My company just went from paying right at $70 a month for service and with no email or warning United Site jumped to $270 per month. That is more than 3x the cost. When calling and talking with my customer rep they could get the same service down to $200. They claim to have the best customer service but honestly on my job site there was several times where they would come every 2-3 weeks instead of weekly. My suggestion go ahead and go with BlueSite Solutions. They are great to work with and have great customer service. The only reason United Site Services has a 3.6 stars is probably because the 5 star reviews are coming from the employees themselves.

We rented a toilet for Martinsville VA nascar race on April 8th from John, who was delivering all around in camp ground!!!!! We were there for weekend and every time John came by we would talk to him and tell him how much the toilet was the best thing we ever rented!!!! John was very friendly and we really enjoyed his cutting up with us that whole weekend!!!!! He is a great employee to your customers and his customer service was excellent, we felt like we made a new friend, and we will look for him at fall race and rent from him!!!!!! You should really thank this employee from our family to him!!!!
I have rented porta johns from them in the best and their service has been bad all around. Poor communication.Most recently I bought a porta john and needed to set up a service schedule Tried calling 5 times to set it up and kept being told it they would pass my information to another department but after two weeks of not getting a call back I gave up. Its like you have to beg to give these people your money. Calling and having to talk to a different person each time is a poor way to take care of your clients. I do not recommend this company.
We have been working with a client in the North Hills area of Raleigh off and on since 2004. I spoke to the homeowner this morning and she said she really appreciated us hiring United Site Services for her porta potty. She said the unit has been serviced on a regular basis and she is very pleased. This is unlike the last company we used at her home. Thank you for being conscientious. It is appreciated.

TOTAL SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just hung up after the idiot on the phone knew nothing. He could not explain the difference between event porta potties verses construction porta potties. I started our conversation letting him know I wanted to know the difference and the pricing!!!!!For one day porta potty it is $266.48, For an entire month it is $80?????????????????Absolutely ridiculous especially since there is no difference in the actual rentals. I asked why and was told i dont know, that is just the way it is The worst possible explanation after your scam has been revealed! Obviously, this is not your only issue as your company is barely hanging in there with the poor ratings and reviews! You suck!
This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have had in taking over the management position within the organization I work for. The billing information is confusing between Readilite & Barricade, Inc. being on the actual invoice, but then when you call it is United Site Services? From what I can gather, they do not offer customer support 7 days a week and use a variety of call center options to route callers. Ive called multiple times during the week and experienced an inconsistency of people knowing where to look in the notes or understanding the communication/instruction being provided. Calling on the weekend is a waste of time. They have some answering service picking up the phone, yet they cannot actually assist you. I would rather they have a voicemail system instead that notifies you of operating hours and allows you to leave a message. Its 2018 and I cant find the information to pay the bill online?! Now that I have researched rates for other portable restroom services I also know they are charging at least double the rate I can get with another company, which is primarily why I am going to be taking our business elsewhere.
Very disappointed in their service since they bought out Readilite - they keep raising the rates and the service is not what it used to be. This last time they did not put in any toilet paper and we ran out the day after they cleaned it. Low liquid levels let things pile up and it ends up stinking and attracting flies. In addition, the hand sanitizer is empty and hasnt been filled in over a month.
Dont use this company. They have raised my rates 25% in the last 3 months.
