Not professional at all! I had a 12:00 appt. No one to get me, its their lunch time! When I did get help they lied to my face. They took pictures and told me Id have an estimate in 2-24 hours. I had to call back in a week to get it!! I wouldnt let them touch my car. I took it to Platinum and got my estimate in 2-3 minutes!👍

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! A friend of mine took her car in to have some body work done. Her A/C worked fine when she brought it in. When she picked it up her A/C didnt work anymore. She took it to another shop to get the A/C fixed and was told there was a hose missing that ran from the compressor to the condenser and the A/C would not have worked without it. Service King will not take responsibility for this.

Customer service mediocre. Had to wait 20 min after my scheduled appointment before some one came out. Fast turn around though will check out quality of repairs hopefully better than the customer service.

I had my Audi S6 in for some insurance repairs. When I dropped my car of I had left all my belongings in the car. One of them being a $650.00 radar detector. When I picked up my car I noticed the radar detector was missing. I immediately contacted Tom Renois. He said, I will look into the matter and get back to you. Two days later not hearing from him I called back. Tom said, I am still looking it and Ill get back two you. Well it now being the second week I contacted the body shop and finally spoke to the manager! His response, we are not responsible for anything left in the vehicle! I was amazed and rarely right a negative review because I own my own business and strive for excellent customer service. Highly disappointed on there level of communication and professionalism in this matter!

Car repair nightmare. I took my Mazda 3 here to have it repaired because since theyre a Geico ARX shop, so I dont have to worry about any paperwork. Thats when the nightmare begins, service was pretty nice but repair job is horrendous. My Mazda got damaged in the front left fender, bumper and drv door. When I came to pick up my vehicle, the bumper was crooked, headlight was still scratched. They took it back in to repair that. Then I drove off. A day later, a friend pointed out the wheel is a different color. And the bumper is still off. So I took it back. they got the wheel corrected but the bumper is still not aligned correctly. Then my friend noticed the paint they did was already cracking and a tab on the bumper was broken. Im assuming from pulling and adjusting the bumper. Either that or the tab was broke during the accident and they never mentioned it in the quote. They took the vehicle back 4 times and its still not perfect. Im currently working with my insurance to see if I can go somewhere else to fix it correctly. Please avoid like the plague... This is the first time Ive ever had this bad of an experience with a Geico ARX shop ever...

Waste your time here if you want to wait... be told that your estimate will never matter and then never receive your estimate thats the type of service youre up for there!!!
