I went to this Cricket yesterday and Anthony was beyond spectacular. Anthony was attentive, very professional and happy about his job. Anthony helped me very swiftly without charge to switch my SIM card and I will definitely go back and encourage anyone to come to this Cricket and ask for Anthony specifically, you won’t be disappointed with his unmatched customer service skills.

They keep sending customers to the store in Capital Blve telling them that the sales associates there are tech support people and they also keep saying their system is down when the employees at Capital Blvd told me they use the same system and they dont have any problems. Seems to me like these employees at this store are too lazy to even sell something. Or more like they will gladly sell something but for any tech issues they keep sending the customers to Capital Blvd. I am going to file an official complaint against this store.

I asked the employee how to transfer files from my internal memory to my sd card and he had no answer. I googled this last evening and although it is clear from the online instructions, i was unable to do it on my own. I was hoping a Cricket rep could solve this problem and left disappointed.

The young lady and the young man that helped me today at the site on Raleigh boulevard the service was excellent
