There has been two rounds of layoffs in the last 6 months. The facility hasnt met quarterly or yearly sales goals in years.The Nuclear safety culture is outright ignored by management. The HR department is incompetent and conniving, the pay scale system is broken, the annual review system is broken, the merit raise system is broken, every department is scrambling to keep up after the two rounds of layoffs, and the facility continually fails to meet customer delivery promises.
