Went to Carolina Vacuums because our upright was not worth repairing. We did some research before going and had a good sense of what we were looking to buy. Worked with Bobby who was amazing. Not only was he knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions but was absolutely wonderful with our small children. He included them in the process of testing which elated our kids. Definitely glad we decided to stop by!!

We bought a vaccuum and paid the high dollar so we had something with warranty. Sales lady said if we had any issues it would be covered . Find out today that it want be coverd because it was sticky from dirt . Weve used it with no water exsposer the entire time we had it . Im very disappointed im going Amazon for my replacement

This shop is AWESOME! I emailed I had a problem with my vacuum cleaner. The guy told me to bring it in anytime they are open. I immediately loaded up my vacuum cleaner and headed to the Briar Creek location Carolina Vacuum Store. My vacuum cleaner was serviced right away and I’m already back home. My new German made Sebo canister vacuum is the best vacuum I ever had.I was a bit skeptical as I had never heard of Sebo before I went into Carolina Vacuums. After having this E3 Canister for around 2 months I can safely say it picks up stuff all the other vacuums left behind. It has a lightweight wand with a wonderful power head that is self propelled on carpet and easily switches the brush off for your wood floors. Did I mention it is so quiet that even my fur kids dont run out of the room now. Thanks to Joe and Carolina Vacuums for pointing me in the right direction.

I brought in my Oreck upright vacuum cleaner because the pieces that hold the bag in position were not staying in place. Joe took a look at it and immediately discovered a minor issue, which he fixed for no charge. He also showed me several machines and products which were on special, making it very tempting to buy some of those items. I did, however, buy some bags for my canister vacuum cleaner. Joe was interesting, polite, thorough, and very informative. This was not my first time coming to this store, and it definitely will not be my last.

Took my old vacuum in a few days ago,the guy Joey fixed it right while I waited and came out to show me what it needed after taking it apart.Even though he had to wait on a few customers in between it was really fast. We use alot of vacuums for our cleaning company and Carolina Vacuums has always taken good care of us when we need anything. We appreciate being able to get right back to work with our vacuums. Joey is wonderful! We took our Oreck today (5/16/20), and we were able to wait, while Joey worked on it. It only took 5 minutes and now, our vacuum is good as new! Joey is so friendly and I really enjoyed talking with him. Weve been to this location before, and every time, it was a very pleasant experience! Very reasonable prices, and great customer service!

Came into the store a few weeks ago to look for a great new vacuum cleaner. After testing out a few decided on the new SEBO Felix vacuum, the best deep cleaning vacuum I have ever owned. If you want the best vacuum with the best 10 year warranty visit these guys.

Great Customer service. My wife decided to get the BEST vacuum we have ever owned and went to Carolina Vacuums at Brier Creek shopping center. She had looked at the Miele vacuums online but was undecided as to which one best fit our needs. Joe helped out out and was very patient while she asked about the different options and models. My vacuum had stopped having suction through the wand, and it turns out Id sucked up a coin. They had it apart and fixed it under 5 minutes. Absolutely great place!

UPDATE: The store resolved the matter by issuing store credit.Poor service by Joe! A part was broken that could easily be fixed with a Phillips screwdriver. I was quoted $8 for the replacement cost. He told me he could install it in just a few minutes. He took a really long time and I had to leave as it took more than 30 minutes. I sent my sister to pick up the vacuum and he charged $40! I cannot get anyone in management to respond and correct this issue. Never again.

This place was great. I have been working with this store for 15 years. With the new name and focus, still has the same great work ethic and care for the customer. Had an issue with my vacuum, that was under warranty and they helped to get it fixed. The item was back ordered by the Oreck company, but Joe stayed in contact with me and continued to contact Oreck until the problem was solved. I highly recommend this location.

Had the pleasure to visit this store today under not so great circumstances. Our old vacuum had been ruined by our kid sucking up wet cat litter while we were not home. We had looked at a few vacuums online and were interested in one of those until we saw the new sebo vacuums. Once we saw how you can unclog those yourself as well as the easily removable brushroll to cut off the pet hair we knew we had found our new vacuum. Thanks to Carolina Vacuums for such great customer service.

When we buy any appliances for our house we do a lot of research about the product and the stores that sell them. We decided on Miele vacuums and found Carolina Vacuums in Brier Creek. We met Joe and were impressed with his knowledge of the Miele line of products. While there, other families came in and were treated as the most important reason for the store to be open. We purchased a vacuum and saw that if we ever had to go back for service, we would be treated with respect and knowing the work would be done to our satisfaction.

Great Service !!! I bought a Riccar Vac. to replace my Oreck . The Riccar is so much more superior. I went back and bought a Miele cordless Vac to replace my Dyson. Again No comparison The Miele is the most power cordless Vac Ive ever used. Again the staff is Knowledgeable, polite and let the Vacs do the talking . If you need a Vacuum you should check out Carolina Vaccuums !

Great Service, Went in to Carolina Vacuums with our vacuum stopped up, Joe had it unclogged in minutes and came out to show us what was causing the clog. We spoke for a bit about our vacuum needs and went back a few days later and purchased our new Miele canister. My wife and I could not be happier and appreciate Joe taking the time to show us the difference in deep cleaning versus what we had been doing with our old vacuum.

I recently purchased a Nellie Wow mop kit and a Miele vac from Grace. She is an amazing manager and has a great personality and knowledge of products. She is the reason I drove an hour to return to store to purchase two more Nellie Wow mop kits for my sister and father. Wish all store managers were this helpful and kind. I had never had a Miele and she explained each model and sold me on the vacuum (which is amazing) and the wonderful Wow mops.

Great customer service to new area residentsMy wife and I and new to the area,we walked into the store and said our machine had a burning smell and was just serviced in our old state.The tech looked at the brush roll and had it replaced and showed us the difference in a few minutes. My girlfriend gets her Oreck serviced here and I had a chance to stop in this Saturday to pick it up. Im super impressed. Chatted a bit with the technician and a very friendly lady (I later found out was the manager) behind the counter. Store is not only well organized but even smells great. Their service is top notch as well, they were able to work in our order on a busy day on top of giving some helpful tips on ongoing maintenance. They really stand behind their products and Im pretty sure Im buying a vaccum from them in my near future. I really wish every place I went had personnel like the wonderful two I met in this store. This store kept my cleaner for over 3 months. I had to call for updates. Each update was a different story about what was wrong and a increase in price. Ultimately, I had to request to pick up my cleaner. At that point they said I had to pay for the service (no problem) and the cost to remove the parts they thought would fix it (problem) I refused to pay that fee. Reminder-they help my cleaner 3+ months. They finally tried to sell me a used cleaner from their store- no thanks! I wouldn’t trust them - it was all a little too shady.

I had a very positive experience working with Grace at Carolina Vacuums & More and highly recommend her for vacuum needs, repairs or sales. Grace is knowledgeable about all the brands and steered me to a Riccar upright that I love. I hadnt heard of that vacuum brand but Grace guided me to it when I was in the market to replace my old workhorse Oreck. I looked at the specs of Riccar and Oreck side by side and am pleased that Grace told me about the Riccar.  Its a vacuum I wouldnt have investigated on my own. I was able to try all the machines in the store and was reassured by Graces service and the stores track record that getting the machine there was best. I plan to take the machine in there for the recommended tuneups as well. Price was lower in the store than online too.  Happy!

I bought the best vacuum I have ever owned recently from Marcus at Carolina Vacuums. He was great to show us several vacuums and helped make our decision to trade in our old vacuum very easy,even though the store was busy with people dropping off vacuums for service while we were in the store they made us feel so welcome in the store.

The service and friendliness of this store is outstanding! I not only fell in love with my new Oreck vacuum cleaner but also the four legged store mascot!

I brought in my older Oreck vacuum after it was struggling and putting out a burning smell. I figured the belt had finally called it quits. She took it to the back, checked everything out and confirmed my suspicions. She replaced the belt for free and I walked out with a fixed vacuum in less than 15 minutes!

My Hoover vacuum was a few weeks out of warentee when I took it in. It needed a lot of work, which would have exceeded what I paid for it. John offered to contact the company to see if the would cover the repair. They agreed but sent parts that were the wrong color and used. He then got back to Hoover and I received a brand new vacuum. He went up and beyond. He also gave me a loaner so I could keep up with cleaning. Excellent in all ways!

Not a great experience. When I went in this past Saturday, there was only one employee working. She made me wait to check out with my vacuum bags while she was demonstrating a vacuum to another customer who walked in the same time I did.Once I finally was able to check out, she rang me up at a little over $20 for the vacuum bags. While I was waiting to check out, I looked up the same package of vacuum bags on Amazon, and found the exact same package (sold directly by Oreck on Amazon) for $8.15 with Prime delivery. Needless to say, when she told me the price I handed her the vacuum bags back and walked out of the store.The higher pricing is fine, I get that they need to charge more to pay for their brick and mortar store. What really bothered me was the poor customer service. The only reason I give it 2 stars instead of 1 is due to the fact that my wife has been in there before and seemed to have a decent experience.

Horrible...took my 25 yo Electrolux Epic 6000 SR Canister to this place and explained the control valve most likely had gone bad since the age of the machine. I researched online and found that these machines the valve goes. I wasnt comfortable taking the machine apart so I took it here. Explained everything...especially if they couldnt locate a new valve that this could be bypassed.They held the machine for over a week and then said it was an electrical problem and they couldnt fix. They also charged me $30.00 plus tax to have someone look at it. Waste of money since they did nothing. I came home watched Youtube again and disconnected the valve...The machine is working perfectly. I should have risked taking it apart in the first place but again, wasnt experienced in taking vacuum cleaners apart. Never again.Please dont lie to customers and say its electrical when I clearly explained the issue but you people failed to even look at it and held it for over a week. I doubt anyone looked at the vacuum either, since when I took it apart, no signs it had been opened.Also, the vacuum was clean when I took it in but upon picking up, it was dirty...I do not recommend this place at all. Im sure they couldnt FIX it because they wanted to rope me into buying a $2,000 hunk of plastic. Sad world this has become...

I was looking for an air filter or purifier they had several running at the same time that I came in....the wired thing is that there was a smell of feet lingering around the srore. He was trying to show me the top of the line air purifier but the smell of feet lingering in my nose. And I mention this to him. He could not explains the oder. Big you have four or five air purifier running at the same time it show how good or I should say bad filters they have.... their filter are not that good. I stayed a few minutes and left.

While the service is polite and the location is convenient, the store itself is very disorganized, and appears unkept. For a place that markets cleaning supplies, this is not the kind of face you should show the world. Unfortunately there isnt much of a dealer presence in the area, so if you like Oreck products, this is what you get.

I bought an Oreck Orbiter & could not be happier. Had a cork floor shining in no time! Although I couldnt find a Made in tag on the unit, it definately has the vibe of a 50s-60s vintage Made in USA machine. Heavy duty no-nonsense construction. A motor that purrs instead of sounding like a jet plane on take off. Karen at the Brrier Creek store was pleasure to deal with too!
