Technicians are very professional and polite. However the dispatchers are rude and unprofessional. One in particular, named Marsha. Called to find out what time my technician would be at my home. The entire conversation was unprofessional and rude this woman yelled at me and was loud over the phone. She was upset because I had asked to see if she could relay a message to the technician that had originally left me a business card to call if i had questions. She said it is NOT her job to relay messages, which I found ironically funny being that she is a dispatcher? Anyhow she hung up in my face and was extremely unprofessional. She could speak to me without being rude or sarcastic. Overall I was happy with my new thermostat but unhappy with the customer service. I will pray for this sad woman Marsha who was so angry for no apparent reason. Hope they train these dipatchers to have better customer service skills.

Absolutely fantastic service! Everyone Ive spoken with is courteous and knowledgeable. They always get the job done right and quickly! The only guys worth calling when you need help!

My air conditioning unit wasnt cooling properly. Called these guys. They came out immediately and were courteous and knowledgeable. I will call them again in the future.

Hands down one of the most professional, friendly and honest companies Ive worked in the Triangle. Ive had them come out twice now, once for a general AC service/tune-up in the heat of summer and again when my unit wouldnt run.After not getting a reply from other local companies, I gave IMS a call on a whim. They were responsive, came out quickly and had a refreshingly honest approach.
