Nice to have a pool supply place this close to home. Theyve been very helpful and are very knowledgeable. Only once did they not have the party I needed but it was at the downtown Raleigh location.

Helpful pool water analysis!

Visited around 3:00 on 1/9/2021 and told the guy I have no idea what I’m doing and he could not have been less interested in helping. He answered my questions but I really felt like it was inconvenient for him to talk to me. Won’t be back.

After bad experiences with other stores ( which are no longer around ) I tried Rising Sun and have stayed with them ever since. Great service. Friendly. Very helpful. Free pool water testing. Unlike some other stores Id been to in the past no one tries to sell you products you that you do not need.Every time Ive been there it has been a very pleasant experience.

Had to call 3-4 times just to get an appointment filled then wait 1-3 weeks for the worker to get there. They do an ok job but the secretary girl in charge of appointments does not know how to return a call after she says she will check on an appointment/something else and call me back. Not sure if she just forgets or is just incompetent?

Poor customer service, expensive and didnt fix anything. Also lied about blackmail. Real professionals over there. Go somewhere else. There are plenty of other fine establishments surrounding this one that are a much better choice.

Awesome service

Rising Sun Pools designed and installed our in ground pool 10 years ago, and weve been totally pleased with the final product. The store techs are very knowledgeable and helpful. We take water samples in weekly for testing, and their recommendations are always spot on. Not to mention all the awesome pool toys they sell there, and the fact that they are family-owned and operated!!

Great service! However, they do not open until 9:30 am Tuesday through Friday. This website shows that they open at 9:00 am.

Manager is great but literally waiting in line because the female employee is watching TV while testing the water! Ridiculous 😡

Im very disappointed in the service. I called the end of 2016 for them to close my pool, I had to cancel the appointment and told them I would call back and set up another time. They took it upon themselves to come out to my home anyways and close my pool, while doing so they broke my chlorinator and now they dont want to replace the part that they broke when they came out on their on with no appointment. They are not all about customer service. I even offered to pay for the services they done as long as they replaced my broken part. They want me to pay for the services as well as pay to fix what they broke. Im very disappointed in them and would not recommend them.

At least one gentleman on the sales staff and one on the service staff mumble to themselves instead of directly answering questions and my wife had the same experiences. They are nothing like the staff near the fairgrounds. Their operating hours are inconvenient.

Awful customer service. Said they didnt care whether we used them for spa repair or not. Hopefully potential customers will read this and think twice before purchasing anything from a company thats too busy to service clients
