Simple call to these guys one minute ago to enquire about purchasing a blower motor but I needed a couple questions answered about it and they immediately rejected me to contact Trane of whom is no help at all.Its obvious all these guys are only interested in sending contractors to your home to make money off of us.Im getting the same feedback from everyone Ive called.FYI, Trane recommended I contact these guys for the help I need yet nobody wants to discuss the motor I need!This country has gotten ridiculous.

They didnt have the trane part, but the counter guy was very helpful.

These guys got the parts I needed to fix my hvac without problem or having to use amazon. They have all the parts you need and at a good price.

Drum roll.......!!!! Last night mommy, Sierra and Kenna slept in her room for the first time! We attempted Christmas Eve, but McKenna didn’t sleep all night d/t either excitement for Christmas or it was too cold and foreign! I have to give a HUGE, MAJOR, AMAZING THANK YOU to Ulga and MODERN MECHANICAL and Nathalia (for introducing the idea) for donating the Mercedes of heating and air units for her room! They worked almost 7 hours yesterday installing it and let me tell you, this thing does it ALL! We’d also like to give a huge THANK YOU to TRANE and MITSUBISHI for donating the unit and equipment to Modern Mechanical for installation. McKenna is over the moon bc she can now be warm in her room!!!I can’t wait until Kenna can get up the stairs on her own to enjoy it!Happy New Year everyone!!!PS. Modern Mechanical, Trane, Mitsubishi did not have to do this. They did it out of the kindness of their hearts so that an 11 year old warrior could be warm in her own space! Please show them love if you ever need HVAC units for yourself ... and mention our story to your places of employment so they may choose the companies with the largest hearts for all their HVAC needs! They do amazing work and have put a big smile on my warriors face!!
