First time getting my vehicle serviced here since I just moved to the area recently. When I arrived it was somewhat sketchy but I ignored it. Talking with the service member, I checked in and handed him the keys. After about 30 minutes or so, my vehicle was ready and I paid the bill. As I got home, I checked the vehicle and immediately noticed parts missing. I called the service team and all I was told was sorry and if I would like a discount. I asked the gentleman to please locate the missing parts and I will come by the next day. After waiting an hour for a call back, I called management and they didn’t do anything about it. 2 hours later, I finally got a call saying the parts were found and to come by in the afternoon the next day to have them put back on. This was definitely my worse experience I’ve had at a dealership. Moral of the story, make sure to check you’re vehicle before you leave to make sure nothing is missing or vandalized.

Had an appointment at 12 noon got there early at 11 was immediately greeted and welcomed. Antonio was my sales person ad he did a fantastic job with helping me purchase a 2022 outlander he got me the best deal and made me feel comfortable! The finance guy was also very welcoming and I feel like he went out his way to get me the best deal possible! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Awesome sales guys! Didn’t have a lot of cars with low miles for my daughter ! I dislike how the sales people have to stand in the sun other dealers have places for staff to stand instead of being out in inclement weather. Looks bad on owners to have them out standing with no over head like dogs ! Running around helping customers and grabbing vehicles is a task I couldn’t imagine just standing in the heat or rain. I worked in the industry in the 90s it should be more progress by now! They didn’t have free water either. However the gentlemen at the door standing to assist and that greets have great energy! Again professional sales staff! Would of purchase but didn’t see what I was looking for went to CarMax and got treated rudely !

Have had a good buying experience overall, and I will say the Finance Manager has been great to work with. I did have some issues after I bought the car. The car only had 19K miles on it but about two weeks after I bought it I had to resurface the brake rotors and replace the brake pads... something that only needs to happen at least to 30k miles. I told the Finance Manager about this in our email chain about my tag change and he said hed let the GM know. Never heard from the GM. Look, Im not looking for a whole conversation but an apology that they sold me a car that immediately needed work would be nice. Ive also not heard about my tags, and cant get a state inspection from my home state without a new registration card. Its been almost a month and they still dont have my title. When I reached out I was never responded to.m.

I bought this car less than two years ago and was told that I would receive free oil changes, a loaner or ride, and it would be clean when we returned. That happened on first visit only. On second visit I was told dealership had changed and none of that was in effect any longer. I stopped going and would not have come back ever except the part that broke was completely covered by the warranty. I had to keep calling the adviser for updates, he called me only once. The inability to coordinate the new part with the new keys went on for days before someone could figure it out. Also my phone cord was missing when the car was returned to me. I would never recommend anyone to use Westgate and have told anyone who asks me what happened and how I feel. I am now going to trade the car in and find something else.

On a Wed. afternoon when I called Westgate Mitsb.the dealer where I bought this brand new car from, to report my car would not run, transmission indicator light came on, they informed me the shop was too busy to take my car & could possibly get me in for service the following week. My car was/is still under manufact.warranty,this was an emergency,they offered no alternate dates or car rental etc & were not at all accommodating.Since this was an emergency, I had 2 local auto repair shops look at my car,both gave same diagnosis,that my recent transmission problem was due to a Mits.defect,however Westgate Mitsb. failed to diagnose any problem,literally drove my car for over 40 miles(?} while in their possession which seems excessive,kept my car for 3 days,I had to call for any information, did not offer & was actually informed they had no cars available for me to borrow while they were trying to diagnose a manufacturer problem.this was very disappointing as I was told upon purchasing the car brand new that I would be a top priority,valued customer in the Westgate Mitsb.shop. I am hoping the same problem does not occur while I am far away as I often travel.I am dissatisfied with the attempt to solve my problem instead of being transferred to a few different managers at Westgate. during my initial encounter.On a good note,I was pleased Nazier gladly accepted my request to bring my car to me days later. He also performed an oil change when he noticed I was almost due for one. Although not a big issue, it would have been nice to have been given,at least felt like, a valued customer service,all of my previous car dealers where I purchased cars from always returned my car with a fresh wash when in the service shop & provided excellent customer service upon request promptly. Unfortunately,I certainly did not feel like a valued customer at all & am a bit concerned no diagnosis was given by the service dept.

AMAZING ENVIRONMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have always been bombarded and given a fake smile and pushed into buying a vehicle BUT NOT HERE! Dawson was AMAZING, extremely personable, real and honest, and straightforward. I bought a jetta from this dealership. While they were friendly enough, within 100 miles the car engine light turned on. The heat wasnt working and the thermostat was broken. I gave them the car and they returned it without even checking if the heat worked. Within 3 days the car engine light turned on again. They took it for 10 days and no one checked if the heat worked, which it did not. There is no lemon law for NC and now Im stuck with this broken car. The loaners they gave me (which I had to fight for) reeked of smoke and had no gas and were dirty. The management team is quick to speak poorly about the service team and sales team, letting me know they arent the sharpest tool in the shed and that their service team isnt Mitsubishi certified. It shows how cheap management is, and they were the same with me. They want me to pay for fixing their broken car. They offered to exchange the car for me, however when asking about a few of the options, two of them were in the shop getting fixed! I drove one which again was poorly kept and smelled of cigarettes. This place does not respect their customers, wont call you back even if they say they will. Avoid this place.

So, I went hear the other day and was greeted by a sales person named Raphael. We looked over a few vehicles and he was very knowledgeable about the Kia Eclipse Cross. I was able to take it home and test drive it, put it on the highway see about you know the get-up-and-go. Great mileage, great price. When I brought the car back I was greeted by Paul. Not once did he ever act like I was asking too many questions or that I was irritating him. I had been to several car lots but this dealership was where I made my purchase. So we came in to look at a 2018 Jeep Wrangler and the sales person was very nice and tried to be helpful, but when it comes to the sales manager and the general manager they were condescending to us the customer. They did not want to hear what I had to say about the vehicle. I had the original window sticker in my hand and the general manager told me it was a 50,000 dollar Jeep when it was new but the window sticker told me it was a $23,995 before the 6,400 dollars worth of tires and rims were added. Which were 37 tires. There was also about 2,000 dollars worth of accessories added. All this was added when it was new. The window sticker was total price of $34,080.00 brand new. So when they told me they did not need our business for me to go buy somewhere else I took their advice and we will not spend our money with them. With other dealers, I had to ask for transparency but Kate was able to provide me with an upfront price and a detailed explanation of the out of the door cost. She did not hassle me or pressure me. The sales and finance team were very helpful! They worked with me and were very professional in my experience. Rod was the specific salesperson who i worked with throughout my buying experience. He was a very personable guy who didn’t treat me as a way to make commission but as a normal guy who just wanted to buy the right car. My initial visit to the dealership was for maintenance on the car i owned prior to making a new purchase. Hannah was the service advisor i worked with and she did an amazing job in helping me throughout the whole process! She stayed in touch to let me know what was going on with my car and kept me up to date with whatever i needed to know. This dealership unfortunately loses some points and also loses my future business for any service visits due to the lead mechanic/service manager. I felt there was truly no attempt on fixing my car and if there was an attempt then it was one of the poorest attempts at fixing a car that I’ve ever seen. I hate that one person can make the rest of this great team look bad because the rest of my experience with everyone else was really great. I hope WestGate is able to realize how much better they can be if a more knowledgeable person is running that shop.

I recently brought my mitsubishi in for scheduled maintenance. Ive previously frequented this service department and was generally pleased with the level of service. However, I was shocked at my experience on my most recent visit. Upon arrival I was greeted by the service advisor. I informed him which service I needed and asked him to confirm the cost of that service. He seemed confused about what I was asking and did not know the difference between a CVT and manual transmission. We spoke to another service advisor about the cost and that advisor was able to provide the answer.The was the first time Ive seen either of these advisors and I believe they are new. My concern is how someone thought the first guy was qualified for this job. If they are hiring people who dont know the difference between a CVT, auto, or manual transmission, I would be highly concerned about the service technicians they may be hiring as well. Long story short I think management is cutting corners in the wrong places. I chose to cancel my appointment rather than expose my vehicle to incompetence. Regrettably, Ill have to find a new service shop.

Paul and Rafael were the two that I primarily dealt with and they were absolutely fantastic with helping me out. I had just started a total loss claim from only days before and they worked with me through the entire process to ensure I could stay in the car that I wanted! She refused to communicate with us about the issues going on with the car and the status. I have been to many service departments to get my vehicles serviced but so far this was my worst experience. Rafael was attentive to my concerns and any questions I had, he was straight forward and honest, he is not the annoying pushy type salesman that you usually deal with at most dealerships. I rarely ever post reviews, but this time, I felt like it was my duty. I purchased a used truck from them for $52,000. I quickly found out that the sunroof had a terrible leak, the DPF had a crack and the passenger door doesn’t always latch - creating a huge safety concern.I contacted them to get my issues resolved and they continuously prolonged a resolution. To add insult to injury, I found the vehicle I traded in listed on their website for over 20% more than what they gave me... so much for best offer pricing.They could have earned the business of a loyal customer - instead, they are getting a complaint to the better business bureau.

Great experience from A-Z. Jack my sales rep was Genuinely Friendly, informative and responsive. After a good 2 hour test drive all the Greater Raleigh area, I was most Definitely interested in the 2015 GMC Terrain but had a few questions and concerns regarding a few things that needed to be buttoned up before I committed. No problem, they were on it. They said the car was ready for my approval. I approved and bought the car. Their finance team worked with me and gave me the best possible plan/options. They detailed it, handed me the keys and I drove off into the sunset. Well oiled team, I recommend you check them out.

Rod was great in helping us make the “deal” on our 2016 Yukon!! They actually had put the wrong amount for our trade in our paperwork in error, and we didn’t notice. It was short $600, and they probably could have never said a word when they found it but they took the time to let us know, and they fixed it before we ever left!! Great group!

Was I’m working with Jack and let me tell you he was AMAZING. He went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle that was perfect for me and my growing family. I ran into some issues in the beginning but he didn’t give up he took his time looked into alternative options and when it was all said and done I was rolling off the lot in my brand new Outlander. I could ask for a better sale professional, he took his time explaining the numbers and my options and was there to give me that push of positivity when I was getting discouraged. Would recommend to friends, family, strangers and all. I can honestly say from start to finish my experience was amazing I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Be prepared for additional expenses a year after purchasing a car with tinted windows due to unscrupulous inspection practices. When I reached out to their customer service regarding what could be done to make it right, I was told just peel off the tint. Well, obviously, (thats not a trivial task) but thats like saying the radio doesnt work, so just remove the knobs. When I asked again, I was told nothing would be done.When the car failed inspection, I told the inspector I was surprised because Id bought it that way. He said, Yeah, some dealers just push them through because they dont want to deal with it. Westgate is the worst about it. This was BEFORE I told him Id bought the car from Westgate. As I was leaving, I heard him walk back into the inspection area and tell the other inspectors, He bought it from Westgate...So, from moderately satisfied customer to someone who will never spend another dime at a Westgate dealership due to being intentionally misled about a vehicles legality to operate in NC, and a couple hundred dollars to make it right.

This is a good place to have our car fixed and very accessible to us. However, I just dont like the fact that every time we come in you are pressuring us to give you a 10. What is the point of giving you feedback when we cannot even be honest with you. If we are satisfied with your service then we are going to give you a 10. If not, then we wont. Why tell me that If you give us a 9 its still considered bad because its not a 10. That is not how we evaluate. WE give our own scores, not you dictating us what to put. I will still give you a 4 because I am satisfied with the service you provide for my car.

I have always been very impressed and completely satisfied with the customer service I have received at WestGate. This time, however, I left feeling rather disappointed. One of the perks that influenced my decision to purchase a vehicle from them was the promise of FREE oil changes for the life of my new car. Another was the car wash and cleaning it got every time I took it in for any type of service. When I went in Saturday, I was informed that the oil changes are no longer free. A tire rotation must be purchased in order to get the free oil change now. That is NOT free. Also on Saturday, when my car was brought back around after service, it was still dirty and in bad need of vacuuming. The service was still great, but I am really disappointed in the changes.

This was my first time at this location to get vehicle serviced. I had an appointment at 8am. I pulled in around 7:55 am. A young lady came out and looked at me. I said good morning Im here to get car serviced and Im not sure what services need to be done because I just started driving this car. She leaves come back and ask me the same question about what services I need. I advised her to go look in the computer this is the only place the car has been serviced at. Not a very friendly young lady. Im use to my service advisors being friendly and not grouchy like this young lady. I will look at another location or trade this car in and go back to my Chevy people. Dont know the young lady name.

The service department and the parts department were extremely nice! They also got my car serviced and fixed relatively quickly even though my car is over 25 years old, and its extremely difficult to get parts. Always answered all of my questions kindly and patiently, especially Paulino.

Our car buying experience here was beyond exceptional! Rod our Salesman was the most likeable and professional person you could have! His sense of humor made our experience comfortable. And it was Rod, Who made dealing with a dealership...Exciting! Paul the GM is so very nice and made the deal go smoothly. His demeanor is far from a high pressure typical GM. He told us exactly what we needed to get the deal done. After the deal was complete, We went into the finance office with Robert. This man really knows his stuff! He made the experience of signing paperwork fun! We walked out with a brand new (upgraded) Outlander Sport...We are beyond happy with WestGate Mitsubishi!

Jack was absolutely amazing and made this whole experience a breeze! The office kept my little guy occupied with pop corn while we closed on the new car! They even ordered us new windshield whippers for the car because they was a little worn & filled our tank up & re detailed the car as we was leaving! It was an awesome experience and when I buy our new family vehicle next year that’s the first place I’ll go & I hope to get Jack again! Love his spirit, he was truly a genuine guy!

Every time that I go into WestGate Mitsubishi theres someone in the service department that always come out to greets me which is AWESOME! I had a problem with my tire it was taken care off in November 2019. Recently, my car didnt start called Mitsubishi WestGate spoke with young lady in services who helps every time. Awful experience! I saw a vehicle online I was interested in. Test drove it and ready to buy. The truck had been sitting on the lot for 6 months. It also only had one key fob and it was chipped. I made an offer and asked for 2 functioning key fobs. No deal! Their counter offer...I could pay full price for the truck and get a $400 key fob or buy the truck less than $400 asking price and purchase my own key fob replacement. No thanks! I was dealing with the “General Manager” Sam. I ended up purchasing a vehicle through a different dealer. Curious as to who would buy this truck, I kept an eye on it. About a week after I made my offer, which was declined, the truck was reduced to an amount LESS than my offer!
