We love Johnstone Supply in Garner at Alexander Heating and Air Conditioning. The Garner staff is always so nice and accommodating and go out of their way to make everything right. Always great doing business with them.

Called to inquire about an air return grille, was put on hold ten minutes only for the guy to tell me I need to be licensed HVAC contractor for him to talk to me. I work for a GC who has a Licensed HVAC guy who couldnt be reached at the moment. Guy on the phone was rude, wouldnt give a yes or no as for having the size grille we need and was a waste of time.

Called ahead, needing a puller to remove a blower shaft. Arrived, and the part was waiting for me at checkout, for a price half that which I saw online. Thrilled by the convenience.
