I worked with Kimmie to schedule an appointment, which was a painless and easy process. Kimmie is awesome! Concerning the appointment itself, that all went smooth, and Dr. Davies conducted a thorough audiology exam, which I needed as part of a routine work physical. She walked me through the exam process step-by-step, interpreted the results for me in an easy-to-understand way, and provided me with a copy of the paperwork.This is my second visit to Evolution Hearing within two and half years, and each visit is a great experience. I definitely recommend them and Ill be seeing them again in a year for a follow-up visit!

Damaged my old hearing aids and needed new ones. Got an appointment with Dr. Davies the same day. Had the most extensive hearing test that Ive ever had and she demonstrated new devices that sounded better than any that Ive ever had. Am anxiously awaiting my new devices.

This place is amazing. They stayed open late to fit me in bc another audiologist wasted my time. They were very thorough in explaining everything I needed to know and took the time to answer all the questions i had. They then gave me a pair of aids to demo for a week to see if it is something I wanted to continue with. I will never go to another place they have a customer for life and i will recommend them to anyone i know who needs their service

Evolution is wonderful. The doctor was very thorough when I first went in to have my heating evaluated. They made the transition to wearing hearing aids a smooth one and offered lots of support throughout this process. They are always available when I need help and offer prompt and professional support.

System crashed halfway through review. Dont know if it posted or not.Trying again.I was having problems with uncomfortable fit in the ears. Previous Drs tried several different shaped domes, but no improvement. Found myself wearing only when out in public.This last visit, met Dr. Davies for first time. After hearing re-test and tweaking some settings, she switched to a smaller dome. I kept them in the rest of that day, and all day the next day. Most natural fit and settings ever! I almost forgot to remove before going to bed.SIX stars!

For the last 3 years, I have experienced hearing loss, and have visited several companies having Audiologist, or Hearing Aid Specialists to find help. I recently visited with Doctor Cassie Garner, and she provided an excellent diagnosis and offer a solution that I am very pleased to have. Dr Garner was very generous with her time to explain in detail about my complications, and to give me options to improve my hearing. I have finally found a doctor for my hearing issues that I will continue to use.

My grandmother was fitted for a set of hearing aids at this location and we have nothing bad to say about them! Dr. Garner was very patient and kind towards us and we will definitely be visiting again if we need anything!

Dr. Garner is a very knowlegable and friendly person. We chatted about life in general and how my hearing loss affected my daily routines. She helped me with my equipment maintenance and provided me with new end pieces for my hearing aids - all free and part of the service. Whats not to like?

I have been buying hearing aids for over 25 years and Dr. Bulen was the most professional of the audiologists that I have met. She seemed much more attuned to the problems that I have, and seems quite knowledgeable about getting the most out of the hearing aids. The audiologist that you work with is by far the most important factor in getting the best hearing results. Most aids now days have solid technology, the key is setting them up for the best results.Added 9/28/20:Visited Dr. Gardner last week, the above applies to Dr. Gardner also. Evolution hearing- This audiology has only one office in Raleigh located on six fork road and their main office is in VirginiaLast year, We contacted this office by receiving a commercial. I checked the profile of the audiology doctor Ashley Bulen and the reviews of her service. We were quite impressed and got a pair of device for my husband. The deal was a free package with the purchase of a pair of hearing aid like free service for life, free battery and checkups as n when needed. No charge for device maintenance. We were quite happy. the device was working ok. Suddenly in the middle of the year I received a letter saying that the entire staff is moving out for good. It was not a good sign. My husband was not well and was finding difficulties hearing his doctors advice. could not follow the therapist. I was calling but no response. Wish there were more than one locations so the patients can get the problem solved. Finally, the office opened again few months back with new doctor and staff. The new dr. is good. The complaint was taken care.We are thankful for that

This is a first for me because I sincerely want everyone to know what an exceptional Dr. and individual Saranne is.I have experienced hearing loss in my left ear for some time. I saw several different Doctors over a period of time and after testing they all recommended hearing aids. I decided I had to do something and made an appointment with Dr. Saranne Lentz-Barker after receiving a mailer from her.Boy did I get lucky!! After talking to me at length, testing and evaluation she informed me that I could possibly regain my hearing by having a surgical procedure done. She put me in contact with Dr. Cunningham at Duke. I have had the surgery and I can hear again. Its like a miracle.She has also taken the time to call me several times to inquire regarding my decision, recovery and well being.How many Doctors do you know that will go this extra mile?Needless to say I am eternally grateful.

My wife & I met with Dr. Ashley Bulen. Before and after she performed our hearing tests, she explained everything to us in a clear understandable language. To be perfectly honest, I thought she was going to try and persuade us to purchase something. Boy was I WRONG. In fact, she told my wife and I that our hearing is very good ( we are both 68 yrs old ). She wants us to come back in a year to have our hearing checked again at no cost to us. Dr. Barker was the answer to my prayers. I had been encouraging my husband to have his hearing checked for years but, when he finally acknowledged he might have a problem, he responded to a mailing we had received and scheduled an appointment. We both went to his hearing evaluation and were so impressed with Dr. Barkers professional demeanor and personal touch. She diplomatically confirmed his hearing loss and fit him for hearing aids which are so perfect, he is not the least self conscious about wearing them. Met with Dr. Land promptly at appointment time. She spent 90 minutes with me giving a thorough series of auditory and cognitive-functioning tests. Answered all my questions knowledgeably. Showed me various hearing aids and let me try one out. Dr. Land explained all my options and was not pushy trying to get me to decide one way or the other. I left feeling very confident in her and confident I had all the information I needed to choose the best course of action for my particular hearing needs. I highly recommend.
