09/28/2019 around 1520 the driver of trailer Number 484 almost hit my brand new Mercedes S560 in Chesterfield VA while not watching and attempting to merge off 288 onto iron bridge road route 10. They should not be flying like that on an off ramp. I had my son with me who is special needs.
