Excellent customer service! I needed to place a same day for an event I couldnt attend and the shopkeeper worked with me over the phone to find the ACTUAL Edible Arrangement Website (as Google automatically directs you to others who pay for that service) and ensured my delivery was made in time for the event. He even called to let me know it had been delivered. I always appreciate a great customer service experience, and I recommend this business to anyone looking for care and value.

This is by far the worst edible arrangements Ive been to. It really diminishes the franchise. I am not happy with the service at all and was completely embarrassed at the delivery. Dont waste your time. Go to a different location
I placed an order for Mother’s Day on the Tuesday before. I selected curbside pickup-no one would even answer the phone while I sat outside and waited. I finally went inside and lo and behold, they couldn’t even find my dang order! It was showing in their computer system that I spent $120+ but no one ever apparently made the order!!🤯🤯They eventually threw something together and it was still incorrect and not what I paid for! Terrible!!

Today was my daughters birthday and I have been blindsided taking care of two sick parents. I ordered an arrangement to be sent to my daughter at her place of employment, on my way to ICU in Newbern. They do not have a specific time of delivery but I put on the special request tonomease have it delivered before 1pm. They were on it!!!! They sent it at 11:45am and way faster than I expected and I could not have been more pleased!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much for doing it. Ironically she got to deliveries from you today from her boyfriend as well and you guys did an amazing job!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!I ordered an arrangement (with dipped strawberries) over $100 to be delivered to my niece for her 22nd birthday. On the website, Falls of the Neuse was the store that was identified as the store that would deliver the arrangement.I called the Falls of the Neuse store at 5:40pm, on the day that the arrangement was supposed to be delivered, and the associate provided not additional information except that they were not the store to deliver the arrangement. No one called me or told me anything about the order not being delivered by the Falls of the Neuse location.The worst part, about this entire experience, is that as I asked questions (very frustrated), the associate (or at least I hope it wasnt the owner) hung up the phone on me. I tried calling back and she wouldnt even answer the phone. HOW IS THAT FOR SERVICE!!!!

I am SO furious with how this location handles customer service. 1st My delivery was scheduled for Valentines Day and it is now Saturday, the day after and my daughter STILL hasnt gotten her delivery. 2nd When I called the 6675 Falls of Neuse Rd location to follow up, Jessica puts me on hold for 30 MIN! Then when she was supposed to transfer me to her superior, Ali I was disconnected! I immediately called back because I am LIVID, she then tells me Ali is in a meeting and cant speak with me. I am beyond Disappointed with how my oder was handled. We have been returning customers for over 5 years now spending at least over 200 dollars a year sending our loved ones these special deliveries. It took every once of my Restraint, Faith and Patience; NOT get in my car, drive to that location, and go completely NUCLEAR in person.Its so disorganized. I am so VERY Disappointed.
Staff was very helpful and nice. Made chocolate covered pineapples and strawberries fresh, Day before Valentines Day. They were very good.
My girlfriends birthday is the day before Valentines Day, and the Edible Arrangements website, when giving the option to add a balloon to my arrangement, only let me add a Valentines Day balloon.I tried all over the website to order just a balloon, so I could add that to the order, and then remove the Valentines Day balloon, but that just wasnt possible. You can only order balloon bundles, it seems. I didnt order a Birthday Arrangement, and it seems the website has been coded in a way that does not allow for such nuances.So I called up the store, and I spoke to Shay. She was super friendly, and extremely professional, and a whole lot of fun to talk to. You can tell she really likes helping people, and that she knows shes part of making someones days special, and you can tell that these special days for her customers are important to her.She pulled up my order from the website right away, and she notated it, and she said shed personally make sure my girlfriend got a Happy Birthday balloon, instead of the Valentines Day balloon that the website forced me into.The website is mostly okay, but I definitely preferred my experience with Shay. I get that its Valentines day but I order yesterday. And even talked to someone about my order they said it would be delivered on time no problem. I had to tell my wife what I did so she would stay at work to receive it. I got off work and could have picked it up but no body would answer the phone all day.
I placed an order the delivery person came and he was getting ready to leave when I asked him if he have a delivery for this address he said he didnt know to call the store. He knew the store was closed already mean while my wife is without her order. I called the store earlier today to make sure the order gets delivery on her birthday. What bad service I received today. What can you say to my wife?

I am extremely disappointed with the false advertisement on their website. My sons 5th Birthday is today and yesterday, I ordered online what I thought was going to be the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse bouquet complete with the clubhouse mug and Mickey balloon. I received a phone call stating that it was no longer available and I needed to pick something else. I was so upset because it was supposed to be a surprise for my son and it was turning in to a big mess. When I went to get it, they gave me an Olaf mug and a very generic balloon. Although I still received the bouquet and balloon, it wasnt as special as I wanted it to be. If an item is no longer available, it shouldnt be allowed to be purchased.
I cannot seem to get in contact with anyone at the store however, your driver on 4/30/2018 at around 4:25 PM license plate HA-5549 attempted to squeeze in front of my vehicle on 540. After blowing the horn, he still proceeded to get in front of my vehicle. He then rolls down the window and tells me that Im crazy. I told him I would report him as I took a picture of the License plate. He says whats gong to happen and points to a camera in the van. I am recording him as this is happening. As a representative in your vehicle, I would hope that Edible Arrangements would let their drivers know that reckless driving in the company vehicle is unprofessional and could result in an accident.
Placed an order over 24 hours earlier for a birthday delivery to a business that was practically 5 min away - 5 WHOLE MINUTES. I make a call at 2pm wondering what is going on and to get an update and was told that it was out for delivery. My order gets delivered at 4:45pm, 15 min before the business closes. My mother had already left for the day, which meant the surprise was ruined. Seriously, how many orders were going on that warranted a delivery at near closing time for a business?Update: Spoke with manager about this and he took care of the issue. Customer service makes the difference and because of that, has completely changed my opinion.

HORRIBLE! - If you place a delivery and tell them a time that a business closes, they DID NOT deliver on-time and had to issue a REFUND due to their mistake... I dont know why a company will even take an order and guarantee that it be delivered on-time!!! WTF? I suggest NOT ordering from this store, they wait last minute to get the order ready and then decide to NOT deliver and call you 5 minutes until the business closes to see if the business will still be open and if they can still deliver!!! $100 wasted. REFUND REQUESTED!

Other than not answering the phone, which I understand because of Valentines day I had no problems, they even allowed me to change my pickup day.
Place a 200.10 dollar order for my wife and I anniversary and the birth of our baby girl today as well. they called me back after they made the order to tell me they dont have the kept safe frame. Then telling me they cant transfer the order to other store because they already made it. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY WITH YALL AGAIN!
