Cashier would not redeem deal in the app saying she needed a QR code to scan, but the deals do not have a QR code.. just a numeric code. I hit redeem and it had a 15 min expiration running. She could not enter the code (nor tried). It made no sense and was super frustrating. Ice cream was good though.

Ordered a raspberry shake no whipped cream. They gave me a raspberry chocolate shake with whipped cream. When I pointed out the misunderstanding. Cashier got an attitude. It was then remade as a plain raspberry shake but with whipped cream, which I took to the garbage can and scraped off the whipped cream, only to hear the sarcastic remark of You cant please some. I was polite through this process and even after hearing snotty comments. Wont be back. Dont need the hassle or harassment.

I’m not sure what happened to customer service, but you won’t find it here. Of course we all love Dairy Queen ice cream, but I won’t be revisiting due to a complete lack of customer service by incompetent staff, long wait times and utter carelessness.

The soft serve ice cream is always good at Dairy Queen. You know what you are going to get. No complaints other than the cashier not understanding my order, which was pretty straight forward. I ordered a chocolate ice cream cone with sprinkles. I was handed a vanilla ice cream cone with sprinkles and dipped in a chocolate coating. I took the incorrectly made ice cream cone because it wasnt a huge issue. My wife and daughter already had their ice creams and were headed for the outside seating area. When I politely pointed out the misunderstanding, no apology was given. The cashier looked at me like I was crazy for pointing out her mistake. I guess customer service is dead. On the positive side, my wife and daughters orders were correct!

The staff is always friendly and quick. It helps not to park on the side. Not right in front of the door as traffic is really heavy on that side.

The chick that made my blizzard made it wrong and it wasnt good. Also, it was piled so high that as soon as my husband walked outside, the inch that was hanging over the top started melting down the side of the cup. Who does that?

Love their desserts 🍨. The people that work here are not rude but not pleasant. I felt like I was bothering them by order there or they just didnt like their jobs. Not sure.

The location, it just serves the treats (ice cream, blizzards, etc.) and not the food menu. So you in and out and the team moves quicker. No matter the order size (I am a family of 5), the team members are quick. Still trying to get my free blizzard if they forget to present my blizzard upside down 😉.

Eh, you get what you get with a DQ. The employees took our order and were very confused by my husbands order but he still got a great cone out of it! We love DQ and according to my daughter, this one had a so-so bathroom. We like reviewing bathrooms. :)

Cashier not the greatest. She either rung us up wrong or made the wrong items, not sure which, but we ordered mixed cones and received vanilla. Being as she messed up the people’s order in front of us too combined with the consistently confused look on her face, I’m guessing she was new. Once our order was corrected, it was good.

The customer service I experienced on 10/18/2020 was absolutely unexceptionable. The young lady, was in my opinion very rude and interrupted me at least two times during our interaction. She just seemed like she didn’t want to be there. In the middle of my order I decided to just leave. As much as I wanted a smoothie, I refuse to give money to someone who is being rude to me. I don’t think this is a reflection of the busy itself but do not feel inclined to return. I went to a place called Mix and was very satisfied and even left a tip because of good costumer service. Covid is very scary and serious but that doesn’t mean customer service should reflect that.

The Oreo blizzard was very good

This store couldn’t blend a blizzard if their life depended on it. Will have heavy toppings in first .5” and then be all ice cream below. Has been an issue for years. Save your money and head down the street to a different ice cream place.

Small, clean, great custom service

I received quick, friendly professional service and a delicious, chocolate-dipped ice cream cone.

I looove blizzards! So I go here often. The place is always clean, the staff is friendly and fast, and the ice cream is amazing. I did take off one star because the quantity that you receive in your blizzard cup varies from one staff person to the next. Some fill the cup, some overflow the cup and others leave an inch in the top. It would be nice if everyone was trained to fill the cup to level. But otherwise I always have great experiences here!

I just visited there and, first they got the size wrong on one of my blizzards. When I brought it to their attention they looked at me like I had three heads and then looked at each other like they had no idea what to do. I felt like a bother for something that wasn’t even my fault. And then I realized on the way home that I actually payed for the wrong size, which was larger than the size I actually ordered, but the lady who took my order never spoke up. On the bright side, they tasted really good.

Prices are decent. I had the 2 for $4 snack. I had the pretzel sticks and small sundae. It was okay as a quick cheap snack, but nothing more. Not a favorite .

Got the 6$ deal meal.

The employees were not friendly and when we arrived we were the only ones at the counter and they just stood and looked at us then finished their conversations and goofing off before they came to wait on us. I felt like they thought they were doing us a favor by helping us. The ice creme was good.

Cookie dough blizzard was great. The serving size is worth the cost.

Great place for a dip cone or to get a low-fat no-fat blizzard or dilly bar. Or maybe a coke. Orange cone dip is the stuff. They are also doing “flights” of mini blizzards. A little chaotic.

Service tonight was much better than the past visits. Keep up the positive attitude. We enjoyed the 2/$4 dipped cones. Butterscotch is always a favorite and the dreamsicle was dreamy.

Both of our sundaes only had topping around the edge, other locations do a better job of the preparation. I had to ask an employee to refill the water dispenser. Our sundaes would have been better if the toppings were distributed evenly.

An amazing young man named Tristan made the whole experience. This was my first time at dairy queen and he took the time to go over all the blizzard options and the contents of them. The facility was clean and very tasty treats. I will be back.

The service was excellent when I came here. The staff was very friendly, and very patient with me. There was a short girl (I think her name was Makayla) who helped me decide what to get, and she was very polite. I didn’t really know what to get and she made sure I didn’t feel rushed. I will be back whenever I’m in Raleigh!

I hit this place all the time with my kids. We went there on the 4th of July (for the fireworks) and there had to be 50+ people in line. The place was well-staffed (which it always is) so we didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes or so. A Dairy Queen is a Dairy Queen (and I do love their ice cream), but this particular place keeps plenty of people working, so service is always fast.

My wife ordered an Ice Cream and I beleive the person working at the register was the manager who was nice and welcoming. The place looked organized and clean.

We had a horrible experience. My wife and I both got upset stomachs. Our blizzards were supposed to be frozen to the point that they could be turned upside down. Ours were runny and running down the side of the cups. The cashier even apologized. And the thing is, everyone else who was in the store at the same time we were received frozen orders, who all happened to be Caucasian. We are African American. That doesnt look good. Perception is everything!

I always enjoy the banana split blizzards at DQ. I used to add wet walnuts but one of the cashiers suggested pecans which is now my favorite addition. This has become a Sunday afternoon MUST HAVE

They tend to over blend the blizzards, turning the vanilla ice cream to chocolate. Todays visit was no different. Made even worse by filling the cup 2/3s full.

This is by far the worst Dairy Queen I have been to. We ordered a cookie dough blizzard and it was served warm and runny. When I asked them to flip it over the employees just kept saying it was just a little runny. They quickly flipped it over the sink. I asked them to remake it the then 3 employees argued over who wanted to make it again each saying hey didnt want to. I wont be going to this location again.

Wish I could give no stars, was in there 10mins ago. Well lets start with you need to listen when the person is ordering. Dont ask about anything on the menu bc it just confusing to the girls taking the order. Seems like they dont like there job or wasnt properly trained. I ordered 2 large blizzard and a small cup for are kid. The only thing they got right was are kids order. When I said it was wrong the girl said you payed already sorry. Wow great customer service. Also never flipped my blizzard either because they knew they didnt make a right and it wouldve fell out. I will never return to this DQ ever again.

Very disappointed. I have been coming to this location for years and this group of young kids have no respect and are rude. I went in tonight and ordered a small blizzard and when this young girl brought me my blizzard she just handed it to me. They have it posted all over the store and the tv adds about if it isnt served upside down then its free. So after she handed it to me I looked at her and said wasnt it to be served upside down and she just looks at me with a cocky grin and says its to go so it dont matter and then just walked away and went to the back. I was really shocked by this and makes me wonder why they even advertise that if its not served upside down then its free. I have met the owner a couple times and he always comes up to talk to me when he is there. I can say now that I wont be going back because of this experience and the attitude this employee always has.

By far..THE BEST Orange Julius Ive drank in years. It brought me memories of visiting the Orange Julius store at out local mall.

Love coming here at the end of a long week of work for a nice treat! If anyone has yet to try one of the oven baked sandwiches, you really should, they are actually really good. And this location is very good at making everything right the first time. Being a former general manager of a DQ, I know a good store, and this is it!As a side note, there is one person who works here that has never had a good aditud. Its not even like they have a bad aditud, they are just so emotionless. Other then that, always have a great time here.
