I bought a Chevrolet Spark several months ago that I found here through Carfax. The information was accurate and I took a chance on buying the car with no warranty, but drove it with no problems for three months. After getting an oil change, I have had the brakes replaced and maintenance done as recommended by my mechanic. Overall Im happy that the car was about what I had hoped for and the price was fair.

Worst experience EVER! purchased a Audi A4 from here, guy was very nice and spoke very well...that is until he had our cash in his hand, after 2 days car ran hot, he claimed he would go half on a 500$ bill to fix it, come to find out, it only cost 320$ to fix, I paid 250$ and he only paid 70$, which they really didnt fix after a month the car over heated and killed the motor, but they supposedly had fixed that problem, when asked why did it over heat when I thgt the problem was fixed, it was o well that was apparently another part that was the problem and we didnt see that. Im telling you this guy doesnt stand behind his product or his word, the service center there, they work hand in hand, both of them gone beat you outta your money one way or another!

I have never had a better car-buying experience. We were on a mission to find a Toyota Prius for work purposes and decided to check AMS out since we were in a time crunch and didnt want to mess around with private party sales again. Arrived on the lot, found the car we wanted to test drive, had the keys and went on a test-drive (longest drive ever thanks to traffic and stopping at the bank) within 5 mins of arriving. After the test drive we negotiated a cash offer and left in less than a half hour with temp plates and all the paperwork. We never felt pressured, everything was so chill and not rushed. We love the car and its been amazing. We will be in the market for another new-to-us car in a couple of months and will definitely go here first. Thanks for the help!

After taking my car to a local dealership and receiving an estimate of $7,000, I brought my car to AMS. Robert, Josh, and Danny were able to get my car in, diagnose the problem and give me a solution. The work done to my car was flawless. They were able to repair my car back to perfect condition for $1,700! AMS is the only place I will ever take my Audi, ever again. Great sevice, great staff! AMS Auto Sales is a great company to work with! They were super flexible and let us get the car inspected by our mechanic before purchase. The process was smooth and easy. They were also transparent about the wear and tear of the car before we committed to it. They also service cars that were purchased through them and are loyal to their customers!! I would recommend to anyone looking for a used car.

I stopped at AMS because they had a Toyota Tundra limited on the lot . When I went in and asked about the they let do a test drive . They were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Alex was great to work with . He helped me with the loan process. They also have a great service department.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I recently purchased a used 2007 Mercury with ~140,000 miles on it. Carfax checked out, and it drove fine in the test drive. A week after I bought it, having put less than 100 miles on it, the transmission failed, and I had to spend $3600 to have it rebuilt. Now, roughly a month later, the car is having engine problems and is once again in the shop. AMS has expressed that they are not willing to address the problem at all. TL;DR: dont buy a car here, or youll likely regret it.

Ive been to AMS twice, once to see a car and once for service. Both times they were very friendly and polite, not pressuring at all, and great to talk to. Repair costs were very reasonable (much less than I had been expecting) and the work was done quickly and effectively! Will visit again, thanks.

AMC Sales Inc. sold a family member of mine a lemon with a bad transmission. The car broke down not even 100 miles later. They were rude and unhelpful, and did nothing to stand by the terrible car they sold. I recommend never shopping for a car here; they will scam you out of your money. They are sleazy used car salesmen looking to take advantage of people to make a quick buck.

My wife has been bringing her car here for several years as an alternative to the high prices for service at the Mercedes-Benz dealership, and it has been excellent here. Not only is the cost lower, the attention to detail has been impressive. These are really car guys, and it shows in their attitude and performance. Recently we needed a used car for our grandson, and AMS supplied a nice 2005 BMW 325i for an affordable price.

We purchased a 2004 Toyota 4 Runner in mid April 2019. The process was easy and they were so good to work with. There was no pressure and we were free to look the vehicle over without a sales person looking over our shoulder. When we wanted to go for a test drive it was once again simple. We went by ourselves which is very unusual these days. Our questions were answered and any concerns we had were addressed.Buying a used vehicle can be a scary thing........you never know if you are being taken advantage of. We felt very comfortable at AMS and never felt we were being mislead or pressured to make a purchase.We would highly recommend AMS!!

Do not buy a car from here. I bought a volkswagon jetta years ago and they said the timing belt had been replaced. I was out driving one day and the car just stopped in the middle of the road. I had it towed to their shop, and they said it would be $800 on top of the $2,500 down payment I made. So I talked to them on the phone and said I was going to sue them for bad business practices, and they told me to have my lawyer call them, which I never did, but should have. I never got my down payment back and they kept the car. Bunch of con artists. In response to your comment, I didnt say the timing belt broke, I said you guys said you replaced it and my car broke down and you said it would be $800 to fix the car I had just bought. It was absolutely your dealership, if thats what you want to call it. Im sure you would like for me to remove the review but I will not. This was around 6 years ago. Have fun ripping people off. And now I remember, i didnt put a downpayment on the car, I bought it for $2,500, so you sold me a dud and expected me to foot the bill.

AMS treated me very well. Worked with me the entire process and the car that I bought was in great shape. Did not need to return to the dealership and have been driving with no issues. Alex is very professional and keeps his word. Great place to get a sports car from I would recommend anyone to go here.

I recently purchased my BMW from AMS. These guys are very knowledgeable and typically know more about the vehicles than the dealers. They have done repair jobs for in the past and always provide professional service at a fair price. Not your typical car dealership.

Great people and friendly people. You just have to do your work before you buy a used vehicle from anyone. No pressure by them, they let me look it over for 30 mins on my own which at this time most places are harrassing you. I didnt buy the truck, but at the same time, there was no pressure. Drive by the shop all the time because its right there on capital, finally decided to bring one of my vehicles in for a tune up and alignment, (which is totally custom specs on my car) Robert was very upfront about the price due to the custom nature. Let me just say, Ive never seen alignment specs so perfect. the techs really take the time to make sure things are done properly. Good to know people still take such pride in their work. The owner Skippy(awesome name) even offered a very inexpensive detail service that was way cheaper than anywhere else Id take it. Even talked to the nice sales guy Alex for a while why I was waiting and he didnt try to pressure me into buying anything . Really just felt comfortable being there and in good hands.. thanks guys!!!

Alex is professional and a man of his word. We drove from the OBX to see a truck and not only as it was described, we felt free even encouraged to crawl all over her. No pressure from the staff. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction. We bought the truck we went to see and I would buy from them again.

The place is very shady when I comes to their vehicles and they have no problem taking advantage of single moms with small children and they dont even take the time to explain how to even use the car when its a higher end car and then they will charge you extra money to fix the car after they sold you a lemon. So I highly recommend that no one go there to purchase a car cause all they do is basically put a band aid on it to sell it and then they break it off in you when I comes time to fix it.

Nice guys that are into cars and have an interesting selection for the enthusiast (or normal car buyer) on a budget. Purchased a Volvo from them in 2014 and its still going strong. Checked out a couple hard to find Hondas there today and would definitely deal with them again.

I recently purchased a BMW from AMS and Im very satisfied with my car and the service they were very professional courteous and helpful. The whole car buying process was very smooth and not stressful I definitely recommend them.

On June 19, 2018 I got a car from AMS. That Saturday I was calling them because my oil pressure light came on. I put oil in the car just thinking it was low on oil which is crazy I just got the car. So leaving out the grocery store a man tells me my car is leaking oil. I called AMS and left a message because they were closed on the weekend. So today I take my car back to them and the GM Josh tells me unless I plan on coming out of my pocket with $400 at least he cant help me. After spending about $1,000 cash on a warranty he cant help me. So then he tries to refund me back my warranty as if its a favor to help me out. This business is not square dealing and profits off of being dishonest with customers. I do not and will not recommend this business.
