Omg! The ice cream was AMAZING! Portion sizes were perfect, toppings were proportionate to the ice cream. These girls were super efficient but the HEAT in the food hall was against them. They were working very hard and communicated with the customers. Apologized for the delays due to the heat in the food hall. Can’t wait to visit again!
This place is a complete joke. This is the third time I’ve been here and they close early. The employees are rude and laughed at me as I was walking away. 0/10 don’t go. They are lazy and close the store early because they are LAZY! To lazy to stay open to the hours they publish. They are supposed to stay open until 10 PM…at 9:45 Pm they are already cleaned and packed up ready to walk out. Will never go back again. Unless you want to deal with terrible service and lazy people and hit or miss open/close go on ahead and go waste your time. By the way there’s better ice cream out there anyway. 12 Pauls and two roosters are better ice cream.
We tried rolled ice cream for the first time here. It was great! We had a banana pudding and a smores. Lots of flavor.
Took my fiancé here once and we haven’t stopped going since! Both the fruity pebbles and biscoff rolls are great! I’m sure all of them are! Great, fast service even when they’re busy!
This place is awesome! Definitely stop in here for a sweet treat. They happened to be running a current special featuring baklava, pistachios and flavored ice cream in conjunction with Sassool.It was one of the best ice cream treats Ive had to date! It was really cool watching Amanda hard at work in the process of rolling ice cream. Also, you cant beat the vibe at Morgen Street Food Hall, always a great time people watching and trying out the new selections. If you want to shop local, this is your go-to spot as well.

They have over 500 different flavor combinations that you can customize on your own. The rolled ice cream is important from Thailand (yep real Thai rolled ice cream). These guys recently purchased a new ice cream truck that’s mobile and they are ready to serve all of your social distant outdoor gatherings. Here’s a cool secret that we found out, the Pumpkin Pie ice cream flavor will be debuting sometime in October so get ready pumpkin fans. But don’t let October get here and you not try the ice cream before hand. These guys are open now, all wearing masks and ready to see you come through those shiny doors. Ok... so here is the part that might make you want to lick your phone - Pictured here is the Mixed Berry rolled ice cream in a cup. It’s strawberries, raspberries and blackberries all topped with Fruity Pebbles, whipped cream and sliced strawberries. And in the taco waffle cone is the Chocolate Overload. That’s a mix of Oreo cookies topped with M&Ms, sprinkles, whipped cream and Nutella. Ok, enough said ... me and my girl Sierra gotta finish these bad boys before they melt! As great & unique as their ice cream is, it is really hard to justify waiting 25-35+ minutes in line every single time. To maintain my sanity, I unfortunately only visit maybe 2-3 times per year. If they can master how to move quicker or lease a larger space to accommodate more customers life would be great 😊
I first came here pre-COVID and just recently went again as the world began opening up. The service hasnt changed a bit. The ladies were crazy fun to chat with while they created my masterpiece ice cream rolls. I just love how you can mix and match whatever you want and its always fresh, tastes amazing and you never seem to run out of different options to try. Will definitely be back again.

The ice cream was excellent and the toppings and mix-ins make for a delicious treat. The servings are a good size, which helps because the ice cream is a bit expensive. The only negative of this place is that ordering the custom creations can be confusing with their menus. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

I came here today for something sweet and new that i have yet to try . This spot was located in the Morgan street food hall in the back . I decided to choose the chocolate overload which was cookies and cream ice cream, Oreos, M&M, sprinkles with whip cream . The process of making the rolls was pretty cool to watch but it looked like a lot of work for the young lady . So basically the ice cream was in rolled up and we had about 4 rolls each in our cup. She was nice enough to split it into two cups for me and my mom. It was really sweet and good.

If I’m at Morgan’s, I’ll be obtaining ice cream from this stand! I enjoy watching the process in which the ice cream base (along with chosen ingredients) is mixed and rolled-up. It’s definitely turns-out more condensed than traditional ice cream. I usually get the cookies and cream along with fresh mixed berries. 😋
They have vegan/eggless rolls. Didnt find these anywhere in the area.Worth trying
Morgan food hall is always bristling with activity, I was lucky enough to find a space out front for my wife to run in and give this a try. The consistency is nothing like ice cream because of the ingredients that are mixed into the ice cream and then frozen into it. Its more like a frozen milkshake thats rolled together resulting in a very dense ice cream. It melts superslow as well.The decorations and toppings are great too, toasting the marshmellow and cream to order is a very nice touch.So dont think of it as a sundae, and id suggest letting in melt a little.
Absolutely loved it! The treats themselves are very tasty. Getting to watch the employees make the ice cream rolls is a major part of the experience. You can tell they put a lot of work into making sure it looks just as good as it tastes. I ordered the smores flavor and they toasted an actual marshmallow to put on top. Would highly recommend trying it out!
***UPDATE*** went back and tried two more options! Had the pleasure of meeting Amanda! She was AMAZING. Make that girl a manager! You can tell she cares about everything she puts her hands to. ****I’ve been wanting to try Raleigh Rolls for awhile but parking was very hard to find until today. #Score!!!! I purchased the Chocolate Overload and it didn’t disappoint. I only wish that there were bigger cup sizes, but then again I may be saying this because I’m pregnant and hungry alllllll of the time LOL! Waited 15 mins in line only to be disappointed. We ordered the Grandmas Nanner Pudding and so did the lady behind us. So the girl spreads it and cuts it in half (and the rolls were so uneven and not rolled properly. Some big and open and others little). Well lets say the girl was picking over which rolls she would put in our cup and stuffed 7 big rolls in the other cup and threw away 1 roll instead of putting in our cup which had a lot of empty space because we only had 6 rolls. . We were black, the other lady was white. I will NEVER SPEND MY MONEY THERE. I NICELY WALKED AWAY.

The employee asked if it was our first time (it was) and immediately helped us out on how it works, providing good service. The rolls were creative and pretty!

I visited for the first time this past Saturday. A female worker named Kayla helped us. Her service was great and the ice cream was better than expected. The experience watching it be formed was cool, too. We will definitely come back.

Be prepared to wait a LONG time in line if you want to eat here on a Friday or Saturday night. That said -- the ice cream is wild, delicious, and worth the wait! Lots of fun flavors, ranging from subtle to audacious, and great presentation. Prices are reasonable for the effort.

Disappointed to say the least. Brought my nieces and nephews to try this place. We were called to be helped only to then be told to move lines several times after the employees didnt want to help us because we would be ordering alot. New businesses get business by being friendly and inviting to new customers. Your staff is not that and we will not be spending our money here again. Rude
We went on Friday night around 9pm and the waiting line was not too bad. Had to wait only 5-10min. Great ice cream rolls with amazing flavors. Must try in Raleigh downtown
