The quality is superb, it looks wonderful, and it feels like walking on clouds. Plus, it will be the best carpet for little kids and pets. The install crew did an outstanding job. While I had questions and uncertainties, they provided expert knowledge and advice.The timing was on point. We wanted the work to get one before moving in furniture, and Mickey + Team got the carpet ordered, delivered, and installed exactly in the time frame we hoped for.We will be back for a few more things!

Highly recommend. My house was in some serious need of new carpet but I had been putting it off concerned about how difficult it would be to prepare for and that I might have to be home during the install and I work almost every day. Carpets plus made this process incredibly easy and they did a Outstanding job. I went and picked out carpet they came and measured ( it took less than five minutes). They came and installed the next week. They took care of all the furniture. I just left a key and didn’t even need to be home. Pricing was extremely fair. I was extremely pleased. Look no further if you need new flooring.

Installers finished today and we couldnt be more pleased! Shopped around to multiple stores in Raleigh and found that Carpet Plus had amazing prices (better than Lowes or Home Depot) but also had high quality and knowledgeable, helpful staff. I was able to bring home samples which really helped my indecisiveness with colors. Would highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about Mickey and his team at Carpets Plus. I needed carpet installed within three days of calling him and he got a crew out in two. Mickey was lovely every time I spoke to him and I never felt that he was up selling me or suggesting anything I didn’t want or need. He found carpet to fit my budget that was actually much higher quality than comparably priced carpet at the big box stores and national carpet installers. The installation crew was quick, professional, and did a wonderful job.In a nutshell, these guys are some of the most honest, helpful, high-quality carpet guys you’ll find. They are a small, family owned business that really cares about their customers.
