I really enjoy taking my clients to Daltile to work with Karen Richmond. She is very responsive and knowledgeable about their stone & quartz selections. I can always count on her to go above and beyond to make my clients experience great!

Karen Richmond did an outstanding job helping us remotely select quartzite for our kitchen. We were in Florida and could not travel to NC. She took the initiative to search our cabinets on line and did several FaceTime tours of the stone warehouse so we were able to see all of our options. She even arranged for the stone we selected to be moved by the door so the color was in more natural light. Karen worked effectively with the fabricator as well. The price was very competitive as well.Karen was fantastic to work with and we love our kitchen. We sent photos to her. The cabinet maker thought the stone and cabinets worked so well together that they were want to feature the kitchen on their website.

I could not recommend this place due to the lady that helped me. Their stone selection was nice but the advice given by the sales lady was almost insulting. There are many other slab centers that have just as nice of a selection to choose from so dont waste your time with K**** at Daltile.

Dal-Tile in Raleigh is a great place to visit when you are looking for natural stone. They have a great selection and an extremely friendly, knowledgeable staff. Karen, Misty and Denise are just great. Definitely a great choice! You will not be disappointed!Cindy S.

I am a designer and I use Daltile for almost every project I design. I love them; they are always extremely helpful and their products are wonderful! I have been helped multiple times at this location by Patrick. If you need help he will get the job done!
