came on in my vehicle. Naturally I take it to be checked, expecting it to be something serious. Turns out that the last time I had my oil changed, the technicians were negligent and did not reattach my air filter to my engine. Over the past three months, unfiltered air has been entering my engine, damaging the fuel system and sensors in my engine, causing the check engine light to come on. $600 later, I was able to have the problems corrected, but all because of someone’s negligence in replacing a simple air filter properly. If I felt like I could possibly hold them financially responsible for the damage that was caused to my vehicle, I would. I am very displeased with this and will not be returning to Jiffy Lube for service again.

I wish I could rate this place lower, because they dont even deserve the one. They actually will scam you for money. I asked for a simple oil change. They add so many services on top of the oil change it adds up to an 80 dollar total. I did not ask for people to mediocrely wash my windows, vaccum only the two front seats while tossing all my stuff aside, nor did I ask for things like more window wiping fluid. Stay away from this place; they only see you as a walking bag of money that must be drained.

Service is quick. Oil change and inspection done under 25 min. Staff is good. ONLY PROBLEM THEY ARE TOO EXPENSIVE. BASIC OIL CHANGE 39.99 + TAX.IN GREENVILLE NC JIFFY LUBE BASIC OIL CHANGE COST ME 19.99 + TAX. $20 is big difference for same thing.
