We used their Fig Balsamic and the White Truffle Olive Oil for dinner and it came out AMAZING! The balsamic has a thick consistency which I love for salads and dips. The fig flavor is bright and the sweetness of the balsamic is delightful. If you are new to the world of truffle this is the olive oil for you. The truffle flavor is light and not overwhelming as truffle can tend to be. Good job yall!

Learned how to use balsamic vinegar on meats. Tried the dark cherry balsamic on pork chops. Delightful experience. I am also using the Italian Herb flavored oil while cooking steak. Gives the meat an extra zip but not overwhelming.

Much improved customer service. I was in the store in its old location (in the Village but not in the front) several years ago and was extremely annoyed by the lack of customer service. Since we went to my very, very favorite spice shop nearby I decided to give it another try. What a difference. I walked about with a large selection of flavored vinegars and oils. I like that they have recipes that suggest uses of their products and the saleswoman seemed very knowledge. I will return more frequently now.

Love this store. Terrific selection, encourages multiple tastings, great gifts (useful as well as unusual). Really great selection. Take your empty clean bottles for discount on refills. I ONLY purchase my oils and balsamics from here.

What a great little shop! Its more of an experience with souvenirs you can use! There are a lot (30?) of different canisters with olive oils, regular, fruity, piquant, herb infused and from different countries. There are about the same amount of canisters with balsamic vinegar too. Every canister has a spout and taste cups nearby. Looking around, youll read the description telling you the origin and a host of flavors included. Then, you pour a small amount, taste and ponder. Its amazing the difference in flavor from one to the next. They have small and large bottles already filled and sealed to purchase. From $16-$30.Theres also some pantry items like olives, tapenade, dolmas, dried pasta, sauces, jellies, and a special section with varieties of European honeys. At the counter, they have small candies and chocolates, novelty embroidered hand towels and gifts. They also have 3 kinds of spouts to add to your bottle.Finally, they have cute bags and tissue to wrap your special purchase and happily send you on your way. It really is an experience and one to share with a friend or mate, especially the chef in your life.

I bought the black cherry balsamic vinegar for a 2015 Christmas present to myself. I tried many others there, but this was my favorite. After using the one from the Olive wagon, I tried a couple of flavored ones from other places that on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, I would barely rate them 1. The Olive Wagon is the best!
