The guys over here have provided great service for our cleaning company for 5 years running. They’ve always been helpful, kind, and had items weren’t otherwise found during the pandemic. They have reasonable prices as well. They’ve allowed me to hold items, pay later at times, or pay over the phone. They always put customer service and speed of checkout first. Being right off capital makes it a very quick and convenient location for the Raleigh area. Wouldn’t go elsewhere for cleaning/commercial products for our business.

I still dont understand what was wrong with me. I went there and bought tissues. one of their employee loaded mine on cart. I moved the cart to my car and loaded them. then I left cart in front of their ramp as I did at any grocery, walmart, costco etc. at that moment, one of their employee yell put the cart back to store to me with an angry look. I wonder if he knew well his duty. I wonder also if he want to make money for nothing. he should know if someone put the cart back inside store, we call that is someone favor. I think he regard someone favor as his privilege.

Dont spend your money at this store, as Ive experienced horrible customer service. Most janitorial supplies store will assist their customers with assuring the products reach your vehicle. This store will bark at you in a demeaning manner and wont assist you. DONT patronize this store!!!!!!

The best results from a terrible situation: I bought a high speed buffer from here and during the repair process they offered me free rentals on their machine. When I was not completely satisfied: THEY GAVE ME A FULL REFUND!!! Highly recommend these guys! Top notch!

Worst experience I ever had!! I’ve come to this janitorial Supply for about 5 years. The Dispensers for the bathroom liquid soap does not work properly I’ve been back several times. The return service is horrible. The store manager and supervisor and cashier all have the same sour attitude. They did not want to return my cash and I have a receipt. The product was effective they refuse to try and show me that the product works. Horrible customer serviceAlso Amazon has the same dispenser for less

Awesome staff knowledgeable and helpful

I recently purchased a ProGuard 20 Wet/Dry Vacuum from Mirai Janitorial Supply. Unfortunately this product was faulty and did not have any suction. I asked to return it within two weeks of purchasing. Chris unfortunately said he couldnt take it back since he had given me a deal. I now am out $624.00 for a machine that does not work. Talked a great game but unfortunately he will not get anymore of my business. BEWARE

Someone said poor customer service and never answer the phone and items never in stock. Every time I call I get an answer, great customer service, and they always have what I need in stock.
