Guys at the desk are great and friendly.Had 4 tires I needed mounted to wheels and got 2 mounted backwards and all wheels with deep cuts from the tire machine. Wheels also had more scratches than what should have happened (they are spray painted and I knew some scratches would occur but this was in the center of a deep dish wheel). If they right the wrong Ill change my review. If you have NICE wheels I wouldnt recommend this.Update: they fixed what was needed tire wise but still woulndt go there within vintage or nice wheels due to the tire machine they use.

I was lucky enough to have my car break down right down the street from North Ridge station. After calling to make sure they were open at 4:30 on Friday before Memorial Day weekend, I drove slowly up the street and made it to the parking lot. The guys could tell I was very upset and stressed, and they couldn’t have been nicer. They took a look at the engine and saw the fuel pipe had cracked. Instead of telling me they could have it fixed by Tuesday, they went into overdrive and ordered the piece, had it delivered and fixed the pipe within 45 minutes, and sent me on my way. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated their help, they truly went above and beyond what most people would’ve done at that time. I will definitely be coming back for any future car repairs.

They have the non-ethanol gas that I prefer for my car. Lately, I cant find anyone to turn on the pumps. I dont know if theyre still open for business.

Well, Google says they are open on Saturdays. Drove there, open sign is on and flashing. Doors locked and nobody at home........

This is the mechanic shop that you hope to find. Honest, upfront and affordable. I dont do reviews unless they are abnormally bad or abnormally good. It doesnt surprise me theres a bunch of other reviews like mine.

These guys deserve 10 stars! I have been taking my car to them for the past 3 or 4 years. They are very trustworthy and they get the job done right the first time. I will never take my car anywhere else. A trustworthy service station/mechanic is very hard to come by. Rest assured, you are in good hands! These guys are the GREATEST!

The folks at North Ridge Station are trustworthy and do great work for an extremely fair price. HONEST SHOP!! I took my car because I was having break issues. The technician (Matt) did not try to use the Process of Elimination. He valued my time and money. He recommended another shop that he believed would be able to assist me further. However, he didnt just pawn me off. He took the time to explain everything in detail and did it in a way that I didnt feel stupid. BTW - I asked alot if questions! Not once did he appear agitated or bothered. I will return there and continue to recommend until they prove me wrong.

My car broke down the other day and I had figured out it was my alternator. I called around to a bunch of places in the Northern part of Raleigh and did not receive great customer service or reasonable quotes until I called North Ridge Station. A guy named Billy answered and was so kind and could tell I was in a pickle. He not only told me he would get my car for me but that it would be done the NEXT DAY, and his quote was reasonable. I almost couldnt believe it. He called me the next to tell me my car was ready. My car so far is running smoothly and I will definitely go back for any further needs.
