Ransom Bros lumber is and always has been a Ramona staple. Anything a contractor or builder could need or want. There is a large variety of materials in all sizes and can be custom cut to any specific size. These guys are helpful and knowledgable and are eager to answer any questions you might have. Talk to these guys and get professional advice from locals who live and work here in Ramona.

Ransom Brothers does a damn good job keeping their relatively small building, full of almost anything you need. Their prices are a tad high but its not a hardware monster like home Depot or Lowes. Its so worth it to go to both Ransom Brothers to find what you need if it saves you a trip from going down the hill. The Ransom Brothers on b street also has a construction supply yard that is filled with rock, sand, lumber, welded wire style fencing and a whole bunch more.

Expert help was provided to me today. I needed some parts so that 2 new horse waterers could be installed. Since I am ignorant of all things construction related, I depended on the expert help. Unfortunately, I did not get his name; but he was awesome.
