If I could give it a complete zero I would. I am a regular customer that comes in every week with my two kids. Today I brought a guess with me because I thought so highly of this place. Unfortunately it was not to the standards of any customer. Normally theres three staff in the store and today it was just one. She was very sweet but when its all said and done the entire process was unprofessional and she is the face of the store as well as management and the owner of the store. All ice cream was unavailable, multiple fruits were unavailable, and the only protein powder they had was chocolate. When I finally asked for a refund almost 30 minutes after I placed my order because it took that long, The manager had to be called and the process was taking too long and I ended up giving them the money and never received a refund. Unfortunately Im going to have to find another place to go to because I do not want the experience like this ever again. Definitely need to consider new management or even providing training to all staff on customer service. And definitely whoever does the ordering needs to be fired because that is unacceptable to have a business making smoothies and half of the items are unavailable. [email protected]

One of the two girls working was very friendly and tried her best but clearly didn’t know what was she doing. The other was incredibly rude and did not say one word to any single customer. Bad attitude. Definitely avoiding doing her job as well as avoiding helping her coworker. We ordered 3 ice creams and the first ice cream we got was soup by the time we got the the last one. Also no extra precautions are being taken - no masks worn, gloves not being changed, nothing being sanitized between customers (it was not busy)

I was ecstatic to find that the smoothie/ice cream shop that opened right next to me has quality smoothies at one of the lowest prices I’ve seen. The young lady working was super friendly and helped me get exactly what I wanted(Green protein + pineapple) and a juice for my wife. They use real ingredients and chop the vegetables in front of you. They’re brand new so there will be growing pains and the aesthetics of the store could be better, maybe make it somewhat beachy to go with the menu offerings?

The shakes are out of this world!!!!

I’ve been here twice now and can’t say I recommend it. My most recent visit was disappointing from both service and smoothie quality perspectives. The employee working the counter was not wearing the face mask mandated by the state government at the time of writing this review. She was gruff and rude right off the bat. The smoothies she made for my wife and I were really watery and just didn’t taste very good.The first visit resulted in an alright smoothie, but the two employees working did not seem like they had been trained, despite being pretty friendly.

The only place I will personally recommend. Had the folks hook me up with a protein infused smoothie and it left me speechless. Great place to take the family to!

This place is the best place in town the ice cream is to die for especially the vegan pineapple ice cream and customers service is outstanding. Geart experience

They dont have the ingredients to make their menu offerings. They also dont seem to know what they are doing, no one is very helpful but they werent rude. No masks worn, kinda gross.
